Cannot comment on casino aspects. Attended an event 2 consecutive nights. Maysa birthday celebration. Unlike National Harbour casino, parking was free, logistics of getting in and out, was hassle free. Found the food served to be good quality, ...
cocktails were reasonably priced, and staff was attentive and friendly. Was inclined to returned for the hell of it.
Always pleased with my experience here. Have held many work events here either in their restaurants or in their event facility. Staff is always friendly and inviting. Also last time I won on the casino floor so for sure 5 stars.

here are excellent dining options at the hotel or surrounding area. Our Casino Host Mr. Stephen Baek provided simply outstanding service and can't say enough about his and all the staff professionalism and genuine pride they take in delivering phenomenal services. e I was finally getting a BirthdY shirt like my fiance and his mother both have. I was the only one without one. Went to Promotion desk. Wasn't the same shirt. Just plain Live! Casino shirt. Only had size large. Was very disappointed. Plus you don't get any free slot play. Then Live! sends me an email about my experience. Filled it out. Talked about my disappointment. Havent heard any response back.
I recently stayed at Live for 2 days. This was my first stay there. I frequent the casino but had never previously stayed at the hotel. The casino is decent with friendly dealers. The hotel not so much. I was relaxing in bed and out the corner ...
of my eye I see something move on the nightstand. It was a cockroach. Not the welcome I was expecting. I requested to be moved. I was told that the manager had to call us back. After about 20 minutes the manager called back and said they would have housekeeping help us move. After another 15 minutes someone came to the door with new keys. She said they were giving us a $50 food and beverage credit for our troubles. We tried to use it later and of course nothing had been added to the account. Back to the room itself, it was ok at best. The bed frame is on wheels which gives a cheap feel. The bathroom is spacious but the water in the shower was lukewarm. I actually drove back to my house for a hot shower.
We parked in Live’s garage. My vehicle was broken into. I reported it to hotel management who didn’t seem that concerned. She called for security. They finally arrived after about 20 minutes. The gentleman was nice he came and looked at my vehicle and said they would review the camera and get back to me. However the overall sentiment was that’s too bad.
Overall, my stay at the hotel wasn’t great. This was my first and last stay there. Management didn’t even apologize or offer anything for everything that happened. I spend a boatload in the casino there. I would have been better off at a Motel 6 at least you know what you’re getting. Don’t advertise luxury and give mediocre. There are plenty of hotels in the area, I would definitely choose one of those.
