I can't say enough amazing things about Michelle. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I only got my alterations done here, but they were amazing. I purchased my dress from anothe...
r salon and was unable to get alterations done there. I saw Michelle recommended in a local group and I contacted her about my alterations. We scheduled a consultation for the following week. She is amazing at whst she does, she is truly so talented. She fixed everything that needed to be fixed: took in the bust, hemmed the dress, and did a bustle. The lace on the dress was extremely detailed, and you would never know she had to hem it. Everything was perfect. She was so flexible with the dates for all 3 appointments. She responded to messages quickly and was always there to answer questions. In my opinion, her prices are great. She steamed my dress and held it until the day before my wedding, as I didn't have anywhere I could keep it. She even steamed my veil for me, as well. She took a video of how to do the bustle so my mom and bridesmaids knew exactly what to do. She is so nice and professional and amazing at what she does. I don't have any personal experience with her custom dresses, but if they are anything like her alterations work, I'm sure they're incredible!
Michelle did dress alterations for my mother, niece and I. All our dresses came out amazing. Quick turnaround for alterations and pricing are affordable!
Michelle, the owner of McEllis Brides, is literally the sweetest woman I have ever met in the bridal attire business! Her professionalism (responsiveness to emails on point), talen...
t, and price was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was the bride that was very indecisive and asked countless questions and Michelle helped ease my nerves every step of the way.
I had two wedding gowns that needed alterations, a ballgown and a mermaid/fit-and-flare styled gown. My dresses needed cap sleeves removed, beads sewn on, fuller skirts, lining filled, satin spaghetti straps added, and other minor changes and Michelle DELIVERED.
Michelle was even flexible enough to have her brother-in-law unlock her shop on the Saturday evening before my wedding because I FORGOT to pick up my dresses during that day! She sent her brother-in-law to her shop without hesitation.
Michelle (McEllis Brides) - Thank you for being a huge part of my wedding, I am truly so appreciative of how great you are!

I contacted McEllis Brides to purchase a ball gown for my upcoming ball. I wanted something that no one else had and living overseas, my options were limited. I told her what my...
budget was, the color I wanted and style of dress. She researched some items and replied back to me within 5 days. She gave me three beautiful options making my job harder but I settled on one dress. She put in my order and had it shipped to me way before my ball which is a miracle in itself because it usually takes about 6-8 weeks to receive anything in Japan. She definitely made my ball experience a great one. I can't see myself using any other service.
