Married by Megan

exactly what she was doing while also being so kind and patient. We could not be happier with our choice of officiant and would seriously recommend Megan to anyone looking for a professional and personal ceremony. Thank you Megan! Brandice and Scott

the time to get to know us as a couple and created a ceremony that truly reflected our relationship and personalities. On our wedding day, Megan was warm, professional, organized, and calming. She delivered a beautiful ceremony that felt heartfelt and genuine, and so many of our guests commented on how meaningful it was. We are so grateful she was part of such an important moment in our lives and would highly recommend her to any couple looking for an amazing officiant!

years and she'd always wanted us to get married, so we decided to do it. Sadly, her cancer unexpectedly progressed extremely quickly, and we were running out of time. A friend reached out to Megan, and she was at our 2 hours later. She officiated the ceremony in my mom's bedroom and it's the happiest I'd seen her in some time. She was beaming. As it happens this was the last time my mom was able to interact, so it meant even more than I imagined. Megan was not only extremely kind, but also professional and detail oriented. We can't recommend her more.

ests and made our ceremony a dream come true. She was so on top of things that she requested we move our ceremony up to avoid the rain and boy was she right! We cannot recommend her enough!

the perfect day. She gave the most sentimental ceremony I could have ever asked for. 100/100 would definitely recommend

r story and went so smoothly. We would recommend her to anyone!

and we couldn't have been happier with our choice!

and truly cares for her couples. She shows up early, is fully prepared, and carries a smile on her face. Go with Megan and you will not second guess your decision.

e. She was super helpful with the ceremony and tuning it so it fit me and my now wife and our weirdness which made our ceremony just feel that much more special on our special day. She also was kind enough to allow my mother to speak during the ceremony to say a couple words to help her feel involved when she was determined to be unable to officiate. This meant a lot to both me and my wife for even considering her, even when she didn’t mention it to Megan. Hopefully I wouldn’t need to, but if I were ever to be married again I would most definitely use Megan again!

tantly, a woman. Megan checked all of these boxes! Megan was very helpful, friendly and informative. Our meetings with her really helped us solidify the vision of our perfect ceremony. Something meaningful for both us and our family- without the pressure of religion. Megan was also quickly responsive with all emails, punctual to both the rehearsal and ceremony, and knowledgeable about the marriage certification process. She was organized and professional, but also sweet and personable.

commend :)

was! All it took was 1 phone call and it seemed like we knew each other for years. She truly goes above and beyond, I see why she has been to almost 400 weddings! Please, look no further! If you need someone by your side on your special day, let it be Megan!!

s not afraid to give us her opinion on how things might work best for us, and she walked us through each step of writing vows, preparing for the ceremony, getting the marriage license signed, etc. She is professional, friendly, accommodating, and gives a beautiful and personal ceremony experience. We got so many compliments! Would recommend!

th giving me ideas, elements to add, and made me feel very calm beforehand. It was my favorite part of the entire day. She made our ceremony so personal and included some jokes in there which gave me a nice break from crying LOL. I would recommend her to anyone!

was an amazing ceremony. We highly recommend her!!!

so knowledgeable and “in” with the wedding vendor community she comes with a wealth of priceless knowledge and experience. She seemed to really care about us and our story and that was really important to me. She asks the right questions and makes things so easy and relaxed. If you have the opportunity, book with Megan!!

ed several heartwarming and kind readings and messages. Our guests were very impressed with the entire day. Megan helped to make our wedding ceremony the special day that we always dreamed of. Thank you so much.

was a 10/10. She was very responsive and helped make my special day one to remember! I highly recommend her!

I am so glad it did, and I am so glad it was Megan conducting our ceremony. She was incredibly responsive when we initially contacted her; we had an initial consultation call where she walked us through the various options for the ceremony, and then another call 10 days before the ceremony for all the finishing touches. As we planned to exchanged our vows privately, she also provided us with beautiful vows. We wanted to do a handfasting with all the members of the family, and she put in so much care into ensuring that all the names were pronounced perfectly - a monumental feat as we have a multicultural family. She was punctual on the day of the ceremony (she got there before us!!) and explained the filing process for the marriage license. Though the word "perfect" may sound hyperbolic, I felt that "perfect" is the only word to describe the ceremony she conducted and the words she had chosen. We asked for a non-denominational ceremony, and we wanted to keep the gendered words to a minimum. Megan delivered exactly what we wanted and more. We were the 820th couple that she had married, and it absolutely shows - she knew exactly what looked best for photos, and she knew how to position everyone. After the wedding, she sent us the script for our ceremony, and kept us updated on our marriage license filling. I am so happy she was a part of our big day, and she created this moment that we will cherish forever. Snatch her up fast before she books up!!

mmend her.

d guide us and she was also so flexible! She's so easy to reach and I always felt like I could count on her! The ceremony was just beautiful and I couldn't recommend her enough!

We were super nervous about writing and reading our own vows out loud and she was so encouraging, and provided very useful feedback and coaching. We felt so much more at ease with her help. She clearly takes so much pride in her work and she shows it in her ceremonies as well! She made the moment feel so personalized and warm. We got tons of compliments on our ceremony at our reception as a result. She also was always easy to communicate with and very prompt in her correspondence. Thank you so much Megan!

be working with an incredibly funny, punctual, and professional individual who is legitimately so happy to make people's dreams of marriage come true. Megan worked with our tight schedule and asked us some simple questions to make sure that she could provide the best ceremony possible. She's the best!

e wedding ceremony! Recommend her greatly 🫶🏽

professional and more importantly, Megan! She is detail oriented, professional, personable, authentic and has a wonderful personality. People kept telling me before the wedding that things will go wrong on the day of your wedding but Megan was not going to let that happen for the ceremony. When I arrived at the venue Megan had pulled me aside with concerns around the ceremony stage as our flowers were placed with little room left for my wedding dress train. She took control, consulted a friend and already had a solution in place to moved the arrangements around *THIS is what going above and beyond looks like and it doesn't stop there. The florist was waiting for the rest of the wedding party to arrive so they could place the boutonnieres and hand out the corsages but Megan could sense the florist was a bit overwhelmed and jumped right in taking charge letting the florist know it would be no hassle at all for her to take the flowers and pass out/pin herself. During our family portraits Megan had found my husband and I to deliver us our specialty cocktails (which were much needed at this point haha). There are so many other small details I am missing from the phone meetings, vow review beforehand, handling our very loud wedding party during rehearsal and before the wedding ceremony. As for the most important part of the day... the ceremony. The words she read really hit home when you are standing up there ready to say I do and she spoke with such grace it was absolutely beautiful. IF you are between officiants this is YOUR review telling you to book Megan. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for being there for us in every way on our special day!

e good and helped run rehearsal was a big help.

g call, and did amazing the day of. I highly recommend working with Megan as your officiant!

ceremonies that sound alike. Since no two couples are the same, she will tailor your wedding ceremony in a way that makes it uniquely yours. Not only is her service superior to the rest, she’s also a lot of fun to work with, so as a DJ, I recommend her to all of our wedding clients.

officiant.

de it the perfect day.

and the ceremony was stunning! I can’t say enough good things about Megan, I adore her!!

erything very easy with no complications. I would definitely recommend her to any individuals that are wanting to get married!

we benefit from hiring Megan to officiate, but we also took her recommendation for our florist and month-of-coordinator, and could not have been happier with those choices. It's easy to tell that Megan knows the best of the best in the wedding industry. She was so helpful throughout the planning process, offering us suggestions and options for our short ceremony. In many ways, she went above and beyond for us, and for that we are so appreciative.

le of wedding you’re planning. Megan stayed in contact and was easily accessible. We had a very thorough phone call/consult to discuss what we wanted in our short ceremony. She provided us some common options and helped us tailor things to better suit our needs. Megan was thrilled that our dogs were included in our ceremony and she made everyone (us, dogs, guests) feel relaxed and confident.

ad the pleasure of working with her after the unthinkable happened. The officiant that was supposed to marry us came down with a wicked case of the flu the day of and hired Megan to step in for her. I had nothing to worry about, Megan was communicating with me that morning and assured me that we would have a perfect ceremony and she wasn’t wrong. She gave us everything we wanted and more. She was wonderful to work with in a pinch and I will recommend her to everyone who is getting married. We have been having all of our guests tell us that our ceremony was hands down the most beautiful ceremony they ever witnessed. We can’t thank her enough for being available to step in and make our day truly memorable. Thank you Megan. - Rachel & Pete

asked lots of questions to get to know us. She made the whole process so easy, answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly, and was very patient with us as we made some last minute changes. Everyone we spoke to was very impressed with the ceremony she put together and presented. Even some of our older relatives who didn’t seem to understand how we just “hired some random person off the internet” said she did a wonderful job!

on us through the whole thing, and the ceremony was exactly what we wanted! We got tons of compliments on her! She even stood up for us to a wedding "coordinator" that was being super difficult! She's great! Highly recommend!

ou for being apart of our special day, Megan! Highly recommend 😊

recommend her to everyone!!!
