We loved, loved, loved having Manis and Co as our caterer. The food? Delicious! The service? Amazing! From appetizers all the way to the sides for the served buffet our guests were...
positively in LOVE with the food (they even went in for thirds!). The Manis and Co team also made sure that my husband and I were able to get some food (appetizers from cocktail hour as well since we were doing photos) without us ever having to leave our sweetheart table, a loving touch that I think sets them above the rest. Brandon and Kristen were extremely friendly and helpful in making sure that our menu was properly prepared for our day. We believe that the service they provide is worth every penny and are so, so happy they could be a part of our special day. We cannot thank the Manis and Co team for helping make our special day possible! We would highly recommend them to people in the area looking for a caterer that will have your guests asking for fourths!
Overall everything went well, the food was delicious and on time; service itself was a 5/5. We did expect that linens would be provided as this was discussed and communicated, yet ...
the food tables were missing them. We ordered based on a given headcount, some guests had seconds, which was unexpected on our side, and there were so many leftovers. We only wish that we had been given the opportunity to keep the leftovers before everything was thrown out.
Manis & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations at my daughter’s wedding reception and played a huge role in making the day such a success.
One of our biggest concerns when planni...
ng the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family.
The food presentation was inviting and reflected the same level of care and attention to detail that went into the menu itself. The staff was professional, friendly, and accommodating throughout the entire event, ensuring that guests felt well taken care of from start to finish.
During our final planning meeting about 30 days before the wedding, Kristen confidently told us that they had never run out of food. We joked that our guest list might put that claim to the test! As it turned out, our guests loved the food so much that many went back for seconds and even thirds. The steak and chicken were especially tender, and guests repeatedly commented on how flavorful the accompanying sauces were, including the dairy-free option. In fact, people were still talking about how wonderful the food was at our breakfast send-off the following morning.
If you are considering Manis & Co. for your wedding or special event, I cannot recommend them highly enough. For anyone hesitant about choosing a buffet-style service, don't be. Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.

e of moisture left in them. Our guests had similar comments and made sure it was not just mine and the Bride’s steaks that were like that. Would not recommend, especially since there is an up charge for that entree.
We had a great experience with Manis & Co. Food was wonderful and the staff that helped were amazing!
From the start, our communication with Kristen was not very responsive. It took sometimes two to three follow-ups for her to respond. The tasting was great but on the wedding day, ...
the food came out pretty dry, specifically the chicken. I confirmed with Kristen twice that we would have water served for our guests before they're seated for the reception and the water goblets were empty. When my wedding planner questioned them, they said it wasn't apart of the package. And that I REFUSED water. Who would refuse water?! It was extremely disappointing because instead of serving our guests water, they were arguing with my wedding planner. They did eventually serve water and apologize to me, but it was too late by then. Our food was packaged up but it was no where to be found so we can only assume it was thrown away. I would say the only reason I would recommend them is the reasonable prices. However, they say they can do a lot of things for you, but it's not until the last payment when they mention those things are an extra cost. For example, I asked for gold silverware and she said absolutely. But when it came time to pay for everything, she said the gold silverware was an extra $3 per person. So basically they don't say the costs of things until you ask. They should have been transparent from the beginning.

is and Co. went above and beyond to take the stress and pressure away from us. Their communication skills were impeccable, and they answered every question thoroughly. The tasting was easy, and the husband's cooking is truly amazing!
Our small, 32 guest wedding was on 10/6/24. For our cocktail hour, we had a charcuterie board, bruschetta crostinis, and pretzel shooters. For dinner, we had the option between the roasted pork tenderloin and the shrimp skewers. Each entree had roasted Brussel sprouts, garlic mashed potatoes, and the smoked mac and cheese. I was going to choose some menu highlights, but you genuinely cannot go wrong with any of their menu items. The food was genuinely some of the best “wedding food” we have had.
We had a Great experience! Food was delicious and staff super friendly. Can't say enough good things about them.

was decent (mashed potatoes were a little dry lol) with no complaints. Communication was a little difficult at times (had to call/email multiple times), but we were able to get things figured out. The price per person was also very reasonable for wedding catering. We definitely recommend them!

appoint! The food was delicious and my guests kept talking about it and asking for recipes. We had great communication throughout the process and they even allowed me to change my guest count the week of the event. We had plenty of left overs and actually ate them during our honeymoon stay because the food was too good to just let it go to waste! The service and presentation was great! We really enjoyed having Manis & Co serve our events rehearsal and wedding night we had 50 people per night so 100 total served. Pork, chicken, ribeye, carrots, green beans - all amazing! Apps were great too! Highly recommend!!

We received so many compliments because the food was absolutely amazing!! As we all know food is what everyone remembers most at a wedding.
Although we had a small private dinner of 25 people, they met all of our needs. I could not recommend a better catering business to go with, especially for your special day!

e was the most helpful and friendly person I could have wanted in a caterer. She walked through every aspect of the wedding day with me and provided solutions and ideas to every question I had about buffet flow, appetizer options, sauce options for the entree. Her team also went above and beyond with the charcuterie board for cocktail hour. My husband and I were taking pictures so we didn’t have any of the charcuterie but we had friends who all went back for 3 plates because it was so good.
The minute I friend their pork loin I knew that was the option I wanted for our buffet dinner. We just did the 1 entree- duck a tender pork loin with plenty of herbal flavor. They also offered to add a sauce with the pork loin and I selected a mustard sauce that was unique and one fl the best additions to a meal I’ve ever had.
I really just can’t say enough about the food, the staff, the helpfulness. All of it. SO WONDERFUL
We highly recommend the Manis team to cater your next event!
We hired Manis Catering to provide hor d'oeuvres and dinner for our wedding in The Great Smoky Mountains back in May....
First off they were very easy to work with and even with a full wedding season schedule they were able to answer our many questions leading up to the tasting in a timely manner.
They have a ton of local experience. This was extremely helpful for us out-of-towners where they were intimately familiar with our venues and provided insight and recommendations for our big day. Case in point, when we held the cocktail hour with hor d’oeuvres and buffet dinner reception in two different locations, their team seamlessly set up promptly and efficiently where we had no delays whatsoever. The food was hot and delicious, especially the jalapeno bites and cajun alfredo! Krista checked up on us throughout the night and their crew even volunteered to work the bar during cocktail hour when our bartender arrived late! 10/10 would recommend!
The food was absolutely incredible! Kristen and her team were a huge part in making our day so special. Our wedding was 2 months ago, and people are STILL talking about the food. 1...
0/10 would recommend! Kristen worked with our travel schedule since we were planning out of state, even bringing our tasting to our cabin while we were on family vacation. Everything went flawlessly, and Manis & Co Catering was definitely a favorite part for everyone!

esh, locally sourced meals at affordable prices, and boy did they deliver! They were awesome to work with before the wedding, promptly answering my many questions and offering a free tasting at their kitchen. The day of the wedding, their incredible, kind staff provided food that guests raved about and even packed up the leftovers for my husband and me! On top of all of this, Manis & Co. provides their own plates, napkins, and silverware, buffet table linens, and servers. All at the BEST price I could find! I feel like I hit the jackpot when I found these guys, and I'm so grateful for their good work. Keep doing what you're doing, Brandon & Kristen. Brides, book them right now!
Absolutely amazing! I cannot give a higher recommendation! If I could give 6 stars I would. They went above and beyond meeting all my guests dietary needs and specifications. The...
nicest people, who are incredibly flexible to sometimes changing situations. Very communicative throughout the whole process. When we initially booked them, we were thrilled they could meet all our dietary needs. Later on we were even more overjoyed to learn they have and practice values that closely align with ours, from composting and recycling to various types of wonderful community outreach and giving back.

nt as smoothly as we could have expected. We had the Vodka Pasta with Chicken and everyone kept saying how amazing it was. The only thing I would have changed was choosing Mac n cheese as a side because it was just too much pasta but that's not their fault, The Bacon wrapped asparagus and Sirloin skewers were amazing as well!
I am a Vendor that works with this company often. They have become my goto for referrals because of the ease of booking and satisfied clients!
Kristen was great to work with through the whole booking process and she even helped us secure our other vendors as well. One of the other owners was actually serving at our weddin...
g and when we handed him the tips for both him and the other server he literally gave the whole tip (we tip well) to the other server and said because he is an owner he doesn't take any tips from the staff. That is so humbling to us. Bravo!
We cannot speak more highly of this company. Our favorite was the beef tenderloin, delicious and perfect for our Winter Wedding.
