she already had a detailed timeline outlined — all I had to do was answer her questions. From there, she thought of EVERYTHING. She read through the church’s many policies, coordinated with our photographers, videographers, and DJ, brainstormed rain alternatives, and even made sure I had cake saved for the next morning! On the wedding day, she was constantly one step ahead: getting everyone into two lines with glow sticks for our bridal party entrance, coordinating our surprise folklórico dance and making sure the dancers had their outfits and shoes, keeping speeches on time and making sure the parents were there, and even catching that the bar line was getting long so we could pause it before our first dance. She also handled the dollar dance baskets, snake dance chairs and veil, bouquet/garter toss items, and made sure our monetary box and décor were taken down before she left. And when I had forgotten my veil in our room? Kasia went and got it. There were SO many little moments where I thought, “I would have completely forgotten that,” and she was already handling it. She was also amazing throughout our walkthrough and rehearsal, and when an issue arose with someone being disrespectful toward our guests, she stepped in and handled it professionally. She was calm, gracious, and genuinely felt like a friend who had my back. The best compliment is how many guests told us afterward that everything flowed so smoothly and nothing felt awkward or disorganized. That is exactly what Kasia does. She made me feel like a guest at my own wedding because I knew she had everything under control. I genuinely wish she was my friend! I cannot recommend Kasia and Marryment enough.

On the day itself, she was calm, present and reassuring. It's been two months, and our friends and families can't help but rave about Kasia every time we reminisce on the wedding day. She accommodated every one of our niche asks, was so incredibly organized from the very first day we started working with her, and always had the best advice and recommendations. s before your wedding can be stressful with lots of final payments and meetings and Denise made sure we stayed on top of that. She reached out to each vendor to confirm arrival time for day-of and get vendor meal counts. She attended our final walkthrough and rehearsal with us. She was beyond organized day of, did an amazing job keeping track of all our DIY items, and even helped box them up at the end of the night. I didn’t have to worry about a thing wedding day! It was perfect! If something went wrong, I never heard about it. I even had my wedding party raving about how great she was. Will never be able to thank her enough for making the day so smooth.

Once we chose our venue, Claire helped connect me to so many amazing vendors she had worked with before. (All of which were in our price range and were AMAZING to work with/on wedding day!) Throughout the planning process, Claire was super responsive and helpful with big and small details. She always went along with any idea I had! We met monthly as the big day got closer and her checklists helped keep us in great planning shape! Not a detail was missed. On wedding day, Claire executed everything perfectly and even went SO above and beyond to go back to our hotel during the reception to get us a hotel key (since ours was lost during the day!) I cannot recommend Marryment and Claire enough. They are so reasonably priced and have all the expertise needed to make your big day so special and so YOU!

Even when there was a small bump in the road with one of my bridesmaids, she knew exactly how to handle the situation. She is very personable, intelligent, and kind. ed hankie while I took pictures.  She was so wonderful helping Shannon and Stratton navigate through the day and get things and people where they needed to be on time!  She has a Mary Poppins bag of quick fixes (i.e. a fresh toothbrush for Shannon) and she thinks of everything.  I got married a very long time ago, but I can honestly say if there was someone like Denise and her company at that time, hands down I would hire her/them.   Additionally, her personality was so friendly and kind to everyone.  Honestly cannot say enough of what a pleasure it was working with Denise.  Additionally, my immense gratitude to Denise for making Shannon and Stratton's day a happy, memorable one!!

y sister years ago and was absolutely wonderful so right when I got engaged, we reached out to her and booked her for my wedding. Denise is a shining example of going above & beyond. She is very organized, easy going, & truly passionate about what she does. She was always willing to answer any questions throughout the planning process and about a month or so before the wedding day, she took over and began talking directly to all my vendors and built us a timeline. The day of the wedding, I did not have to worry about a single thing and that itself was a blessing. The day was absolutely perfect and I could not thank Denise enough for making it all possible!

More often than not, she created space for us to decide what felt right for us. Looking back, I realize how valuable that was. Instead of steering us toward tradition or what she had seen before, she encouraged us to think about what we wanted our wedding to look and feel like. She gave us information without pressure, guidance without judgment, and confidence without influence. As a result, so many of the decisions we made felt genuinely our own. What stands out most, however, is her calmness. Throughout wedding day, Kasia was the steady presence that allowed us to actually enjoy ourselves. There were several moments where I looked to her expecting to hear that we were running behind or needed to move faster, and every single time she calmly reassured me that everything was exactly where it needed to be. Whether she was solving problems behind the scenes or not, we never felt it. One of my favorite examples of how thoughtful she is was her suggestion that we do a private room reveal before guests entered the reception. It wasn’t something we had planned, but it ended up being one of the most special moments of the entire day. We even ended up sharing an impromptu dance in the room before anyone else entered. It remains one of my favorite memories from our wedding, and it’s something I never would have thought to plan myself. Beyond her organizational skills, Kasia was simply wonderful energy to have around. Professional, kind, proactive, and endlessly reassuring, she brought a sense of calm confidence to every interaction. We never felt like just another event on her calendar. We felt supported, cared for, and genuinely championed throughout the process. If you’re considering hiring Kasia, do it. She doesn’t just coordinate a wedding. She creates the conditions that allow you to actually experience it. For us, that was invaluable and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone planning a wedding.

She patiently answered every question, calmed my nerves, and reassured me more times than I can count. As the mother of the bride, with a very laid-back daughter who wasn’t always concerned about the details that kept me awake at night, Denise became my voice of reason and my source of calm. On the wedding day, she was absolutely incredible. She kept everything moving seamlessly, handled situations and put out fires that I never even knew existed, and made sure every detail came together beautifully. Because of her, I was able to do something I never thought I would be able to do, I actually enjoyed my daughter’s wedding. One piece of advice Denise gave me will stay with me forever. She kept reminding me, “Breathe. No matter what happens, it’s going to be a beautiful day. Take it all in because it goes by so fast.” I took those words to heart, and she was absolutely right. The day was beautiful, and I was able to be fully present for every precious moment. And as if Denise wasn’t amazing enough, her assistant Nathaniel was the icing on the cake! With a little humor, I have to say he was an absolute cutie, but beyond that, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to help wherever he was needed. He was constantly making sure things were running smoothly and quietly taking care of details behind the scenes. She managed every revision made to our schedule, built in buffer time (which we definitely needed), and was as cool as a cucumber regardless of what came up. If there were any problems with scheduling or running late, she never let us feel it or even know about it (and we still don't know if any issues arose on our wedding day). She allowed us to be fully present on our wedding day and experience only joy on the most important day of our lives. The company as a whole is awesome and I think you are in great hands no matter who you end up with for your day. On the day of, she never once showed an ounce of stress and made sure everything went smoothly. She helped the groom's party with their boutonnieres and calmed my husband’s nerves. He was worried about me, and Claire reassured my husband that I was eating, happy, and doing well. Claire organized my girls, mothers, and myself. She steamed all their dresses and even one of my other family member’s dresses as well. She even took photos and videos of the behind the scenes throughout the day (sent to us in a Google Drive link after the wedding). Claire took care of everything, set out decorations, organized the day, and cleaned up for us at the end of the wedding. It was such a relief after the party was over to see everything organized and ready for us to take out. Even when a guest unexpectedly passed out in the middle of our receiving line, Claire was already trying to organize people and get everyone where they needed to be.
