From keeping us on timeline and being a boss with bystanders while we were doing our wedding party photos out in the city of Chicago, to getting us through a chaotic shot list of 35+ family photos in under 30 minutes, we do not have enough good things to say about our experience with Maria. saw our engagement photos. You would think we were having the time of our lives. Maria is a perfectionist and as someone who is type-a+++++ she was exactly my style. She moved my ring in photos, fixed my veil, and even photoshopped a bright red memorial candle, at my request, into white when it stood out like a sore thumb in pictures. The pictures are just beautiful and we got a lot of candid looking shots that I didn't expect. Maria went above and beyond from beginning to end. She extended our engagement session so we could catch golden hour, met with me multiple times for a planning meeting, and even arrived early to take detail shots and stayed late to take pictures of the reception free of charge. She is an amazing person and I'm so happy we picked her as our wedding photographer. She handled my grumpy husband like a pro, was flexible and even gave us a wedding gift! Her pictures speak for themselves.

Even on our wedding day, the weather was not ideal but she quickly came up with plan B and plan C. Not only was the finished product amazing, but her presence on our special day was so welcomed by everyone. She captured all the genuine moments, tears, laughter, nerves and pure happiness that I remember about our day. When it started raining during our engagement session, she immediately offered to drive into the city the following week for shots that I had wanted but wasn’t able to take due to the weather. Our wedding was at a hotel in Chicago in March, and she was able to take wonderful indoor first look and portraits for us combined with some beautiful shots outside along Chicago landmarks. We received so many compliments on our wedding photos from friends and family, and cannot be happier with our decision to work with Maria. She is the most talented, kindest individual, and she brought so much positive energy on our special day!

uch a fun time. For our engagement shoot, the weather was so cold that we had to cut it short, but Maria offered to do another mini shoot once it got warmer. Both sessions turned out amazing!!! She knows how important these photos are to her couples and will do anything within her power to get the perfect shot. For the wedding, Maria was so professional. She worked well with our day of planner and other vendors to help keep our giant bridal party calm and on schedule (not an easy task). All of the bridesmaids and groomsmen loved her and had so much fun working with her. All of our friends and family still talk about how nice and professional Maria was and how much they love our photos.

She acted like our day of wedding coordinator and kept us calm and comfortable, which is super important on what can be a stressful day.
