The restaurant however does leave an awful lot to be desired generally, it seems like they tried to match the class of the hotel and ended up with glorified fast food instead. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it had american cheese slices on it (Kraft singles) and I think the fancy sauce was cholula or a great rip off of it, which would have been find if it was sold as such. Next time I want a breakfast like that I will save 80% of the cost and just go to the nearest jack in the box.

hat were met with caring concern and the utmost presentation of their best spaces and food. They have clearly pulled out all the stops to be the host with the most kind of hotel. I experienced the 8th floor tower king and the seventh floor because I needed to stay another night. There was a party that needed the whole eighth floor so they graciously upgraded me for moving. I ended up experience the suite life and it had a beautiful office space, living room, most comfortable sleeping quarters and the book book in the window is a reason to stay here every time. There’s so much more to mention, like the coffee station which had these amazing creamer options and the historic feel and Love placed in the views of Walla Walla through the windows and in the artwork throughout. I can’t say enough, why this hotel should be 5 stars. The heart for service and the esthetic is superb. I am in Love. Perfect self care present to self or a getaway that the Family will all enjoy.

hat we really enjoyed. They also were very accommodating of our baby, providing a pack and play and car seat for the shuttle. I especially want to give a shout out to Tom at the front desk, who took fantastic care of us from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. He went out of his way multiple times to make sure we had the best experience possible and we cannot thank him enough for that. We will absolutely stay here again and will certainly recommend it to all of our friends and family.
We stayed here three nights (from April 9-12) in room 401. While there were many things we liked about the hotel (beautiful and inviting lobby, ample parking, attractive dining room, courteous staff, and convenient location), we were disappoint...
ed by the poor quality of housekeeping. It was perhaps the sloppiest, most careless room cleaning we've ever experienced at any hotel. The bed had not been tidied, the empty tissue box had not been replaced, a dirty towel had not been collected, and brown stains and puddles of water covered the bathroom sink and counter (likely from neglecting to clean up properly after disposing of old coffee). Most upsetting, however, was discovering that a bag of our belongings that we had placed on top of the furniture next to the coffee-making station had been taken. Even though the contents of this bag (shelf-stable food) were not of great monetary value or personal importance, it is nonetheless deeply concerning that housekeeping staff would make such thoughtless and inappropriate determinations about what constitutes trash or warrants removal.

Our family has been going to the Marc (except Covid) for Easter brunch for a long time. Unfortunately after this experience, this will be the last year.
