About this vendor
I am a wedding photographer in Northeast Ohio serving Akron, Canton, Kent and Cleveland areas. I believe in going above and beyond to make your day everything you dream of, because I believe my clients should be served as my friends! Choosing someone to document one of the most important moments of your life is a big deal. You want someone you can connect with and who feels like a friend. You want someone who is calming and brings out real moments and genuine personalities. If this sounds like you, I’m here to welcome you as a friend and turn your dreams into reality.
What sets me apart from other photographers is that I started as a designer. I didn’t set out to be a photographer at the time I was choosing my career path. I went to Kent State University for Graphic Design. I stayed in the marketing and design industry for 15 years, but somehow along the way it just happened. I fell in love with photography the same way I fell in love with my husband, one day at a time and every day all over again. Having the designing and marketing experience is so beneficial in this industry. I started shooting weddings in 2010. In 2016, I made the jump to go full time with photography and have never regretted it! I’d be happy to turn your beautiful day into beautiful artwork.

We recently had Mandy paint a scene from our wedding ceremony. It was a last minute gift from our parents and it surpassed our every expectation! Mandy made the whole process super...
easy. She was very organized, kind, and fun to work with! She was so excited to be a special part of our wedding which was great. She arrived early to paint the background and then took a photo of the specific scene we selected to capture in the painting. It such a great touch during our reception for guests to watch her progress through the painting. The painting itself is gorgeous, we were absolutely amazed that she completed it before the end of the reception. Her art captured such a special moment for us and we are so grateful to have it as a keepsake. She is so talented and we would definitely recommend her!

ly could! Mandy is by far one of the sweetest and down to earth people I’ve met and her pictures are exquisite! She kept us in the loop with payment info, and setting up a timeline for our wedding day and where we wanted to get pictures at on property of Stan Hywett so it made the day go by so easily without any frustration or worry! Mandy truly made me feel like the prettiest woman/bride in the world with her work, while keeping you calm, focused and having fun as well! You WONT be disappointed!
I highly recommend Mandy!! She made all of us feel so welcome and comfortable! My pictures came out absolutely beautiful and I could not ask for a better photographer!!

y and my husband and I have great memories, I wish there would have been more pictures of family during the reception. However we got the pictures back in a timely matter, they were super easy to order and there was a lot of them which I was grateful for. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for a wedding or any life event she was very professional and all in all we are very happy with how everything turned out.

tivity is unlike any other service you would ever receive. In my former career I was an event planner and Mandy was the only photographer that I would refer clients to. I'm not in a much different career but I continue to call Mandy for photos and refer folks to her. If you are looking for creative, professional and stunning photos with excellent customer service, Mandy truly is the best possible person you can call.

of outfits, multiple locations and including our dog and cat! I love these photos more everyday! Then Mandy photographed our wedding! She captured the best moments of the day. And the best part, we didn’t have a wedding planner so she kept everyone in line and on track which was awesome for an OCD bride! Mandy already knows she will be taking photos of our new home renovation soon and future pregnancy and future kids! Mandy is fantastic to work with, she makes you feel comfortable and she truly has an amazing talent that she excels in! I enjoy following along and seeing all the extraordinary work she does! I recommend Mandy for any photography occasion because I truly believe God placed her on this earth to capture precious memories for all of us to enjoy for our lifetime!

wn ideas and was also very open to our ideas. We combined them both and were so happy with the wide array of photo options. All of our friends were very impressed with her work both in person and the final photo product. They either said they wished she had done their wedding or would love to use her in the future. We love that our house is full of fun-loving photos to cherish. We have continued to call on Mandy to capture seasonal mini photo sessions and our growing family. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
