Makiaj Beauty

best part is... we all LOVED our looks! Many of us said "this is the best we will probably ever look in our lives." LOL! It was the best day ever!!!

Indian customs and traditions as well.

d immediately and I knew I was in good hands. Although Monika was extremely professional, I also felt like I was hanging out with one of my girlfriends. All of the Makiaj gals I met were so wonderful, they hype you up and truly create inclusive environment - it's amazing. Back to Monika - She executed my vision perfectly. Even though I changed my hair for the day-of to something a little less high-maintenance, Monika made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I was asking for. I couldn't have asked for a better hair and makeup team for myself and my bridal party.

listens to you to truly bring your vision to life. Plus the girls are so much fun to work with that it just adds to the getting ready experience. My family, wedding party, and myself looked and felt our best on the big day! I can’t thank you all enough for making me look even better than I ever imagined at my trial, rehearsal, and wedding! I am part of the MakiFam for life!!

anner recommended. Huge shout out to Diana and Ingrid who were AMAZING and such a big part of my wedding day! They even stayed past the allotted time to make sure everything was perfect. They were so easygoing and had the best energy. I loved Diana from the second I had my makeup trial with her! Hair and makeup looked great and I received a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend them to anyone getting married in Arizona.

s a great hype girl for my wedding day! Her second, Monica, was also fabulous and they made an incredible team. All of my bridesmaids and my mom loved their hair and makeup, and they looked stunning. I highly recommend using this fantastic team for your bridal hair and makeup services, and will definitely be using them in the future for any events to have my makeup and hair done. Thank you to, Isa, for making me feeling so beautiful on my wedding day! It meant so much to me and I can't wait for you to make so many more brides feel so special!

I never take the time to write a review but couldn’t be happier with the service from these girls!

ays! She is so talented at what she does…always patient with me, listening to me and executing the best looks for me! There is not one time Danielle has done my makeup where I did not get MANY compliments- she works magic! For my brother’s wedding last week, she teamed up with Michaela, who did my hair- they are the DREAM TEAM! Michaela is also an artist who I adore and is super talented! That night they executed the Hollywood look on me and what can I tell you- I truly felt so glamorous and got complements all night. They are true artists and 1000% recommend them! I love the whole Makiaj team….I love their teamwork, the way they all work together and uplift each other- truly the sweetest and most empowering group of women! they are all so professional, communicative, and great to work with- if you are looking for a beauty salon, Makiaj is it!

crushed it. Such a superstar and the sweetest person! Will most definitely be going back to Makiaj because of her!

est at what they do but they are also the kindest people!

was newer to the company, and admitted to not knowing how to do wedding hair very well, which was less than ideal for me as a bride who ended up not loving the hair/makeup after it was done. Their social media shows wonderful work, but in hind sight, I should have contacted the company and requested a different artist after my trial.

tional lighting, and created a timeline to ensure everything stayed on track. Danielle did my hair and makeup for my trial and wedding day, and to say I felt beautiful would be an understatement. We received SO many compliments on our hair and makeup! Not only was her work incredible, but Danielle is also extremely kind and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better team!! I am forever grateful.

were very efficient and our makeup looked great! Thanks again.

bsite, I received a phone call from Jazlyn and Vanessa asking about my wedding and engagement. Planning a destination wedding, I really had to trust my vendors and the ladies of Makiaj Beauty were wonderful to work with!! Vanessa is truly an artist and made me feel like so much more than just another client. During my trial, Vanessa was fantastic - she listened to what I wanted and made personalized suggestions based on her many years in the industry. Her confidence throughout the entire process was what sold me - I trusted that she could bring my dream glam to life and she did!! I felt so beautiful and confident on my wedding day and I cannot thank Vanessa and the Makiaj Beauty team enough. If you want to look and feel like a star on your wedding day, BOOK THEM RIGHT NOW!! After taking photos all day in the Arizona sun, crying at the wedding and dancing my booty off all night - I still looked flawless. Booking Makiaj Beauty is the best decision you will make for your big day!!

edding. Vanessa is AMAZING. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and confident. She did my hair and makeup for 3 of my events (2 Indian-which required draping and 1 White Dress) and perfected every look. The compliments and pictures speak for themselves. I look forward to working with them again!

e our wedding day everything and more. The hair jewel was my favorite little addition! I am the most picky when it comes to my hair and makeup, and I was BLOWN away by the talent these girls showed. You can’t beat this team, so if you’re looking for THE most special experience and to look your absolute best on your wedding day or for any other event (they also did my hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and engagement pictures), look no further! There is nothing better than Makiaj!

my hair and I will always using her for my big events. Their Team is fun, professional, talented, kind and AMAZING!!! One of Friends of getting married soon, She was in our wedding in November and she is asking me already for their contact information. I am pleased to refer them to anybody ask me for Bridal Makeup artists. Love you Girls!!! Bahareh

including myself was ready with time to spare. This beautiful makeup team came to us at my venue early Friday morning and stayed with me until the final touches were needed. I changed my hairstyle the morning of my wedding because I lost my hair piece and Janet did an amazing job at making sure the look was exactly everything I dreamed of and more. Everyone is very positive and makes sure you feel relaxed and pampered on your special day. I wouldn't trust anyone else but this talented team to make my girls and I look our best for the big day. Thank you Makiaj Beauty!

Thank you so much Makiaj! You are all amazing and so talented!

to re-touch. And my skin was never oily. My wedding ended at 2am, there was a lot of dancing!! I am so glad I chose Makiaj Beauty for my wedding day :)

that I could work with a MUA that was familiar with my skin tone and knew what colors and techniques would work best. I did a lot of research and finally decided to reach out to Makiaj Beauty. I had my makeup trial with Marlene about a month before my wedding, she was such a pleasure to work with! She was very patient and attentive and she was able to help create the look I was going for. I hired Makiaj Beauty for most of my bridal party (6 out of the 8 of them) along with my mom and aunt. They glammed all of my girls up and I was so pleased to hear that everyone was happy with their looks! It was really impressive. They are very professional and they stick to a strict timeline and schedule. All of my bridesmaids, (all eight of them!) were glammed up and ready to go well before the ceremony started. This team has truly mastered their craft and they have a solid formula down, which is why I felt so comfortable working with them on my big day. Marlene was really amazing, my makeup was on point, and I still looked true to self. Just a very glammed up version! :) She was so awesome, she talked to me and joked with me, we listen to music, and I felt at such ease whiile she was glamming me up. I honestly felt so comfortable and at ease getting ready that day, and I wouldn't have had it any other way. They even give you a touch up kit to have throughout your wedding day. They've crossed all their Ts and dotted all of their Is. If you're looking for a hair and make up team that is experienced, organized, and fun to work with, then set up some up a consultation with Makiaj Beauty. They rock!!

set up quickly, and stayed until they made sure everyone looked great, even with a second event to go to afterward! My hair and makeup lasted all night, despite a ton of (happy) tears and dancing! The touch-up pouch was a nice addition. Thank you, Marlene!

my wedding day. We still took photos outside and my makeup lasted ALL day thankfully !

and glamorous. What these ladies can do is some kind of sorcery. My photos all turned out beautiful because of their beauty skills. I’ll certainly be back whenever I need to be done up for a big occasion!

oth hair and makeup for a one stop shop. Vanessa mastered both! I was very happy with the final look. I would highly recommend her and her team. By the way, the studio I went to for my trial was gorgeous! Everyone there is so friendly.

I was looking for and exceeded my expectations. I could not have picked a better person to do my hair and make-up for my wedding!! I received hundreds of compliments and relive how beautiful she made me look when I watch all the videos and look through all the photos. The weekend would not have been the same without her every step of the way!

d on my wedding day, which is all thanks to Makiaj. Compliments on the hair and makeup poured in throughout the weekend. They are highly recommended!

f the best for my make-up and that's exactly what I got. Pooja applied my make-up as well as my mom's and mother in laws. The rest of her team tackled my 6 bridesmaids and 2 sister-in-laws. Everyone looked AMAZING! It was the best feeling in the world knowing I was in good hands. Makiaj Beauty is a team of beauty experts and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

mother and bridesmaids also looked absolutely beautiful! If you’re looking elsewhere just stop and book with these talented ladies!

too. The only thing is I cried and it actually made a line down my cheek but foundation helped cover it up so just make sure you have backup because it is not waterproof!

I will use them again for another event.

fter dancing and sweating. They made adjustments to the bridal party hair or makeup if it was requested. I felt beautiful, and the moms and bridesmaids looked gorgeous. Just amazing! Hire them! You won't regret it.

are as kind as they are talented and we had a great trial. They had another wedding scheduled for the same day as mine, but made some magic happen and did both weddings, which I was so thrilled with. For mine, they did 5 bridesmaids, my mom, my mother in law, my two flower girls and me. Pooja, Sami and Christina were on time, professional, fun and made everyone look like a million bucks. Seeing my bridal party look so beautiful (and happy with their hair & makeup!) was one of the best parts of the day for me. As for my look, I felt like a princess. I didn’t want to be overly made-up and they struck exactly the right balance of softness and glam. These ladies went above and beyond for the big day and they’re worth every penny! - Chelsey Crisp

o? She improvised and we went to her nearby residence to do the trial. That was the first thing that let me know she was truly unique. She welcomed me into her own home and made it work! She was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. Not only was she down to earth and fun, but her hair and makeup skills are out of this world! She made me look like the best version of ME. I can’t even begin to describe how talented Pooja and her team are. I was worried about my husband not liking makeup on me day of the wedding because he’s not used to it…but she seriously works magic and he was speechless when he saw me. They were so amazing that one of my bridesmaids hired her for her wedding in MEXICO in January! So glad I found Makiaj Beauty-they made me feel like a queen!

is! I had so many compliments, my make up looked amazing in photos. Day of wedding- went smoothly, we had not even done an updo hair trial (last minute I decided to wear my hair up) and she nailed it! Just exactly what my vision was. Her team is amazing, so wonderful, my bridal party loved, loved Vanessa and Rayanna. They worked on more than 8 of my girls. I will be getting my make up done only by Makiaj Beauty for all my future events!

de sure that I wasn't stressing about anything going on outside of getting pampered. Both me and my mom told the team to do whatever styles they thought would look good and we were SO happy with how every look turned out. We wouldn't have changed a single thing- We never looked like we had makeup caked on, it was incredibly flawless while still looking like us! Thank you SO SO much Makiaj!!!

lf, which is not always the case when you're wearing a lot of makeup. I had a couple ladies in my wedding party who don't usually wear makeup at all, and Pooja helped them look beautiful but natural. Plus, Pooja is an organized, responsible business owner, and a kind and funny person to be around on your wedding day!

They were very professional and delivered a specific look that each girl wanted! I would highly recommend Makiaj beauty for wedding hair and makeup!

ng (10.10.15). During the bridal trials Pooja was very patient, warm, and funny. I knew that this would be the one aspect of my wedding that I would not need to be worried about, and sure enough I wasn't! I was to have my hair and makeup done, my two sisters, two friends, and mom were to have their makeup done. We ended up needing to have one of my sisters and mom's hair done. Both were at the very last minute and luckily Pooja and Vanessa were able to fit it in. Pooja and Vanessa arrived to the wedding site exactly on time. Both set up immediately and went to work. They were the epitome of calmness and professionalism, yet connected to everyone and had some good laughs. Pooja noticed that I was very nervous about the wedding and she would occasionally check in with me and then go back to work. I so appreciated her skill and empathy. After everyone was done we were all in awe of ourselves and each other; we looked amazing! Everyone's makeup and hair stood up to crying, dancing, a hot day and night, and fun. I would recommend Pooja Mehta Makeup & Hair ten times over to anyone who needs their makeup and hair done for any event!

of my day. All of my bridesmaids loved her just as a person. One of my bridesmaids even said "She would want to be her friend in real life." Haha! Thank you Pooja!

tely responded to my email via phone and we were able to chat and go over all of the details. I immediately felt like she would be a great vendor to work with and she was strictly to the point and down to business. When I flew to Phoenix for my trial I was BLOWN AWAY by her ability to make someone look flawless. She puts so much effort and knowledge into each person and time to make things perfect! My wedding day was even better. She arrived early to do my mom and I but had 3 other talented girls come to do 10 other people in my bridal party. THEY WERE ON POINT! I continue to get so many comments about how amazing my make up and hair was and they continue to ask who my artist was. By far, one of the best decisions I made throughout my wedding was contacting Pooja to do my hair and make up. I will have those pictures forever and THANK GOD they are beautiful :) THANK YOU POOJA!

would look on my big day. She made me feel very comfortable and answered all of my questions. Pooja listened to all of my suggestions on how I thought I wanted to look on my wedding day and made me look even more beautiful than I expected. She also made my bridesmaids look amazing! I would highly recommend Pooja for anyone's wedding day makeup.
