We cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia and Nichole from Maine Coastal Events Co.! They were absolutely incredible and played such an important role in making our wedding day everything we hoped it would be. From the beginning, they were organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. They made sure every detail was taken care of and helped everything run smoothly throughout the day. It was such a relief knowing we had two people we could completely trust to handle all the little things behind the scenes. On our wedding day, Julia and Nichole were truly amazing. They kept everything on schedule, coordinated with our vendors, and made sure we could just relax and enjoy the day with our family and friends. If anything went wrong, we certainly didn't know about it! They were always calm, friendly, and ready to help with whatever was needed. Looking back, hiring Maine Coastal Events Co. was one of the best decisions we made during wedding planning. We are so grateful to Julia and Nichole for all their hard work and would recommend them to any couple planning their wedding!

Nichole and Julia were so helpful in planning our wedding. When we contacted them originally, we were just looking for a day of coordinator - we had already found all of our vendors and needed somebody to be a point person between all of them. What we got was so much more! They helped with partial planning for round out our day, were always there if we needed anything, and helped our vision come to life by designing beautiful tablescapes, signage, etc. Would recommend to anyone!

hey were incredibly flexible, tailoring the package for our big day specifically to our needs. Their expertise and support went beyond the day of coordination I so desperately needed. Julia and Nichole became confidants and an integral part of our special day. From questions on wedding etiquette to table seating, site visits, talking me off the edge, creating a timeline and ensuring we stayed on schedule, making sure my Nana and Scott’s parents were well taken care of from start to finish, communicating with the venue and photographer, helping me frantically get florals on tables before the ceremony, to letting me know yes, in fact, we do need a card box and they would bring one for me, there was no obstacle that they couldn’t tackle. The Maine Coastal Events duo made planning a wedding infinitely easier. They surpassed making our wedding run seamlessly in every way. Collaborating with Nichole and Julia was a wedding gift in itself; we are forever grateful to them.
