Jesse was the DJ at our wedding in Maui and provided the most outstanding, professional, above and beyond service you could ever imagine. We are not the type of people that like to...
dance so Jesse had a very unique event in front of him. We had a plan to play different games where the guests could participate and Jesse took the idea and ran with it, and absolutely brought our wedding to life.
Everyone had such an amazing night and afterwards told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I may be biased but I absolutely agree. I cannot believe how amazing Jesse did. Every plan we came up with, he understood perfectly right away, and executed brilliantly. He added humor to the games and made the night go completely smoothly. I truly cannot thank him enough for making our wedding night so incredible and unforgettable.
If I were to pick a DJ for my wedding again, I would ask for Jesse 1,000 times. I believe he truly cares about the people, and is there because he really enjoys what he's doing. He shows passion in his work and has incredible energy which brings the entire event together. I cannot recommend him enough. I hope that someone reads this message and gives Jesse a shot, because you absolutely will realize that was the best decision you made.
Jesse has a very calm, and respectful demeanor. I feel he is really putting himself in your shoes when he listens to you, very empathetic and understands where you're coming from and why you might want to do something. He does not criticize and instead embraces your idea and brings it to reality. Jesse is truly an artist.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much.
We recently celebrated our wedding, and it wouldn't have been the same without our phenomenal DJ. From the moment we booked them, we knew we were in for a memorable night, but what...
he delivered far exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and DJ Kurt played a pivotal role in making it an extraordinary experience for us and our guests.
First and foremost, the professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. He took the time to meet with us prior to the wedding, discussing our musical preferences and the ambiance we wanted to create. Kurt's expertise and experience were evident as they provided valuable suggestions and guidance, ensuring that every aspect of the music was tailored to our vision.
Throughout the night, the DJ flawlessly crafted a playlist that resonated with both us and our guests. He skillfully blended songs from different eras and genres, catering to the diverse tastes of our attendees. It was remarkable how he managed to strike the perfect balance between sentimental ballads and energetic dance floor-fillers, creating an enchanting atmosphere that kept everyone engaged and entertained.
The transitions between songs were seamless, and the DJ Kurt's ability to read the crowd was truly remarkable. He knew precisely when to slow things down and when to crank up the energy, maintaining a vibrant and joyful ambiance throughout the entire evening. The dancefloor was always packed, with guests of all ages enjoying themselves to the fullest.
Furthermore, the DJ's equipment and setup were top-notch. The sound quality was crystal clear, allowing every note and lyric to resonate beautifully in the venue. T
Beyond the technical expertise, the DJ's warm and engaging personality made a significant impact on the overall experience. His ability to connect with the people and create a sense of unity on the dance floor was truly remarkable.
We cannot express our gratitude enough for the exceptional service our wedding DJ provided. He went above and beyond to ensure that our special day was everything we had ever dreamed of and more. The music was an absolute highlight, and our guests are still raving about the unforgettable night he had. If you're searching for a DJ who will surpass your expectations and make your wedding an extraordinary affair, we wholeheartedly recommend booking this outstanding DJ or Maui DJ Services in general. Their talent, professionalism, and ability to curate a magical atmosphere will make your wedding a cherished memory for a lifetime.
DJ Shanalle was one of the best surprises during our wedding day. My husband and I follow the EDM world when it comes to the love of music. That is not the only genre we love so we...
had very well rounded music at the wedding however EDM is what our relationship is based off of. When passing by her table earlier in the night, I took a moment to thank her for her services and that's when she asked me if we ever went to a festival. Our playlist gave her a clue. I mentioned we had gone to Mexico the December prior for Holy Ship and that's when everything changed. She was there too! If you don't know much about the world, Shipfam is what we know each other by. I had SHIPFAM as my DJ for my wedding and it was a complete and total accident! What a small world we live in and we could not have asked for a more perfect DJ. She understood us in an instant and it was a wedding gift that I will never forget. If you love the world, she's your DJ with Maui DJ Services. She was also amazing at taking cues in the moment. Even if you aren't in that world, she was an amazing wedding DJ and I would recommend her to anyone.
The software they had me use to input requests was amazing. Super easy and useful. I didn't have more emails to send or papers to pass by hand in order to make the perfect day. This is a great company and the owner was great about giving information prior to the wedding.
I cannot wait to cross paths again with our amazing wedding DJ in the musical world we live in.

al, kind, and answered all my questions and concerns! He was also a great MC and kept the reception program rolling! We also had a friend of ours fly in to Maui to DJ for all the dancing, and Michael and team made sure she was all set up and everything worked out so smoothly! I also loved the online portal where I was able to add in songs we wanted for specific parts of the day. We highly recommend Maui DJ Services for your wedding!

onsive during the planning process. Meeting Michael the day of our event was a breath of fresh air. He is fun and has a natural talent for entertaining. When working with our wedding planner and discussing our vision she instantly recommended Maui DJ Services. Maui DJ Services went above and beyond. Michael helped coordinate and facilitate the perfect evening. Our guests were up and dancing throughout the night and he kept things light and fun. The cold sparks were a huge added bonus and Michael helped us create an evening we will never forget!

nd team created an amazing atmosphere for us and our guests. And when our bridal party got extra routy (AS WE TOLD HIM THEY WOULD) he managed to manage them and keep the overall vibe that we’d dreamed of. A dream come true!! I’ll forever look for an excuse to come back to Maui and hire them again!
Awesome DJ/MC to get the party started & keep it going!
We hired Maui DJ Services through our venue, Royal Lahaina, and we cannot express how amazing they were! We were planning a...
destination wedding and had not met with them before hiring, but they have an awesome online form that thoroughly goes through your wedding day timeline, music requests, music likes and dislikes, and more! Our DJ/MC was Michael and he did fantastic!! We did not meet him until after our grand entrance into the reception, but he worked with our coordinator and played the perfect music all evening and night! Michael followed our music requests perfectly, from special dances, when to play certain songs, and more! He was open to song requests, but also read the groups vibes perfectly and played the best songs to dance to! We are so grateful for the awesome dance party they gave us.

ical for all of us. He played all of the songs that we requested and made sure the evening flowed beautifully. I had a pretty condensed timeline and Scott was able to make adjustments when necessary which made it completely stress free for me and the groom. He was on top of everything!! He is an amazing DJ and emcee and his experience really shone during our event. If you are looking for someone that is organized, responsive, experienced, kind, and, knows how to read the crowd look no further. Maui DJ Services, especially, DJ Scott are the team to book!!!
Scottie D was FANTASTIC! Since Maui was a destination wedding for us, he took the time to have a phone call from the mainland a few weeks prior to get to know us and find out what ...
our vision was for the music at our wedding. He obviously took great notes because he played the songs we asked to hear and mixed in other perfect songs that made our reception fun and exciting. Scott even took the time (mid-reception) to download songs our guests requested. I highly recommend Scott and the Maui DJ Services’ crew to anyone who wants to have a blast dancing the night away at their wedding reception!

he week before the wedding to go over our timeline which also helped calm my nerves. On the day of the wedding, we just showed up (our guests were already there) and they came to greet us and told us about our entrance. Then they got the party going and played the perfect music choices we wanted. They didn't overshadow the event, we never even had to say anything to them the whole time. Things ran so so smoothly. We just didn't want the party to end and could have danced for 2 more hours!! Thanks Scott for making our event so memorable! We wouldn't have wanted anyone else there!

ayed everything we wanted and understood my type of music enough to know what to play when they needed to fill in the gaps. They were personable and truly cared about my happiness as a bride. I rely heavily on reviews and hope that anyone reading this trusts that I'm someone who does my research. I was not let down. You never realize how important of a role your DJ plays until it's too late. So choose Maui DJ Services and you'll never have to experience those regrets!

d and edit things as you go with one click of a link. From the first day we hired him until the final song at the wedding he was great. And he brought an assistant which we didn't even expect but was a super nice bonus since we had a larger crowd. We are so thankful to DJ Scott for helping make our wedding day perfect!

ews. We are a bit slow lol. But non the less, we are here now:)
Maui DJ Services is so much more than a DJ company. From start to finish the service was nothing short of perfect and we never felt pressured even though everything kept changing on these poor guys! From the wedding date, location, to our indecisiveness of what dance floor we wanted. They were so accommodating and we definitely now know what true Aloha means. Scott was our main contact through out the entire process and was just amazing! He made the introduction all the way to the payment process as seamless as we could hope for. His calmness and patience was exactly what we needed during the hectic times. Tony was our DJ and played everything we wanted and he put our song choices into a fabulous mix.
The video dance floor was worth every penny and if you want to do something that will separate your wedding from anything else?! Get this dance floor! Not only did we get to pick the photos and add the videos that were played on it, It was also the talk of the wedding with everyone after. The video footage we received from everyone is still bringing joy to our faces. They even had a video screen and projector that we rented to play a surprise video for my wife! Amazing!! And now they apparently have a photo booth business as well. Like I said.... They are so much more than a DJ Company.
We can not thank you guys enough for everything you did for us and anyone that is heading to Maui for a wedding we will definitely recommend to you... Mahalo Maui DJ Services!
Love, Tiana and Joe White

modating, working well with our wedding coordinator to keep the night moving through dinner, dancing, etc. He was flexible, including our requested songs (even a random one we had an mp3 file of), and was also ready for a very unexpected Hora dance to Hava Nagila. I recommend Maui DJ Services and DJ Michael for both Kamaaina and destination weddings and events, and would absolutely book them again! Mahalo nui loa, Michael and Scott!

ever met him before and really wasn't sure what to expect. I just trusted all would be great and it was even better than I could have hoped for. Scott did a wonderful job keeping my guests dancing for the entire reception. We had a mixed crowd of Australian and American guests and he really did a fantastic job playing music that appealed to both groups. I also had been asked to fill out an information form online regarding my likes and dislikes etc prior to the wedding. He paid attention to the information on that form which I really appreciated. I got so many compliments that we had one of the most fun receptions ever! Thanks Scott for making it such a memorable night!

short notice to allow my aunt and her granddaughter to perform a surprise hula dance for us! We loved the DJ. My mother and everyone at the wedding raved about this DJ. Top notch!
Maui DJ Services was great at keeping a steady flow during our ceremony. It was quite windy at the venue, but they were able to make sure all the guests heard the officiant, myself...
, and my wife. During the ceremony, Scott did a great job of transitioning between first dances, speeches, and introductions. Also, he played all the best dance songs to keep the party going!
Working with Scott was awesome! We hired Scott for both our reception and after-party and he was extremely professional yet fun. He really got the party started after dinner and ...
all the music flowed so well together. We provided him a long list of songs to play and he played every song we wanted at the right time and everyone had so much fun dancing the night away. Thank you Scott!
DJ Michael from Maui DJ Services was AMAZING. He handled our wedding reception on July 15th at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua seamlessly, from introductions to first dance to cake cuttin...
g and speeches, to opening up the dance floor. Michael was very professional and personable, and made the whole reception run perfectly. His song choices were amazing (we included only a few songs in the questionaire, which he based his music selection off of), and his energy and awesome music kept people on the dance floor (and some of them normally don't like to dance!). We are so happy we went with him- Thank you, DJ Michael!
A wedding is one of the most important and expensive events you'll ever plan. You want to get it right and selecting a DJ is one of the most important vendors for a wedding. I've...
been to weddings where no one was dancing or having fun. It was extremely important to us that all of our guests have a blast. We selected Maui DJ Services for our wedding on May 5, 2017 at the Ritz Carlton. Our wedding coordinator highly recommended them and they were spot on! Organizing a destination wedding is quite a task and we left the music till the last minute. The owner Scott reached out and had an online form for us to complete. Wow are they organized and take out all of the guess work! They had top music lists by genre, reception, dinner, slow, etc. They made our life so much easier! On the day of the event, we met Michael who was our DJ. He did a fantastic job MCing our wedding. He was so much fun! He got everyone up dancing, kept the pace going from 1st dance to dinner into dancing. Everyone at the wedding raved about him. I remember him having a big smile the entire night with high energy. Thank you so much for making our wedding memorable. Making sure our guests had fun was so important to us and thanks to DJ Maui Services and Michael that happened! I highly recommend. No need to continue to research, just pick them!
Michael DJ'd our wedding at Olowalu Plantation House last month and we couldn't be happier! My husband and I work in the music industry so we had some very specific music requests,...
all of which Michael handled beautifully. The music at our wedding was amazing and we received lots of compliments from our guests. We also had two surprise performances (one by my husband and one a duet by the two of us) and Michael handled both surprises with ease and grace. We pulled off both swimmingly thanks to his expert MC'ing.
Michael will attest that our wedding was one of the more unique weddings the venue has seen, as it poured rain for most of the afternoon and evening. As a result, we had a few last minute "set changes" and Michael did a phenomenal job explaining these changes to our guests and keeping them engaged.
If you're looking for great DJs on the island, look no further than Maui DJ Services. They were amazing to work with and we would book with them again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, Michael and Scott!!
Scott was very professional and got everyone up and moving! He played all of the songs I requested. I highly recommend him!
