out. I had no worries it would be nothing short of amazing and of course I was right! Her work was so beautiful and made ME look and feel beautiful. She was very punctual to the trial and the wedding day and her prices were very reasonable. The only negative I would say is it was difficult to get her to respond to texts or e-mails but she did keep in contact with my wedding planner. So overall I would definitely recommend Yaneth to a bride looking to be nothing less than fabulous on her wedding day!

rial run. She did the makeup for my engagement shoot, and was exactly punctual. She explained many things to me, as I always feel like a makeup novice. She did both my hair and makeup, and despite the Florida heat and humidity, my makeup stayed on beautifully. I felt like a porcelain doll. At the end of our engagement shoot, we jumped into a pool, and when I came out, my makeup was STILL perfect! At the wedding, Yaneth did makeup for all my bridesmaids, my mother, and hair and makeup for me. I couldn't have felt more beautiful, and I didn't even feel like there was anything on my face. I had hair to my waist, and she managed to put it all up into a beautiful bun in just an hour. Yaneth is a magician. She's worth every penny, and will make you feel fresh and gorgeous. I've never seen another makeup artist give their clients as much of a glow as Yaneth did. I plan to use her again for any photo shoots and special occasions I have in the future. She's fun to work with, and does gorgeous work.

ful... It literally took my breath away to look at them. Yaneth and her assistant were on their feet for around 8 hours giving us all the looks we asked for and they didn't complain once. You can bring Yaneth a picture of what you're looking for and she'll give you exactly what you want. Or in my case, you can tell her what you're thinking and she'll deliver that as well! She's got the hair and makeup thing down to a science and she gives you incredible service. And more importantly, she is very clean and professional - uses clean brushes and sanitary methods to apply your makeup. I even changed my mind about my hairstyle after our trial run and she accomodated my changes and made me feel at ease about changing it. I never doubted her skills or her opinion even for a second. ack woman how well she would work with me. The problem with many makeup artists, is that when their subject has fair skin, it's easy for them to know the right colors to work with. The problem I've had in the past is that make up artists didn't know what colors to mix to get the correct shade and I would come out either too dark, to light, looking ghetto with bright colors, etc. When I had my trial for my wedding with Yaneth, she was professional, yet down to earth, and I didn't have to tell her much else rather than "I want to look like me." The result was the most beautiful me that I've ever seen in my life. She matched my color exactly, she contoured, and my hair came out so neat. There was no question that I would use her for my wedding. For my wedding day at the Westin Colonnade, she was PROMPT and her assistant was wonderful! She made my bridesmaids and my mother look so amazing. Everybody kept saying how they looked the best they ever had and how well Yaneth did with the different skin colors of my bridal party (ranging from my light skinned mother, to my dark skinned sister, to my Asian bridesmaid). I keep referring her to everyone i can. She's a true talent.

She contacted me promptly and was very professional and friendly, I booked my appointment and mailed my deposit. She arrived ontime to my hotel and immediately began my hair updo. She then proceeded with my makeup. I knew from the smiles of the my bridal party in the room that I was looking gorgeous. When I stood up and looked in the mirror, I gave Yaneth the biggest hug ever! She did an amazing job on my hair and makeup and I could not wait for the groom to see me come down the aisle and take his breath away! At the beach, we had 25mph winds and Yaneth's updo held perfectly in place! My hair and makeup stayed immaculate the entire event thru to the reception!! e very similar. Without any previous friends really recommending anyone for hair/makeup, it was up to me to decide. I came across Yaneth Gray, who does hair/makeup on weddingchannel.com. There was something about her, her website, her styles that intriged me and separated her from a sea of other hair/makeup artists. I liked her story of how she became an artist. Plus, I fell in love with a photo that was on her page taken by a wedding photographer of her makeup brushes all aligned in her holder. These all may sound silly, but let me tell you... they all led me to pick the very BEST in hair/makeup Yaneth Gray! When it came time for my trial hair/makeup, she came over and really listened to what I wanted as a bride. She was very sweet, yet confident and I knew I would love her! In the months prior to my wedding, she was always available by phone for my rediculous quesitons lol. When it came to my big day... I cannot tell you how many compliments myself and all of my bridesmaids (who were all done by Yaneth and her talented sister Kimberly) received. We started at 8AM to be done by 2PM for "getting ready" pictures, so that's a long time for her and the assistant! She also understood what i wanted even though i couldn't voice it very well. We did a trial (done before my e-session) and she changed my hair so it would be appropriate for that. She also gave me some good tips on where to get hair accessories (Miami was a destination wedding for us).
