Natalia is fantastic at what she does! I had 5 ladies get hair and make-up done and everyone loved their style. Natalia was very accommodating by starting the bridal party at a par...
ents house then moving to the venue to finish up my hair so I could be ready by the time the photographers arrived. She has competitive pricing but is worth it based on the quality.
I booked this company on 1/15/2022 for my 2/19/2023 wedding by paying a deposit of $416 (50% of the total bill for 8 traditional makeups and one airbrush makeup) I set the date for...
my trial when I signed my contract also. When I emailed to verify the location of the trial about a month out I was informed I was not on the schedule for my bridal shower day and I could schedule something but they had no availability on my requested day. I finally had to screenshot the contract with my trial date on it to get them to do my makeup at the agreed upon date. This was in November. On 1/13 (a month before my wedding day) I received a text message from them saying Natalia (the owner and makeup artist) had surgery scheduled for 2 days before my wedding and could not do my makeup anymore but she found someone else that could do my makeup but when I looked up her Instagram there was not a single makeup client on there. I requested a refund that day. On 1/17 I received a text saying they processed my refund and I would have it in 24-48 hours. I then received an email on 1/19 saying that the request for a refund was denied through square because she had a new bank account. I received another email on 1/23 saying square denied the refund for a second time because the transaction was expired and she asked me if I could accept apple pay which I said I would. She did not process this Apple Pay transaction until 1/31 after multiple attempts to call her and text her and email her with no reply. I could not even complain about it because in her contract it states “if we are made to feel uncomfortable in anyway, or mistreated, or if anyone becomes abusive/violent or displays any offensive behavior, We have the right to cancel the contract without refund” so I could not even complain out of fear I would make her feel uncomfortable and I would not get my refund. This is an unacceptable way to run a business and I wish this upon no future bride. Please beware when booking this company.
I had makeup and hair services for myself and my mother for my wedding and everything came out AMAZING! Everything was exactly as I'd hoped, and most importantly (to me), she made ...
my mother feel confident and beautiful. Everything I asked for was accommodated and if I had to do it all over again I cannot imagine going with a different MUA.
We had the best time getting our hair and makeup done during my wedding. From the staff’s attitude to the music choice and just the vibes all around. I never felt worried or upset ...
throughout the process, they were personable, friendly, and profesional. All my girls looked beautiful and they were so accommodating to the small space and the amount of girls we had, they worked fast but never made anyone feel rushed. Some of the girls had plans for what they wanted done to their hair and makeup but the makeup artist and hair stylist were both super prepared to come up with what would look best on the fly and they were right. 10/10 would recommend!!!
We scheduled her for our wedding which ended up being canceled due to Covid in 2020. She offered us a credit which was so nice and fair. When we tried to reschedule her, she double...

d needs on my big day. I had a large wedding party and Natalia came to our home to apply all of our make-up. Natalia was on time, which is something I really appreciate. I was nervous as to how we would all get our hair and make-up done on time. She alone was able to flawlessly apply make-up to all 9 of us in less than 5 hours. Make-up by pink is efficient, friendly, and kind.

us feel so comfortable. They took the time to listen to what each of wanted, and didn't skip a beat when the flower girls came up with some pretty creative ideas for themselves. Payment and communication was fast and easy. I would absolutely recommend Makeup by Pink and will use them again if i need to look glamorous for another event!

y engagement photo shoot, and was so happy that I did that, because she did such an incredible job on my makeup, which was airbrushed (highly recommend for lost-lasting wear) and looked beautiful in the engagement pictures. I knew I had to hire her for my wedding day hair and makeup for myself and my bridesmaids. Unfortunately, due to uncontrolled and understandable circumstances, Natalie was unable to do hair and makeup on my wedding day; however, she was super amazing in reassuring me that she had already arranged someone else to show up in her place and gave me the girl’s website to provide more reassurance that she was a great replacement. I am super grateful that she did that to help ease my anxiety in not having to find a replacement myself on such short notice. Thank you for everything that you did and I will definitely keep in touch and use her and this company again for any special events that I have in the future.

She was very professional and really aimed to give us the “Pinterest” looks we wanted. Super talented, so happy with our hair and makeup!

n PA! She made us feel comfortable from the instant we walked in and did such an amazing job on my hair and makeup. I explained to her that with everything going on I had to postpone my wedding twice. So this is our third attempt at having our reception this year. In the middle of postponing I ended up losing my makeup artist I hired for the original last two dates. She sympathized and showed me there are better and more kind hair and makeup artist out there. By doing the best job ever on me!!!! Lol Of course, I had to hire her for my big day in September. I recommend her 100%!
I highly recommend Makeup by Pink.
Booked services several times and Natalia is a blessing.

What can I say.. Makeup and hair was PERFECT!! Had it on for 9 plus hours and it held up amazing. Recommend her to anyone.

within my budget but when I scheduled my trial the morning of my bridal shower SHE NEVER SHOWED UP! I went to their location in Brandon the morning of and texted her to let her know I was there since the door was locked and got no reply. I drove around and didn't see any cars around so I gave her a call and left a voicemail to let her know that I was here and it is 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment. As soon as I finish my voicemail she texts me back telling me that she forgot to book my appointment on her calendar and that she is currently at another appointment. She offered me a free trial but I didn't accept it in the fear that she would forget that one too or worse my wedding day. I was also very disappointed that she only texted me to apologize and didn't call. I might have looked past it if she would have called me and explained the situation. I understand accidents happen but you don 't resolve problems with a text. If you plan on hiring Makeup by Pink LLC make sure they send you some form of confirmation email to ensure she has your appointment booked.

ld daughter had fallen the week before the wedding and had a horrible black eye. She was very self conscious about it and didn't want to have her pictures taken. Natalia worked some unbelievable makeup magic, so that you couldn't see the bruises unless you knew to look hard for them. And she was so gentle with her. And to top if off, she didn't charge us for that addition. I will definitely work with Natalia again, when the need arises.

a hair and makeup trial a few months before my wedding. I couldn't have been more pleased with the results. Needless to say I booked her for my wedding hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids, mother, and mother in law. Her work is amazing. She was very professional, responsive and accommodating from the initial trial all the way through my wedding day. I couldn't have asked for better services. Amazingly talented woman who does amazing work! Thank you!
