MAKEUP BY GINAMARIE

d on all day and night. Also, every single one of my bridesmaids loved their makeup, and we received so many compliments throughout the day. The makeup truly did not move! Gina was professional, talented and easy to get in touch with! I couldn't have been happier with how everyone looked and i highly recommend her to any bride!

now her both at my trial and on my wedding day. Beyond her personality, Gina’s talent speaks for itself. She is a master at creating a soft, natural look that feels glam without being overdone. In my search for a wedding makeup artist, I saw so many photos posted by other artists that were too heavy-handed for my taste. At the same time, there were other artists doing “no makeup” makeup, which isn’t my vibe either. I wanted to find a good balance, and Gina absolutely nailed what I was looking for! I truly felt like a fairy princess goddess bride on my wedding day. Gina’s additional artists, Taylor and Natalie, were also fantastic. My mom and bridal party all looked gorgeous and felt amazing. I can’t recommend Gina highly enough!

, aunt, AND grandmother feel absolutely comfortable and beautiful for the big day. Gina and her team were also extremely professional, helping us stay on schedule while delivering high quality service. Not to mention they were so fun and personable, which help create a calm, relaxing morning before the ceremony. I had a makeup trial with Gina prior to my wedding, which went great! We made a few tweaks to my final bridal glam and it turned out perfect - even better than I imagined! I highly recommend Makeup by Gina Marie!

ertain of what you are looking for), I had her tweak a few things and she was spot on! As a girl who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, she made me feel like the most beautiful bride while still feeling like me. All my girls raved about how their makeup looked. All that said about her makeup skills, she was fabulous to work with personality wise too. I highly recommend Gina and her artistic talent!

le we were getting ready—she struck the perfect balance between upbeat and relaxing. The whole experience felt effortless and enjoyable thanks to her energy. I couldn’t recommend her more!

de me feel like such a beautiful bride. They both communicated to make sure that everyone was comfortable and happy with their make up. My MIL and SIL don’t wear make up that often and have never worn false eyelashes, but their minds were both put at ease by Natalie and they both loved their makeup. My own mom ended up in Natalie’s chair twice because she wanted more eyeliner and Natalie handled her concern and request with such patience and grace. All of the girls were so happy with their final look, and our flower girl had a great experience ‘getting glam’.

so happy with my wedding makeup and I know my bridal party was too. Highly recommend :) thank you Gina!

ompliments during the makeup application make you feel wonderful!  She has a very calming presence, as well, which was very necessary for the wedding day. Throughout the planning process, Gina was easy to communicate with!! She was prompt with her responses to texts and emails. Booking my trial with Gina was a breeze. I was even able to work it so that I had my hair (different company) and makeup trials on the same day! If I had a question, Gina was quick to provide an answer. On the day of, Gina was so polite and professional!! She did makeup services for myself, my mom, MIL, SIL, and a couple of bridesmaids. Each application was done in a professional amount of time and everyone looked beautiful! My mom, MIL, and SIL very rarely wear makeup and she listened to their requests and made them feel and look gorgeous!! When it came to my makeup, Gina worked with me and was open to changes I wanted to make from my trial. When she handed me the mirror, I was stunned! The makeup was 1000% more beautiful than I ever expected!! It was just the right amount of makeup to make me feel like an elevated version of myself, exactly what I wanted. The makeup was so lightweight and lasted all day and night (even through all the sweaty dance moves)!  I felt like a supermodel! If you want to feel and look like the most beautiful bride, BOOK GINA!!

ommunication! 1000/10 recommend!

esmaids, 2 moms) and also doing makeup that suited everyone’s personal preferences. The makeup looked flawless in person and even better in pictures! From trial to wedding day, Gina was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone!

e truly listened to everything I wanted and went above and beyond to exceed all my expectations. Gina has an amazing talent for making you look glamorous while still staying true to who you are. I felt absolutely beautiful, but still looked like myself—such a perfect balance. On the day of the wedding, Gina and her team were nothing short of amazing. They worked quickly and efficiently, flawlessly doing makeup for myself, 8 bridesmaids, and 2 adorable little flower girls—and they finished ahead of schedule! One of the sweetest touches was the little touch-up kits she gave us to use throughout the night, which turned out to be so helpful. Everyone looked stunning, and the makeup stayed perfect all night long. I can't recommend Gina enough!

else. My MIL asked me the Saturday before the wedding if she could add on makeup (I recognize that is the most annoying thing to ask a vendor). However, I text Gina about it (took 24 hours to respond) and she said “Hi, what time do you have to be ready by? I have another artist helping because I have to leave at 10:30 because I had another wedding that one of my artists was on to do the bride and she just canceled on me.” I immediately called her because my contract was for her to do my makeup and all of my bridesmaids, plus I didn’t want my makeup finished that early and I didn’t want to feel like she was rushing to get all the way back to Philly to do two brides for that wedding. She didn’t answer my call and eventually called me back. She said their MUA canceled and they didn’t want someone who hadn’t touched their face before to do their wedding makeup (fair). She said she was trying to make everyone happy…. My issue is the absolute lack of professionalism to send that over text in response to my question (instead of calling me proactively) and not honoring our contract. I still wonder if I didn’t text her about my MIL, would she have even told me beforehand or would she have just shown up wedding day and been like sorry I’m leaving in 2 hours! Her “other artist” did my bridesmaids - which fine, I do understand that is how it often works, but because my bridal party was on the smaller side, Gina was contracted to do everyone, so it was incredibly unfair to not honor the contract. My bridesmaids didn’t tell me until after I got home from my honeymoon that her “other artist” had never met Gina before. She told them on the wedding day that was their first time meeting and working together (that would have shot me into orbit if I heard that on my wedding morning). I believe her phrasing “other artist” was purposefully misleading so I wouldn’t be upset. It was also very annoying that my MUA didn’t even stay for touch-ups (minor in the grand scheme of things, but still not ideal). Further, I didn’t have the best experience with my trial (perhaps that was foreshadowing). I was overall happy with the general look (I’m pale and the color match was great), but my skin close up looked HORRIBLE. It was separated and patchy and not how my makeup ever looks. Gina recommended I get a dermaplane facial for the wedding and that she would make it look “the best she could” come the wedding...I don’t operate in a world of “fine” so that was equally frustrating as it was not reassuring. Also, her studio had no natural light, just a ring light, so when I got out to my car I could see the makeup better and see how unblended my contour was. Naturally, I panicked and bought/tried/researched every foundation/primer under the sun (spent so much money). It all looked good on my skin with and without a dermaplane facial (nothing like hers looked at the trial). I ended up using the Estee Lauder Double Wear with the matching primer and it was amazing and lasted all night. So on top of it all, I didn’t love that the solution was buying/bringing my own makeup. I hate to write such a negative review, but this was my experience.

seamless and enjoyable. On the wedding day, the makeup application was nothing short of amazing! Gina transformed our 2 mothers, 1 aunt, and 2 brides into exactly what we dreamed of—elegant yet natural. The makeup lasted all day and night without needing any touch-ups! Gina was friendly and made the getting-ready process fun and relaxing. I felt pampered and special, which is exactly what you want on your wedding day. If you’re looking for a talented makeup artist who can bring your vision to life, Gina is the way to go! Thank you for making my wedding day so magical!

book. She was so amazing and sweet to talk to and be around. Six (6) months away from my wedding our venue changed and I informed Gina and she calmed me down and helped me through such a stressful time. Unfortunately, Gina was not able to be there on my special day. But she introduced me to her lead artist Natalie. I did a trial with Natalie and she was also so amazing! Gina and Natalie know what they are doing, they also provide you with the best advice and make you feel amazing. Natalie killed my wedding day makeup and I don’t think I could’ve looked any better! Gina and Natalie, thank you for being part of my wedding journey!

nted. I would 100% recommend her and use her again in the future! If you’re looking to still look yourself with an added wedding glow, you’ve found your girl!!

She even did a trial for my mom, mother in law and aunt and they were all in love with their makeup and Gina ! The day of, Gina and her assistant were there early and ready! She made me feel relaxed and pampered. My makeup was absolutely flawless and everything I could have hoped for! I will definitely be using her for any makeup artist needs in the future! with such ease. You would never have known they were there! My makeup was simple and beautiful and I could not have been happier. My bridesmaids also can't get over how much they loved their makeup! No one felt it was overdone, and they all couldn't believe how well it lasted the entire night. My mom and my mother-in-law were also impressed! They had both only had their makeup done once before and were very nervous about it being too much, but they were so happy with how they looked. Gina really listened to the needs and requests of every client that morning. I would highly recommend her and her team for ALL of your special day makeup needs!!

g and you are stressed! Gina was easy to get a hold of and super helpful with all of my questions! My trial was easy to schedule, and my makeup was beautiful!
