My wedding was an absolute DREAM thanks to the staff at Mansion on Broadway. Maria was the best to work with. She made sure all my questions were answered, that we were well-prepared for our big day, and that everything ran smoothly. Our maître d was incredible. She was super attentive to me and my wife's needs.
However, we received the MOST compliments on the food! Everyone raved about the cocktail hour and how delicious all of the options were. The dinner portion was absolutely phenomenal. My wife and I had a platter of everything and all the options we chose were 10/10. We ate the steak, salmon, and the chicken scarp. Every single dish was unreal.
The entire night was beautiful from start to finish. There were no hiccups. Nothing went wrong. These people know what they are doing. You need to book them for your wedding or next event. Don't hesitate!

a better celebration! We were so happy to see everyone really enjoying themselves but most importantly we enjoyed ourselves.
We were overwhelmed with how everything turned out! Thank you to the Mansion team for making sure the seating chart, all of the signs, card box, table numbers, candles, blue rose petals, and everything else were in place for us! I was so happy with how it all looked and Maria crushed it and totally understood my vision :).
All of our families and friends raved about how phenomenal the food was, which we knew would be the case! Please tell the chef we are so thankful and grateful for the delicious cocktail hour apps as those were an absolute hit but also the mains, I'm obsessed with the chicken francese!
The service was also impeccable, the team made sure everyone well taken care of with food, drinks etc. There was never a wait at either bar and things just closed so nicely! Maribel (maitre'd) was great too! We’re so happy we had our big day with you and the Mansion team. Michael the owner was there and was so nice and ensured our mains were warm because we were taking photos and he was worried our dinner would be cold. He checked in on us a few times, which we really appreciated! I can't thank everyone enough and hope to have a future event back at Mansion! It might not be as big as my wedding but I certainly recommend this venue to all brides and grooms and for all the events in between! Hugs to the whole team!

ception close to home was important to us and a big convenience for our guests. Michael was easy to speak with and was passionate about helping us put together a great menu for the evening. The food did not disappoint, we received so many compliments about the food throughout the evening. The staff was attentive and helped everything run smooth. We had a wonderful outdoor ceremony and took advantage of the beautiful grounds and staircase for photos. We continue to get compliments about our amazing wedding weeks and months later. Having our wedding at the Mansion was the smartest choice we made during the wedding planning process!

moment I met with Michael and Mia I felt very comfortable and knew this was the place for me. Michael had a tasting going on at the venue that evening and invited my fiancé and I. The food was amazing and we left a deposit that evening and booked on the spot. The night of our wedding ran very smoothly. The staff was on point and again the food did not disappoint! The feel of the evening was amazing and I cannot thank Mia enough for making sure everything was perfect. Also, the gentleman who ran the floor, Christian was very accommodating and did a great job. ng to end. We worked mainly with Mia up until the wedding who was always helpful and reassuring that things would go well. We used the outdoor ceremony space, which was beautifully decorated. We got really lucky with beautiful weather that day too. Mia and the wonderful staff worked with us regarding the flow of the day and timeline. The food was amazing and our guests continued to rave about the overall experience, which was unlike anything they had experienced at other weddings. The personal touch my husband and I received on our special day was UNFORGETTABLE! I could not have envisioned a better wedding. Thank you Michael, Rosa, and Mia for all that you have done for us!

Michael told us day one that no other venue would beat their food and he was right. They make everything in house, they work with you on special requests, and our guests are STILL talking about the food and the venue. Amazing! etting your money but the service is terrible. Rosa & Staff is very rude! All the vendors and guest complained about them. They served our guest uncooked rice & threw away our wedding cake. My husband & I, did not eat, nor did we taste our cake. We didn't even taste the champagne. They cleared the table while our guest were dancing and told our MC to tell the guest to sit down or they won't eat. At the end of the night Rosa & Michael gave us an additional bill for $3,099 claiming that they added more chairs for guests. This wasn't true! No new guest was added. I know this from walking around and greeting all our guest. Guest returned food because it was not good & replaced it with something they liked because the food was cold and the rice was uncooked. Michael counted these as "new meal" and billed us for it. My maid of honor did not get her food. My uncle got a chicken although he ordered fish. The wait staff was pissed at him for letting her know this. We had to settle a $3099 bill before we could leave, although everything was paid for prior to our event. Who walks around with $3099 on their wedding night? Michael claims he would have added 160 more chairs if people walked in from the streets to attend and give us the bill at the end of the night without prior notification. Who does that? This ruined the memories of what was supposed to be an awesome day.

ly and with respect, as we treat all our other clients and as is reflected in all the stellar reviews on this website and many others. They presented us with a budget for a maximum of 90 guests. Michael gave them an incredible deal on a sit-down wedding to stay within their budget for 90 guests. On the day of final payment a few days before their wedding, we were advised there were 117 guests with the possibility of approximately 10-12 more so, at the groom's request, we set up 1 extra table (which allowed for a possible 129 guests) to accommodate a possible overflow and advised the couple that whatever additional guests attended could be paid for before they left on the evening of their wedding. On the evening of their wedding, we counted 139 dinners which left our kitchen.
Regarding the other comments:
As is our policy, we do not refuse any guest food. At the end of the day, it is our reputation that is on the line. If you don't have the budget to pay for extra guests, then don't invite them. It is not up to your caterer to decide who gets fed and who doesn't or to feed your guests for free.
The leftover wedding cake was personally wrapped by our chef at the end of the evening and placed in a box for the couple to take home.
We personally spoke with many of your guests who complimented us on the food and service and even asked for information regarding upcoming events they would like to talk to us about.
And, just for clarification, you did not settle your $3,099 bill at the end of the night. After much argument and to just end the evening, Michael allowed you to walk out paying only half of your balance, which represented a significant loss for him.
In closing, we are disappointed that you can write this type of review after we went above and beyond to make your day a perfect one and to keep you within your budget. Please stick to the facts and do not embellish. As stated above, our reputation precedes us and does not need defending.

e most important couple. The venue is perfect- and being that they only serve one party at a time made us love it even more. Michael went over the menu and the options carefully, and we decided that we wanted to do a tasting before making any decisions. I can’t stress enough how happy we are that we did that! The food was absolutely AMAZING. It blows any other venues food out of the water! The tasting consisted of five courses ( appetizers, pasta, steak,chicken,fish,dessert). The portions at our tasting were huge! Michael assured us that they would be even bigger the day of our wedding, and the tasting was to get an idea of flare and presentation. He did not disappoint!! In fact we still get compliments from our family and friends at not only how great the food is- but how much of it there is! The kind and courteous waitstaff, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Thank you so much to Michael and your entire staff for making our wedding dreams come true!

and knew that was the venue I wanted to celebrate my wedding in. A year almost to the day the my fiancé and I booked our date. It was my dream venue and Michael was so gracious to work with us on making my dream a reality. We are extremely happy we choose Mansion on Broadway. Mia was amazing, she made my vision a reality. Michael stayed with us the entire night and we felt very well taken care of. Our wedding was the only even at the venue which was very important for me. We had the best wedding and I look forward to celebrating future events at Mansion!

ur radar when we started our planning. Mike was extremely personable and knowledgeable and very generous-when working with us and our budget. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we wanted in terms of food, Decor and a worry-free day. Enter...Mia, she was professional, creative and very sweet. She and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for in my dream wedding and both she and Mike made it a reality.
The food itself deserves five stars. It was delicious and plentiful...which was a "prerequisite" when choosing our venue. Family and friends have been calling all week raving about the food, staff, and even Jimmy the bartender. Again, I'm not quite sure how to put into words how grateful, thankful and blessed we were to have such an incredible wedding day at Mansion on Broadway. Thank you Mike, Mia and staff for your professionalism, perfection and sincerity! It's off to Greece we go!!! This venue is a hidden jewel and you will NOT be disappointed!!!

-The Mansion had quite a few different staff members/wedding planners and so did I, and the combination made it a "too many cooks in the kitchen" situation which made it easy to miscommunicate. If this is your situation I would recommend consolidating and appointing one person on the day of your wedding to be the ONLY person who communicates with mansion staff
-Some directions for decoration and furniture setup, as well as a couple of other specific items we had customized, got miscommunicated and did not end up getting executed on the day of. This was not ideal, but also not a disaster and something that affected guests negatively but only something I (and a select few) recognized.

The wedding party and our guests were very well tended to and comfortable. There are so many beautiful photo opportunities, from the exterior to the elegant staircase. Everything was gorgeously decorated with our requests carefully considered, and the details turned out even better than we had hoped for! If you feel that this could be your venue, book it as soon as possible. We couldn't recommend Mansion on Broadway more!

d have a beautiful event. The staff and owner Mike were professional, helpful, and wonderful to work with. They were always available to answer questions—no matter how small. The planning process was easy and smooth and put us completely at ease. We were especially excited to choose our menu—the choices were excellent, and we were able to put together a meal that was perfect for our guests. The price was very competitive and fair and we got an excellent value.
The venue is beautiful and there was plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our 100 guests—there is also lots of on-site parking. We opted for a cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner. During the cocktail hour, our guests loved the passed hors d'oeuvres, which were plentiful and delicious. After cocktail hour, we moved into the main ballroom, which was beautifully decorated. We provided some pillar and small votive candles, and Mia turned them into beautiful centerpieces that fit perfectly with the feel of our event. We didn’t have a DJ, but were able to bring an ipod with music we had selected to play over the Mansion’s sound system. Our dinner buffet was delicious—highlights included the eggplant rollatini, gouda mac and cheese, cod stuffed with risotto and the mashed potato bar. For dessert we had the fried oreos and ricotta donuts, which were excellent.
Our event flowed really nicely, and our guests had a wonderful time. We were able to sit back and enjoy our time without having to worry about any of the details. The staff was professional and very attentive both during and leading up to our event. We are so very happy with our experience at the Mansion on Broadway and highly recommend it!
