I loved working with jenae! She was amazing from save the dates, invites, and paper products at our wedding! She knew what I was imagining by very little info... I am not the great...
est at finding examples so when I told her a little of what I thought I wanted she came up with something perfect!!! I would recommend her over and over!
I am just going to be blatantly honest with this review. I was scrolling through Pinterest to get ideas for a Beauty & the beast themed invitation because it was truthfully one of ...
the only things I wasn't sure on how it should look. So, I'm scrolling through & I come across this BEAUTIFUL & when I say BEAUTIFUL, I mean, truly stunning, invitation. I was so in love with this invitation so I pinned it. A few months later when we were looking into invitations for our wedding, I looked back on the invitation & followed the link that it lead to & was brought to the website for Matinae Design Studio. As I was scrolling through for information on the invitations, I didn't see a price for them so I decided to e-mail the designer & see what they would cost me. In order for the invitation to look exactly as it had on the pinterest site, it would've been extremely over budget for us. I am so glad that I didn't lose hope after I got the price. My now husband & I talked about the invitations & decided it definitely wasn't something we could pull off so I e-mailed the designer back to let her know & she sent me so many other options for the same invitation...needless to say, we customized our own invitation, exactly how we wanted it worded, the graphics, all of it for a price within our budget & in my opinion more beautiful than the one I had fallen in love with from the beginning! I may be a bit bias on that last statement though! :) On a very serious note, this studio was absolutely amazing to work with & great with working out a plan inside your budget! I would definitely get in touch with her if you are looking for something truly classic & elegant.
Loved working with Jenae at Matinae Design Studio! The whole experience was wonderful and stress free! The wedding invitations are beautiful!
MDS was absolutely amazing! Jenae went above and beyond anything i ever asked. I swear i felt like I was bugging her by having her change ideas five million times but she happily d...
id and told me she won't stop until im in love with them and she did just that. The invitations for my wedding were gorgeous and I couldnt stop getting compliments it was great! One of the other things that I loved was she was willing to do a personal meeting at anytime but did alot over email. I was so busy that email was the perfect way for me to keep up and make the process go smoothly. They can fit into ANY budget and no matter how simple or detailed you go the product is BEAUTIFUL!! I couldnt have asked for better service and I will definitely be using them for all invitation/announcement needs in the future!

Loved working with Jenae, it was easy and enjoyable. While guest lists, invitations, place cards, and seating charts can so often be a huge headache for the bride; Jenae made sure ...
everything went smoothly and eliminated that headache for me! She did everything paper for my wedding, along with a customized garter, guest book, and candy bar. Paper goods included invitations, place cards, seating chart, table numbers, ceremony programs, reserved signs for the church pews, labels for the candy bar, candy bags for the candy bar, bar menus, and a customized monogram that we used throughout our wedding. Our candy bags were personalized with a quote, our names, and wedding date. Every paper product in our wedding was personalized. The same fonts, colors, and graphics were used on everything. It really tied together the decor at our wedding. We were actually able to turn Jenae's monogram into a custom lighting image, which our lighting coordinator/DJ was amazed with! Jenae is extremely cost effective and her products are beautiful. She goes the extra mile to make you happy and accommodates last minute changes. I had a lot of people added to my guest list throughout my wedding and Jenae made sure they were added to our counts and received an invitation. She placed tiny rhinestones on most of our paper products. She researched candy pricing for our candy bar and sent me everything in a nifty zip file so I could choose candy that fit my budget. She is always available either by email or personal meeting. She even answers emails at 2am! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Jenae and am happy with everything she created for my wedding!
My invitations were gorgeous. I got so many compliments and I loved the coordinating place cards and programs. I noticed that some of our friends and family kept their place card...
s as a keepsake and posted them on their fridge or with pictures! MDS is inexpensive but the service and attention to detail far exceed expectations, even compared to expensive vendors. Matinae went way beyond the call of duty and helped with my minor disasters, always responded to my e-mails quickly, and, made wonderful original invitations and day-of stationary.
I went to Jenae with soooo many different ideas [in my head] and tried to put them in an e-mail [which is hard to do] and somehow, someway, Jenae got all of my ideas and turned the...
m into my dream invitations!
She worked with me emailing back and forth and back and forth, never complained or had the slightest attitude because I'd ask to change this, then change it back, no let's try this. She was amazing the whole way through and I'd definitely recommend her!
She's based in Bakersfield but communicates so well through e-mail. I'm about 2 and a half hours away from Bakersfield and all of our contact was through e-mail. She mailed me my samples and sent my pocketfold invitations already assembled!
She's a gem!
