Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my hubby proposed with the PERFECT custom engagement ring. Anytime we walk in they take great care of us, and we’ve purchased both wedding...
bands through there as well. Service is always fantastic and the quality of our rings is unmatched. I receive daily compliments on my set and my husband loves his band as well.
Both of my rings were my Grandmother's rings. The engagement ring was white gold with a single diamond in the center. My husband wanted to add something to the ring to personalize ...
it and make it my own. The jeweler at Marlen talked with him about ideas and was able to create the most beautiful and unique ring I have ever seen. He added two sapphires on either side of the diamond. It is stunning. I love my ring! We came in later to have my band and engagement ring sized, and while we were there we also ordered my husband's band. He went with a popular style of tungsten carbide.
The level of quality and service provided at Marlens is beyond expectations of a fine jeweler. I was concerned my engagement ring may be too large now that it rests after my band and the Jeweler said to stop in during the week and it would only take the craftsman an hour to fix! He even offered to buy me lunch while I waited! Such incredible quality and care! They are a must for any jewelry needs!
This is an amazing jewelry store because the service is so spectacular! Patrick gives you his undivided attention and is very knowledgable about their product line. He works with ...
you to find the perfect pieces and he is just an overall great guy! We will return to this jewelry store for any future purchases!

ring process (although I was not involved), and my experience with them during the band purchase was great. We worked with Patrick, who is a great guy. Every time we went in they polished my engagement ring, and they also sized it for me free of charge. We also had my wedding band engraved at Marlen.
We did end up going through a different (online) vendor for my husband's platinum wedding band, because he chose a very classic/plain style and we discovered that it cost literally twice as much in the jewelry store versus online. We would have been willing to pay a little more, but not double.
We got all of our rings here. They are super friendly and accommodating! I would highly recommend for someone who wants a unique ring that isn't at every corner jewelers. Thanks Ma...

re. It only takes a few minutes! At other places, you have to send the ring away to get that service done. I will definitely stop back for my jewelry needs!
Staff is patient and provides excellent advise. My husband was deployed overseas and was able to call and arrange everything for my engagement ring.
