Hiring Melissa for month-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! My only regret is that we didn’t hire her for partial or full planning.
Melissa is ...
truly phenomenal at what she does. She is incredibly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, kind, and, most importantly, genuinely cares about her couples and their families. From the moment she stepped in to help, I immediately felt a sense of relief and knew that we were in good hands. She took so much off of our plates and made the entire wedding planning process feel significantly less overwhelming.
I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her. Melissa handled communication with our vendors, helped style and set up all of our decor, advocated for our wants and vision, assisted with our rehearsal, created an incredibly detailed wedding-day timeline, coordinated with vendors throughout the day, and so much more. She thought of details that I never would have even considered and was always one step ahead.
On our wedding day, Melissa worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked exactly how we had envisioned it. She handled the little things so that we never had to worry about them, allowing us to be fully present and actually enjoy our wedding day.
I could not be more grateful for Melissa, not only for everything she did, but for the genuine care and support she showed us throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond in every way and made such a huge difference in our wedding experience.
I would recommend Melissa to absolutely anyone getting married. She was worth every single penny, and I truly can’t imagine our wedding day without her. If I could do it all over again, I would hire Melissa in a heartbeat!

k of everything we needed- things I didn't even consider- but preparing for the small details really paid off. She SAVED THE DAY with a last minute, unexpected DOWNPOUR of rain and loss of power at my rustic farm venue, creating an indoor ceremony space which was absolutely beautiful. Thanks to Melissa and her team, I was able to relax and enjoy my day as she ensured that everything ran seamlessly. She was an essential part of our day and I will forever be grateful for all that she did for us! I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone I know! Thank you, Melissa!!

Melissa never missed a beat! She never missed a follow-up, and even handled meetings without me. You often hear horror stories of planners dropping the ball, and my experience has been the farthest thing from that.
I am sure that there are many great planners in Michigan, but I believe that Melissa is the best of the best. Her attention to detail is exactly what every bride needs to build out and have successful day. She listens to what you want, helps guide you when needed, and makes sure your vendors adhere to your vision.
We had a few last-minute ceremony snags and Melissa provided a prompt and wonderful last minute Plan B option. While everything worked out in the end, its notable that she did not crack under pressure or let things fall to the wayside.

rything you need leading up to and on your wedding day. We were so lucky to have her!
Leading up to the day, she offered suggestions, made sure items were being crossed off little by little, and reached out to vendors. Timelines were created, messages were sent and designs were planned meticulously. The day of she executed all day of items at the venue, including pulling off a ceremony just missing the rain with towels in hand wiping every chair and soaking up the aisle puddles.
It was a stress free day because of her and we could not have pulled it off without her, it was perfectly orchestrated! We loved working with her and highly recommend Melissa to anyone planning an event or wedding!!
