tending services, and Danielle helped us figure out exactly what was needed for our guest count.
The Maison staff was amazing during our event and really helped keep the party gong! We would definitely recommend Maison Cuisine to anyone looking for professional and great services for their event!

or not as their service and professionalism throughout was absolutely impeccable.
From the get go, Danielle made it easy to walk through every package option and get a quote. They were by far the most reasonable vendor we looked at for catering with the best reviews. The variety of food they offered and the services included (we went with a plated dinner and full bar package) was exactly what we were looking for. In addition, they let us know they only work one wedding per day to ensure the couple receives their full attention and support. Once we booked, it was seamless to ask questions and get answers with Danielle prompt on her replies, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout planning.
We did our tasting about 8 months before the wedding and, as out of towners, the team was flexible to schedule us during holiday season when we would be in town. They set up a lovely, private spread for myself, my husband, and my parents. We tried 6 different main courses, 8 different appetizers and a slew of desserts. Nick, the catering manager, also poured us wine to have which was a real treat. It was incredibly difficult to choose entree options because all were delicious. They prepared the food for us at the tasting in the exact same way they would day-of so we could be sure we were comfortable with every aspect.
Nick was also present for our walk through and made sure every little detail was accounted for. It was crucial to have him there as he thought through many details we didn't even think about.
The day of the wedding we already knew we were in good hands but couldn't have even anticipated the care the team would bring us. Nick personally delivered our favorite cocktails and a plate of apps to us to ensure we had a moment to ourselves to enjoy, he also checked in throughout the night multiple times to make sure we had refreshed drinks and food, going so far as to give me two entrees because he knew I had had trouble picking one for myself. We ordered out cake and the team received and sliced it perfectly and also set up a late night buffet of Chicago hotdogs which were a hit! In the end, we chose the Petit Filet Mignon, Bone-In Chicken, and Butternut Squash Ravioli as our entrees and heard nothing but incredible things from all guests. Several told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had and a few even remarked the Filet was the best steak they'd ever had.
Overall, Maison, Danielle, and Nick do an incredible job of making you feel like you are getting the highest quality food and service. They are attentive, flexible, responsive, and really executed on our vision. Beyond that, they're just super kind people who are a joy to be around. Everyone should consider booking them for their next big event!

many saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. Every dish, from the passed appetizers to the desserts, was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. What truly sets Maison apart is their team. Danielle and Nick were amazing to work with, communicative throughout the entire planning process, and genuinely invested in making the event a success. The staff executed the evening with professionalism and warmth, making sure every guest was well taken care of. Their attention to detail and care for their clients really shows. We cannot recommend Maison highly enough and will absolutely be sending everyone we know their way.

ient throughout the night. Nick helped immensely throughout the entire process, making everything feel organized and stress-free, working with me as many decisions were made and reconsidered - thank you for your patience!
The food was abundant and unforgettable—our guests are still raving about it months later. Nick also made table design effortless, offering great recommendations, staying within our budget, and coordinating seamlessly with outside vendors we brought in.
Exceptional food, service, and coordination. Highly recommend!

calm demeanor on the day and inspired confidence, I knew if there was an issue, it was handled.
Additionally, their staff was kind, well trained and efficient throughout the day.
Leading up to the wedding, Nick and Danielle were easy to contact, offered helpful suggestions and worked with us to achieve our vision. I could not recommend them enough, and while I hope to never have another wedding, I would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat.

h your loved ones and share your first meal as a married couple. We knew we wanted something that felt intentional and truly like an experience for everyone, and Maison Cuisine delivered beyond our expectations.
From the very beginning of our communication, we felt genuinely cared for. Danielle and Nick were attentive, thoughtful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our tasting was amazing and immediately reassured us we were in the right hands. Nick, in particular, played a huge role in our decision to book. His hospitality, warmth, and incredible personality are exactly what you hope for on such a meaningful day.
Danielle treated us with so much kindness and truly went above and beyond to make our day special. We felt completely heard and seen throughout the process, which meant more to us than we can express. And the food—my goodness, the food! Every single course was outstanding. Our guests raved about the appetizers, soup, salad, and main meals. We’ve all been to weddings where the food is… well, not the best, so it was incredibly important to us to work with people who truly know what they’re doing. Danielle, Nick, their chefs, and their servers absolutely do. The quality, flavor, and execution were exceptional. The staff throughout the evening were wonderful. So attentive, professional, and warm. We also had bar service, which was equally lovely and seamless. And truly, we adore Nick. By the end of the night, my entire family was saying how much they loved him and that he’s officially invited to any future get-together. He was attentive, proactive, and showed up with exactly what was needed without even being asked. He truly knows his craft! We cannot recommend Maison Cuisine highly enough. If you want incredible food, outstanding service, and people who genuinely care about making your day special, look no further.

s so helpful and efficient- they really helped our dinner, dessert, and bar service run smoothly.
Don't over think it - just book them. Maison Cuisine took great care of us from day one, and went above and beyond to make our wedding great.
First things first: the food was gre...
at. We got several compliments from our guests.
Second, they were patient with and responsive to our extensive questions and concerns about allergens. The bride is gluten free as are several guests, we had guests with nut allergies, dairy intolerances, and needed to accommodate several vegan and vegetarian attendees. Nick and Danielle helped us think through our menu to choose the best options, and their attention to the dietary restrictions among our guests made us feel confident that they would keep everyone safe - including checking in individually with guests before service. They even accommodated a week-of meal change for a guest who had recently developed an allergy.
Third, their overall level of thoughtfulness and service was exceptional. It is clear that they really enjoy their work and want to bring the best possible result to life. Our first stand out example was when Nick helped us re-think our table decor, which we hadn't put too much thought into. He spotted that we were going to end up with mismatched decor and made thoughtful suggestions that turned out beautifully. Our tables looked amazing because he jumped in. Our second example came after our ceremony: there was a beautiful sunset coming in through the windows on the side of the room where they were setting up tables. Nick suggested that they hold set up - one of the busiest and tightest parts of the staff's night- to allow us to capture photos with the sunset. We didn't even ask because we didn't want to hold them up, but he insisted that we get those photos, and we're so grateful.
Fourth, they clearly prioritize integrity. Danielle let us know that there was a wedding in the space the night before and reached out to suggest that we could use the same tables and chairs as the other wedding and pay only half of the rental cost. They could have chosen not to let us know about the other wedding and charged us full price, but they reached out help us save a little money. Additionally, as we were submitting final payment to Danielle, we accidentally over paid her on our total. She flagged the overpayment for us and was responsive in returning the money. We would have noticed it eventually, but it stands out to us that she prioritized making things right.
Lastly, it's apparent to us that their staff enjoys working for them - they were attentive, kind, responsive and FUN the whole night. It seems like they foster a positive work environment, and that alone is worth supporting.
There is even more to say but we're reaching our character limit! Nick and Danielle and their whole team took exceptional care of us and our guests and we are so grateful. We would refer them to anyone who asks.

ing meal they've had. Nick and his team were so attentive the whole night. They gave my husband and I a plate of apps, made sure we eat our meals and that they were fresh and hot waiting for us after we greeted all our guests during dinner. They even passed out the late night snack on the dance floor. I would use them a million times again! Great for food and beverage services.

de her very easy to work with (and I asked a LOT of questions) We worked with catering coordinators JC and Nick on our menu tasting and wedding day. They were friendly, helpful, and took really good care of us! The food was really good all around with really creative options. We opted for a different liquor / wine provider but were able to use their license and bartending services which made it very easy. Honestly, they were one of the smoothest part of our wedding planning!
Bonus point: they work with Loft Lucia, our venue, all the time which really streamlined the process.
We paid $17,234 for 114 guest. 14 were children. Full bar and food. Communication was good throughout besides the last couple weeks leading up to the wedding but Danielle was able ...
to correct the breakdown in communication. I also didn’t get the wine pour or champagne during dinner but guest confirmed they were able to get wine and champagne during open bar so I wasn’t to upset. Overall food was amazing. Only downside is there is no way to take ur food to go it was a couple guest who didn’t show and I wanted to pack it and wasn’t able to. Also my wife didn’t eat most of her plate due to all the festivities and we were able to pack her plate as well.
Not overexaggerating but if we could give Maison Cuisine 100 stars, we absolutely would! We hired their team for our welcome dinner and wedding on July 12th and their team was noth...
ing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, their professionalism, attention to detail and warmth made us feel so taken care of. On our big day, they completely blew us (and our guests) away.
Nick is literally the best of the best. His leadership, calm energy, and dedication to making everything perfect was so appreciated. He went above and beyond to ensure the entire experience ran smoothly and felt effortless.
And the food? Outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, so much so that our guests are still talking about it! From cocktail hour to late night bites, everything was top-tier and full of flavor.
We’re beyond grateful to Nick, Danielle, Dillion and the entire team for making our day not only delicious, but so memorable. Highly, highly recommend!

On the wedding day, Nick and JC were beyond amazing. Their service was exceptional - always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt so special!
The rest of the staff was just as impressive—everything ran so smoothly, and the level of service throughout the day was top-notch.
The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. We also had our hearts set on ice cream for dessert, and while that wasn’t something they offered directly, they helped us find the perfect vendor.
We’re so grateful to have had this incredible team be part of our wedding—it was truly perfect!
From start to finish, Maison Cuisine was amazing. Catering was the portion of our wedding we were most nervous about - myself, my husband, and SEVERAL of our family members have al...
lergies, most of them being more severe. Maison went over the top to make sure the food would be perfect and safe for us + our guest the day of the wedding, double checking on different rental details, and answering our 4 million questions with kindness and patience. It truly felt like they were just as excited as us about the wedding.
Special shoutout to Nick, who was incredibly kind, funny, and intentional about all the big and small details, like bringing us food to our suite to take a break after taking our photos, and triple checking ingredients for our allergies. Our wedding day was perfect, and we could not be more grateful that we had Maison Cuisine with us on our special day <3
Maison Cuisine was one of our favorite vendors to work with! Danielle and Nick brought such great energy, professionalism, and care to the entire process. The tasting was not only ...
delicious but such a fun and helpful part of planning. It was definitely a highlight leading up to the big day. They were incredibly thoughtful about every detail, especially when it came to accommodating our guests’ dietary restrictions.
The food itself was a huge hit. Our guests are still raving about the short rib! One moment that really stood out: the father of the bride had stepped away during dinner, and Nick noticed and personally brought him a fresh, warm plate when he returned. That level of attention and care meant so much. We’re so grateful to have had them as part of our day and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Their flexibility in working within our budget was HUGE for us. We honestly couldn't have had the wedding we did without their accommodations.
From the very first email interaction, the staff was nothing but joyful and positive. Could not be more pleased or grateful!
We will definitely be using Maison again in the future!

8 months of planning. The food was somehow even better than the (already delicious) tasting, which fed us for days! The late-night hot dog stand was a total crowd favorite and such a fun touch. JC was on site the day of and couldn’t have been kinder—he greeted us with drinks and even had a plate of cocktail hour food ready for us after the ceremony. We felt so well taken care of and can’t recommend Maison Cuisine enough!

tions, and so kind. The owner Danielle is fantastic. We had a great time at our tasting and Nick helped us select some of the best appetizers and entrees. They were so accommodating with our signature cocktail requests. We were so impressed with JC during our final walk through and on our wedding day. They brought our vision to life and did not miss a single detail. Their staff at the wedding (bartenders and servers) were also very aware and on top of it. Finally, the food was outstanding! Many guests told us how great it was - it was even better than at our tasting. We had the bruschetta, bacon wrapped dates, and mini grilled cheese with tomato soup during cocktail hour. For our dinner options we had the Caesar salad, bone-in chicken, filet mignon, and a vegetarian pasta. Their prices were also incredibly reasonable and competitive. We could not have had the wedding we had without Maison. Book with them for a smooth, detail oriented, caring, and delicious wedding experience!
Danielle and Nick were both great to work with, extremely communicative, and provided prompt responses to our (numerous) questions. We appreciated that they had a delicious vegetar...
ian option (get the mushroom risotto!) since most places just have boring roasted veggies for the vegetarian entree. They were very accommodating for dietary needs/allergies, providing our guests with a non-alcoholic substitute for the prosecco toast and ensuring those with a nut allergy had a separate plate when necessary. Menu highlights guests were raving about were the chimichurri beef skewers during cocktail hour and the loaded fry boat late night snack. Staff also checked in on us throughout cocktail hour and dinner service to make sure we had everything we needed. They made the whole process extremely easy and fun, helping us to create a tasty and unique signature cocktail! We can’t recommend Maison enough!

who helped us scope everything from food and bar to tables, chairs, and linens, to our tasting and final walkthrough with Nick, we felt completely supported and in expert hands.
Nick was our day-to-day point of contact and became such an invaluable part of our wedding. On the day of, he felt more like a thoughtful, kind friend than a vendor — making sure we ate, stayed hydrated, and felt comfortable throughout the entire reception. He also helped coordinate the room setup and worked flawlessly with our day of coordinator and venue, The Library at 190 S LaSalle. It’s no surprise Maison was highly recommended as a one stop shop caterer there — they made everything seamless and stress-free.
We are so incredibly grateful to the Maison team for their care, professionalism, and warmth. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, and our guests are still raving about the entire experience! Highly recommend.

en responding to emails and Nick was the friendly face that made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of our wedding. The food was amazing and they even worked with our favorite French bakery to provide their rolls for dinner. All of our guests felt full and loved their meals, especially the apps! The grilled cheese and arancini were the best. They were also so easy to work with for various diets and were able to make almost all their food vegan. I loved having them cater our wedding!

to answer my daily 20 questions. Her and our wedding coordinator were in contact leading up to our big day communicating organizing which took a lot of stress off our plate. We had many guests with particular dietary restrictions and allergies at our wedding and Maison was able to accommodate, even with a buffet. We still have guests telling us about how absolutely delicious everything was. From the hors d’oeuvres, to the salad, to the entrees and sides, everything was amazing and went beyond your typical “wedding food.” (HIGHLY recommend the beef tenderloin that was a fan favorite across the board). You truly get what you pay for with wedding catering, and Maison was no exception. Worth every penny.
Where to begin with this amazing company—we learned of Maison from the list of preferred vendors we received from our wedding venue. Maison was the first and only caterer we looked...
into, had a tasting with, and ultimately booked for our wedding and have ZERO regrets.
From the beginning, Danielle was so professional, prompt, and helpful. Planning we wedding myself, finding a caterer and making sure you are asking the right questions is very daunting. Danielle explained how the whole process worked with the tasting, booking, rentals, etc and made it so easy for me. There is a lot that goes into catering selections and rentals that I never realized and Maison held my hand the entire way.
Scheduling our tasting was so easy, and my goodness was the food DELICIOUS!! Wedding food is hit or miss, and Maison exceeded our expectations. I mean, seriously. And they were very reasonably priced in my opinion. High quality service and food. I hope to attend a wedding in the future that uses them so I can eat their food again!!
Nick, who led our tasting and helped with our rental selections, final venue walkthrough, and day-of logistics for our wedding, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He is passionate about what he does, he is personable, and understands a vision. He helped me narrow down my decisions when it came to selecting napkins, tablecloths, plates, etc which I greatly appreciated and trusted his opinion. At one point I think I told him I would trust him with my life lol—that’s how good he is.
At our wedding, one of my relatives pulled him aside to let him know how impressed he was with Nick and how he ran the catering for our wedding, and how great the food was! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how this was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding. I can’t say enough about the quality, portion and presentation of the food at our wedding. Each course came out perfectly on time, so guests were not waiting for the next—delayed food at weddings seems to be common, so this was a HUGE positive.
Nick consistently checked in on my husband and I at our wedding and personally made sure that we had everything we needed and that we got all the drinks we wanted! When the cocktail hour began, I wanted a private moment to eat some of the cocktail hour food, and Nick had an entire plate ready for us along with our signature drinks. His attention to detail and thoughtfulness cannot be underscored enough.
The staff at our wedding was wonderful—all of the servers, bartenders, support staff, were all very put together, friendly, and professional. We are grateful to them for giving us and our guests a wonderful experience on our wedding day.
I am thrilled with our decision to use Maison for our wedding and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone getting married or having an event in the Chicagoland area—you will not regret your decision!! Thank you Maison team!

When you have so many other things on your mind during your wedding day, not having to worry about the bar service was a genuine relief. They were very attentive when it came to questions about quantities and pairings and utensils, and Nick made sure our newlywed champagne glasses were never empty. They were incredibly easy to work with and we couldn't be happier with their part in making our wedding as amazing as it was!

we knew we had found the perfect fit. The quality of every single dish presented during this tasting was so impressive! In that moment, it was evident that Danielle, Nick, JC, and the entire Maison Cuisine team take pride in what they do. They all exceeded our expectations. Several guests (some trained chefs) came up to us during our wedding to ask how it was possible to cater such high-quality and delicious food. This team is truly nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism, talent, communication, flexibility, and pricing are unmatched.
THANK YOU, MAISON CUISINE!!! We are incredibly thankful to have had this team for our special day."
Also, I snapped only two photos on my phone on our wedding day.....one of the two was my roasted chicken in beurre blanc.

guests have told us they’ve never enjoyed a wedding dinner as much as this one. One couple who had an allergy to the main ingredients to the salad were served a separate garden salad and told us they’d never felt so taken care of as guests at a wedding before. The Maison team is a pleasure to work with. Danielle answered my questions literally the entire year leading up to my wedding and JC was the best captain for wedding night one could hope for.
