About this vendor
I am an Indiana makeup artist, specializing in wedding makeup for brides and bridal parties. I offer airbrush foundation and false lashes with every makeup application and am confident that the makeup I do will withstand even the hottest summer temperatures and all of those happy tears! I consider myself to be a friendly and approachable artist, who is very easy to work with, while also being a professional who pays careful attention to detail. I’m incredibly patient and organized, and am often told that I bring a calm presence to the wedding day. I will also make things easy for you, by setting up a suggested makeup timeline, based on the number of girls having makeup done and the time you need to be ready for pictures. Krissy is incredible!!! From the trial, to the actual wedding day, she was amazing! She was so kind and sweet. I felt so comfortable with her to just let her do her thing. I’d HIGH...
LY recommend her! She is so open and willing to change anything you want or try any style of makeup you want! I can’t say enough good things about her, I felt like my absolute best because of her!
Krissy is so wonderful at what she does! She focuses on the client's natural beauty and amplifies it with her makeup artistry. She made myself, my bridesmaids, and my mom feel abso...
lutely gorgeous for my wedding day. She is extremely professional and an overall wonderful human. The products she uses are clearly high quality as my typically very dry and acne prone skin wore the look beautifully all day with very little need for touching up (and no breakouts the next day!) I would recommend Krissy to any bride getting married!
Krissy was a dream come true! She was so polite, so kind, and so easy to work with. Krissy did an incredible job on my makeup and the girls' make up as well. She was professional, ...
attentive, and worked really fast! Krissy really is the best in the business. Thanks again for all of your help Krissy!!!!
I got married on June 9th, 2023 in Chicago, and Krissy came out to complete my makeup, along with my bridal party (5 girls) and both mothers. Krissy was EXCEPTIONAL! I was referred...
to her by a friend who informed me she specializes in bridal makeup, and I would agree! Krissy was flexible, informative, fun, sweet & talented! Not to mention, Krissy's pricing was within budget, and I could not believe it! I completed my trial a month before the wedding and Krissy helped me make some decisions, while making sure I was 100% completely satisfied with my wedding day look.
The day of the wedding she completed my makeup the exact same as the trial! All of my bridesmaids were beyond satisfied with their makeup, as well as both moms. She took her time and assisted me the day of with perfecting our timeline/order for services and helped to calm me down when the wedding nerves hit. I would hire Krissy again in a heartbeat!!! Also, she referred me to the stylist that did my bridal hair - which was fantastic!
Thank you Krissy!!!

Krissy was beyond amazing to work with! I never wear any makeup on a daily basis, so I was very apprehensive about getting my makeup done for the bridal trial and wedding. I was or...
iginally mostly nervous about the airbrush and fake lashes, but Krissy did the most amazing job making everything look so natural...I felt like the best version of myself instead of a total stranger with a lot of makeup caked on. Krissy asked me so many questions at the trial and seemed to really take my input, which I appreciated! Especially since I am not a makeup person normally, I fully expected her to call all of the shots and make the final decisions, but she truly valued my opinions and comfort levels. She was also happy to have my matron of honor and mom sit in for my trial. I so appreciated having them there for moral support! On the day of our wedding, Krissy arrived early. She ran completely on schedule for the whole morning. She didn't even run behind when I had to pause during my makeup and try not to cry several times....and while I talked to one of my bridesmaids on FaceTime (she had just had her baby!). Krissy helped me feel calm and beautiful all morning. I can't say enough good things about Krissy: knowledgeable, talented, patient, professional, calming, and so kind! Thank you, Krissy, for helping us look our absolute best for the big day!
Krissy is amazing. She was the first vendor I booked (after the venue). She is so sweet and made my whole bridal party even more stunning.
Words can NOT describe how lucky I was to get Krissy V for my wedding. To say this girl knows what she is doing is an understatement. She is absolutely incredible! She takes time...
to know your BEST features and find out what you really like in order to bring them out. She was so sweet during the trial as well. I was sad when the day had ended and wanted her to come to my wedding to celebrate with me! If you can get Krissy V on your wedding day, DO NOT think twice!
Krissy is such a beautiful and kind soul! I found her by happenstance on Facebook before I was even engaged and knew she was going to be my makeup artist. She does beautiful work. ...
I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and I owe a lot of the to Krissy. I wasn’t the o lot one to feel that way. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law all felt they same way! She is so gracious and talked to every single one of us, explained what she was doing, and made each of our makeup or own. If you chose Krissy as your makeup artist, you will be making the best decision.

called to pick our date. Krissy did my makeup for my save the dates and then for the actual wedding day. Words cannot describe how incredible the experience was! Not only did she deliver -and then some! Everyone was THRILLED with their finished faces myself included on two different occasions! Even though we ran late on the wedding day Krissy remained calm collected and had most excellent time management skills at meeting our needs. Her professionalism was outstanding at working with the people she did not know and quickly became a fast friend of everyone preparing to walk down the aisle. If you are looking for someone with miles of perfect faces and pictures to prove it this is your girl! She is humble beyond compare and completely down to earth making her excellent to communicate with and delivers every time. Even though she was my make up artist i used her for references for my other vendors. If you are preparing your own special day in/around Northwest Indiana Krissy service AND her advise was INVALUABLE! For example- i went her recommended photographer as well (aaron brown photography) and was THRILLED with our experience and our end result! Krissy not only OWNS her craft she OWNS this industry for advice. Bottom line - Yea I would HIGHLY recommend her
-If you cant get her TAKE HER REFERRALS SERIOUSLY! you will not regret it.
Good luck!

Krissy is the best Makeup Artist around! She knows exactly how to bring out your best features. I was stunned when I looked in the mirror after she was done with my makeup. I have ...
never felt more beautiful. My makeup stayed in place all night, through sweat and tears. To top the whole experience off, Krissy is the nicest person ever.

with dates and times. If you want to look absolutley breathtaking on your big day Krissy is the one you are looking for. I was able to wear my make up the next day traveling for our honeymoon. I will refer her for years to come!
Krissy did my make-up for my wedding. She was GREAT! I was very concerned because as a redhead I've had some bad results from make up artists. Krissy does very natural (but gorgeou...
s) make up. I looked like (a slightly hotter version) of myself. She's willing to change things and work with you in any way you need. She's very open to comments or concerns. Originally only myself and 2 bridesmaids were getting our make-up done. But when the other girls saw the results, they got theirs done too. Krissy was very willing to change her schedule to accommodate last minute requests! She has a very easy going personality and is great to work with!
