Mc2 was a great idea for our daughter and her fiancé wedding! They needed gluten free options and had a small cake for themselves! We had a dessert bar for the guests along with t...

Having MC2 Ice Cream instead of a wedding cake at our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made! We had enjoyed MC2 at a street festival earlier in the year. When p...
lanning our reception, no wedding cake options really spoke to us. Then I remembered MC2 and thought it would be PERFECT for our event. This was rather last-minute, but Lindsay was patient, helpful, efficient, creative, and kind. We were able to get everything sorted in plenty of time and within a really reasonable budget for our 100-person guest list. The flavors were DELICIOUS and served all of the dietary needs of everyone at the wedding. The servings were generous and yet there was plenty of ice cream for everyone, even with many guests going back for seconds. I didn't get to eat more than a few bites of my meal at the reception, but I DID get to eat (drink - honestly my ice cream melted before I could finish it) my Maple Whiskey (MY FAVORITE) and Cookie Dough deliciousness!! Lindsay and Matt were so fun with our guests - I noticed people hanging by the truck - chatting, trying flavors, and just enjoying the vibe. MC2 was perfect for the feeling of our wedding - relaxed, fun, giving our guests some individual choice, AND really high quality. I would recommend MC2 ice cream for any event.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! This was my husbands favorite vendor! Lindsay and Matt are so nice and provided a great experience on our wedding day. They did a great job in helping us pick our...
8 ice cream flavors. They even specially made some for us to try at their shop location in Broomfield. They did a great job communicating and making us feel awesome on our wedding day. Also the price we paid for ice cream would have cost almost the same for a wedding cake. All our guests were screaming for ice cream and talked about it the rest of the night. It was amazing to hear "what favor did you get?" "Oh my gosh...that is so good!" It was amazing and unique to have that as our wedding dessert. The best part is not storing wedding cake in my freezer for our one year anniversary, my husband and I can alway go get our wedding ice cream whenever we want in Broomfield to remember our special day.
