Max was great from the moment I reached out to him. He was easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I had. I was a little anxious befor...

e our engagement pictures, because we hadn’t had professional pictures taken of us before, but Max made it not only comfortable, but fun. He is flexible and easy to be around. He is willing to do anything you want and help your visions come to life, but also willing and happy to provide suggestions (this was great for someone who was sometimes indecisive and unsure of exactly what I wanted). On the wedding day, he made everything stress free, and went above and beyond in many ways (he had a hook to help with the buttons that I didn’t even think to bring)! He took amazing pictures, and there was a great combination of portraits, candids, and some more artistic style pictures that were so great! From the moment he showed up, he was never in the way, but provided helpful tips and directions to ensure we had the best photos. My makeup artist even said to me “this is exactly the type of photographer that you want, you are going to have great pictures.” She was right, the pictures were wonderful, and they were delivered very quickly. We had the best day and wish we could do it all over again. If we could relive the day, we would hire all of the same vendors, including Max, everytime.

ly hired Max. BEST DECISION WE MADE! They were so professional and worked incredibly fast to take every picture I asked for and more. The pictures that they sent less than two weeks after the event took my breath away! Everything is more beautiful than I remember like a fairy tale just as I had hoped for! Compared to other photographers, his prices are comparable or lower than the others I was able to find. After receiving my pictures, I feel that I got a great deal and I look forward to hiring them again to take family photos.

Willing to go for the shot! Max is amazing! I wanted to do a shoot at an airport, saw his work at Lunken Airport, and wrote to him immediately. I figured he had some mystical power...

of getting through security and he could make my dream of pictures at an airport come through... AND HE DID! It was great! He had wonderful ideas for where we'd pose and was able to work around the airport personnel's restrictions by coming up with something else when it came to getting a certain shot. Easy to work with, quick to respond to correspondence, and a great photographer. Thanks again, Max!

ons. I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Max’s talents for both of my weddings! After my first husband passed, and I was blessed with a new love, having Max’s exquisite photos was the only thing I wanted to repeat for my second wedding. I knew no other photographer could compare. And Max didn’t disappoint. Our engagement and wedding photos are magazine perfect; they grace the walls of our home and fill me with joy and peace each time I look at them. I can’t imagine sharing my wedding day with any other photographer than Max!

wishes and coming. During engagement pictures, Max helped us feel comfortable even though neither one of us usually likes photos. We got them back within a month, and we were in love! On our wedding day, Max was amazing at getting all of the getting ready photos without interrupting anyone. We discussed where to do our first look, and I'm so glad I trusted where he chose; they were amazing! Throughout the entire wedding, Max wasn't only an amazing photographer, but he was great at doing other small tasks to make sure things went off without a hitch (fluffing my train, fixing the aisle runner, etc.). He went above and beyond! We got out wedding photos back in just over a week, and only by looking at the cover photo, I knew I was in love with them. They're the perfect combination of classic with some amazing unique artistic aspects scattered throughout. If I had to chose only one vendor to use again, without a question, it would be Max!

both with my husband and I as well as our guests. Many of our guests even commented on how much they liked him. He didn't miss a moment and we felt reassured he would capture all aspects of our wedding day. We received our final pictures within two weeks which is what he promised, and they are beautiful! We could tell he was putting extra effort to make sure the sunset shots were just right, and they did not disappoint. He also made black and white copies of every picture. The only problem we have now is trying to decide which pictures we want to frame in our home because there are so many beautiful options to choose from. We have decided anytime we want professional photos taken, Max is our pick! We highly recommend Max as your photographer!

ndence and portrayed nothing but professionalism and organization. As I am not very photogenic I didn't have super high expectations for pictures and was just hoping to get a few good shots of my husband and myself and our families..but wow was I surprised when I got hundreds of pictures (the morning after the wedding!!) so many of which I absolutely loved. Throughout the day Max was working constantly to get great shots and it showed. To top it all off, he even stayed later than what we had hired him for so that he could capture some photos of the toasts (which is always my favorite part of any wedding and ended up being some of my favorite pictures overall). I feel so lucky to have had him as our photographer and would recommend him again and again.

On our wedding day if there was a picture to be taken him and his partner Ed got it. So many of our guests have complimented their work and talked about how they were constantly snapping pictures. We received our pictures quickly and beautiful doesn’t even begin to describe them. They are truly amazing. I would recommend Max 100 times over. I can never thank him enough for the pictures that he provided to us to remember our perfect day.

Max was an absolute joy to work with and completely exceeded our expectations. He traveled to Chicago for our engagement photos and went above and beyond, driving us around the cit...

y and getting shots at multiple locations. He produced great content and variety, and it was wonderful to get to know him – and his style – prior to our wedding day. Max does a great job of making you feel relaxed in order to get the shots that fit the mood and setting. He’s also extremely adept at using light, angles and vantage points to get creative and artistic shots that incorporate nature and the elements. You’ll get plenty of traditional shots with traditional poses, but you’ll get just as many unique ones that have the “wow” factor. As for our actual wedding in Cincinnati, Max kept everyone loose and on schedule. We took hundreds of photos before the ceremony – with dozens of combinations of immediate family, extended family, and the wedding party. It was a whirlwind, but Max got all of the shots we wanted and made everyone feel comfortable in the process. I know because people told me that. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception photos were great as well: the perfect mix of formal and candid. Max definitely comes prepared. He’s seen it all and does anything and everything he can to ensure that the day goes off without a hitch. All in all, we couldn’t have been happier with the finished product and recommend Max enthusiastically and without hesitation.

hoto Studio, during our engagement session, throughout the wedding planning process and on the day of the wedding. Max is a true professional, very talented, patient, hospitable and thinks of every last detail. In addition, he is very timely, easy to get ahold of either over the phone, email or text and goes the extra mile. We’ve received so many compliments on our engagement and wedding photos from family and friends. All of my bridesmaids, family, friends and vendors enjoyed working with Max, as well. We also used Maxim Photo Studio for our Photo Booth during our reception and our guests from all over the US were very impressed by the production! Max captured every special moment of our wedding day even down to the last song! Words cannot express how grateful we are to Max. We highly recommend Maxim Photo Studio for your special day! We are very fortunate to have worked with him as our wedding photographer and will admire our beautiful photos for years to come.

Max is a sensational photographer and just wonderful to work with. He gives great direction without being pushy and is incredibly organized and calm during all of the photo shoots....

My bridesmaids (who had all been in other weddings) also loved him so much, they want to bring him out when they get married (and they're not even from Cincinnati!). I'm quite shy in front of the camera and he made me totally at ease and got the best photos of my life! Definitely would recommend him to anyone!

Where to begin? Max is simply amazing at his craft. We had the pleasure of him Photographing our engagement and wedding. Max isn’t your “run of the mill” photographer. He is po...

lite, on time, artistically sound, and has a fun/no BS professionalism to his process. He is able to direct and pose people in a fun/ non-bossy manner and is able to come up with last minute visions to get the perfect shot. It rained up until our outside ceremony was supposed to start but you would never know it. You would never know that it was gloomy out from the pictures because he doesn’t just take “pictures”. He captures moments the way they were meant to be remembered. His second lead photographer Blanche (sorry if I spelled it wrong), is just that. She is not a backup or assistant. We were very impressed with her as well. She holds the same professionalism and artistic ability as Max. In conclusion, Maxim Photo Studio is a company that will freeze your most important memories in time. They are a company you will not regret trusting your big day with. Thank you Max! Best wishes, Alex & Samantha Cruey 10/27/2018

I would have never expected my wedding photographer to be such an essential part of my wedding day, but Max was right there for me all day and I feel so thankful I chose him. It is very evident from his actions that he is passionate about what he does and truly cares about the people he works with. He went above and beyond with his photography skills and devoted his time and hard work to help create lasting memories. On a personal level, he helped calm my nerves, made me feel comfortable and was my go-to person on my wedding day. Thank you so much Max :)!

professional, talented, funny, organized and helped our wedding day run extremely smooth. We are beyond grateful for our beautiful engagement and wedding photos. He did such an excellent job capturing these special moments for us! It has been a struggle to pick out a few wedding photos to hang up around the house because we love so many of them! We even had several guests comment on how wonderful our photographer was (one of them because they had seen Max get on the ground outside to capture a photo). Max went above and beyond what we expected from a photographer. Max spent close to an hour on the phone one day with me just talking about the timeline of the wedding. We will definitely use him when we look for family or pregnancy photos in the future!! Thank you so much Max!!! Mary & Daniel Harrison

is professionalism, experience, and ability to read people to get the best shots blew us away. He listened to all our requests and exceeded our every expectation. He worked with us to build a package within our budget (very important) but still delivered top shelf quality. I can’t say enough about him. He coordinated with our venue, the DJ, and the videographer. He nailed every shot, even the difficult exposures or lighting challenges, without missing a beat. Bouquet toss in mid air, check. Dancing shots full of enthusiastic happiness, check. Respectful ceremony shots in the church at all the right moments, check. He directed our wedding party in a fun yet patient manner. He never got rattled. Always positive. You won’t truly understand how important these attributes are until your wedding day. We are so glad we went with Max and you will be too!
