We chose MaryAlice after meeting her at a friends wedding. Her energy was top notch for what I expected out of a photographer and she was very kind and patient with us. The picture...
s she takes are phenomenal as well.
Here is the biggest issue I, along with my friends, had encountered. We were both told that we would receive our wedding photos on a glass engraved usb drive. My friends who were married in September of 2020 had not received theirs by the time my wife and I's wedding came along in September of 2021.
Up until late 2022 neither my friends nor I had received our photos. I had reached out multiple times, and was told she would get them sent to us, that they were in the mail, confirming address to send them. Finally after months, and a certified letter being sent to her home, threatening to sue because her end of the contract had not been fulfilled, I received both my flash drive with all wedding pictures and my friends that was from 2 years prior. I recommend to anyone who chooses to work with MaryAlice to keep this in mind and please read all parts of your contract with her that you sign to verify that everything in the contract is taken care of.
There are SO many Indianapolis wedding photographers to choose from, but in my opinion it's extremely important to hire someone who is pleasant/easy to work with while also providi...
ng exceptional photography. My fiance and I both LOVED working with Maryalice -- she was a blast and made us feel so comfortable, which was important for us. You can tell she is extremely committed to her business and art, and she has a ton of wedding photography experience to show for it. In addition, Maryalice worked with us to create a day-of wedding schedule that not only our vendors and wedding party appreciated, but helped the day run smoothly. I highly recommend hiring Maryalice for you wedding!
Maryalice was great to work with! She always has good energy and is very helpful! We definitely recommend her for your big day!
My fiancé (with the help of my best friend) planned a complete surprise engagement photoshoot with Maryalice! I thought we were having a fall photoshoot but in reality it was a pro...
posal! Obviously I was on cloud 9 the whole time! She captured all the vulnerable moments, the happiness, the tears and everything we could have wanted and more. She surprised us with champagne and told us to drink and act like she wasn't there. Everything felt so natural! We drank, smiled, laughed and she captured so many amazing moments. She was so easy to work with, made the whole experience so much fun and posed us in such intimate and fun ways! She also made sure to pay attention to all the little thing and even took beautiful photos of the ring to make sure to showcase the detailing. She sent our digital link so quickly after there shoot as well! We highly recommend her and will be using her for our engagement session with the pups and our future wedding! We cannot thank her enough for all her amazing work.
If you want the best wedding photographer, look no further. Maryalice was there for us every step of the way! Not only did she make a wedding day schedule detailed out to 10 minute...
increments (which all of our other vendors loved!), but she also is the best at what she does. She is super personable, outgoing, and fun! I never know what to do in photos and she made sure to tell myself and everyone in the wedding party where to look and how to place their hands for the best pictures possible!!! She helped us pick out the best photo spots and had so many ideas throughout the day. She is the BEST hype man for your wedding and is just so fun to be around. She even posted sneak peaks at 2AM the night of our wedding after a 12+ hour day of shooting for our wedding!!!! What an amazing surprise. Book her for your wedding before she’s full for the year!!! You won’t be disappointed.
Mary was wonderful to work with. She was kind, friendly, professional, and worked amazingly with the videographer. When I got an important photo back I requested an editing change ...

os. She also gets great candids when you and you significant other are goofing off. Our guests at our wedding kept saying "she is working so hard" When she wasn't taking pictures of us, she was working to get all the details of the venue and everything. She is such a wonderful photographer. Before booking her she takes the time to talk to yo and get to know you and figure out what you want. I highly recommend people looking to book a photographer to meet with her.
Maryalice took our engagement and wedding photos. She was so great to work with during both sessions. She was even offered tips and suggestions while planning for our wedding. Our ...
photos turned out so wonderfully that engagement and wedding photos line the walls in our house. I will definitely call Maryalice to photograph our next big life milestone!
