I’ve had the most unpleasant experience at this salon today. I arrived 6 minutes late for my appointment and tried calling the salon several times to inform them of my late arrival...
(what a courteous customer should do) to only get a busy signal.! . Upon my arrival the front desk clerk informed me that the gentleman who was scheduled to do my facial would be running a few minutes behind. That few minutes turned into an hour wait time. The front desk clerk repeated that he was wrapping things up throughout the course of my wait. So my anticipation was that it would only be a few minutes longer. When asked how much longer I would have to wait she informed me another 30 minutes because he didn’t know it was going to be a facial... he thought it was a hair appointment. I don’t know how he would have presumed such being I called the salon at 10ish to confirm my appointment time and what service they had me down for. I think this is unprofessional to your consumers. I would NOT recommend going to this salon if this is how they treat their paying customers.

I was very pleased with the overall outcome of my airbrushing makeup at Marcel Salon. The salon it self is not much to look at but the makeup artist was very good.
