We are so grateful we chose Main Street Formals for our wedding.
Originally, we planned to go with Men’s Wearhouse because our groomsmen were spread across the country. What we la...
ter learned is that Main Street Formals can accommodate wedding parties across the U.S. as well. By the time we made the switch, we were on a fairly tight timeline, but that turned out not to be a problem at all.
Christian took incredible care of us from start to finish. During our initial appointment, he spent about an hour with us, carefully reviewing measurements, discussing options, and helping us find the perfect look. At no point did we feel rushed. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping us look our best for such an important day.
In the end, I chose a tuxedo unlike anything I had ever seen before. It was unique, elegant, and exactly what I was looking for. The fit was fantastic, and I received countless compliments throughout the wedding. Friends, family, and guests were all asking about it. Simply put, I felt amazing.
Thank you, Christian, and the entire Main Street Formals team for your professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. You helped make our wedding day even more special, and I would highly recommend Main Street Formals to any groom looking for something beyond the ordinary. If you want personalized service and a truly memorable look, this is the place to go.
For a groom, there are only a handful of days in your life when you get to feel like a million bucks. Christian made sure I felt that way on my wedding day, and I’ll always be grateful for it.

Main Street formals went above and beyond to alter and match colors and in the end with they’re expertise my husband, the groomsmen the kids and the dads had the perfect attire.

ding, everything went flawlessly and the guys looked amazing! We rented their entire outfits here, right down to the shoes, and everything was very high quality and well-priced. Robert’s excellent customer service when I had some very specific questions impressed me beyond belief and I can’t recommend Main Street Formals highly enough!

oomsmen as well. made sizing fun. They had great deals that they explained with me and my fiancée and offered other great recommendations. When it came time to pick up the suits they took time to check the fitment off everything and made adjustments on the spot. I will definitely be going back for any other formal wear I may need.
Main street formals was our choice for tuxes from the beginning. Everything was great. All our guys looking amazing for our special day! Thank you so much.

th your staff. My husband received a new suit from you which is so nicely tailored to him and he used it for our rehearsal dinner. We were recommended to you from Steve Perry at Perry Jewelers in Dartmouth where we purchased our rings. And, we are so happy that we went with Main Street Formals. Your shop is fun to visit and your staff is professional & knowledgeable. Thank you!
Very professional atmosphere with a variety of suit/tux choices to choose from. From our initial visit to fittings and picking up and dropping off, everything went smoothly. Two of...
my bridesmaids also got their alterations done here on their dresses. I would definitely recommend Main Street Formals for any Men’s Formal wear needs and also if you need any alterations done to an article of clothing. All the men looked great!
We would highly recommend Robert at Main St. Formals for your wedding! My husband and I met Robert through a family member and have since recommended him to several friends who hav...
e all been thrilled with his services. His prices are incredibly good for the quality. We found that his store is most cost effective for groomsmen and family members, rather than renting suits or tuxes.
Additionally, Robert is passionate about his job. He has incredible knowledge and attention to detail. My husband bought his suit in NYC, and we wanted to match the specific midnight blue color with less expensive suits for the wedding party. Robert made it happen! He worked to ensure that we could guarantee an order for this particular color run, even ordering multiple sizes for men who were in between sizes. His team also tailored my husband’s suit and shirt, making him look perfect. We’ll continue to work with Robert on suits beyond our wedding day!

ecause his dad and four groomsmen bought theirs.(They do the same for rentals).
We also had our flower girl's dress hammed there. It was a lace trim dress and needed to come up quite a bit. The seamstress tried to help us out price wise by adding layers to the dress to try to poof it out enough that she wouldn't need to hem it. It didn't end up working and she had to take the bottom apart and hem it in the end, but we were not charged for the added materials or time on the first attempt. We also got a 25% discount on the alterations because the guys had bought their suits/rented shirts and ties.
They also have a deal with Pine Grove Cleaners so we were able to get a $50 discount on the cleaning and preservation of my dress after the wedding.
They even let me borrow a tie for a couple of days to be able to compare it to my dress to make sure it was the right color before we decided on which to rent.
We would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs rentals or a suite for a wedding or any occasion.
Thank you to Rob and the crew at Main Street Formals. I was given the best treatment when it came to finding custom suits for myself and my wedding party. The suits came in and wer...
e perfectly tailored and fitted for not only my wedding but to be used again in the future. The quality they put into their work at Main Street is top notch.
p.s. I also go to Main St for all my everyday tailoring of suits and uniforms for a perfect fit.
Thank you so much,
Phill

me to Main Street and they were much more helpful and we actually got to see the suit on!!!! We loved the suits and as a bonus got our invitations half off!!! Excellent staff!! Robert is very nice.
The groomsmen suits were the easiest decision in the entire wedding planning process for us. We opted for suits, rather than tuxes, as we wanted the guys to be able to walk away w...
ith something after the wedding.
Rob, the store owner, was the friendliest, most knowledgeable sales person I've ever had the privilege to work with. He was able to recommend a suit that complimented our wedding style, as well as wearable to future occasions (other weddings, job interviews, etc).
The suits were high quality and the price was unbeatable. Regardless of what the chain stores advertise (buy one, get one...), Main Street Formals can top them.
We also were able to rent shirts for the wedding to ensure all of the guys matched. We brought a swatch of the bridesmaid dresses and Rob was able to order a coordinating tie, which we purchased as part of the gifts for the wedding party (another bargain - buy 2, get 1 free!)
Alterations were reasonably priced and all the suits fit perfectly. They even steamed my veil the week before the wedding...one stop shopping!
I would highly recommend Main Street Formals to anyone looking for suits or tuxedos. By far the best around!
These guys helped us a lot. The seamstress took my mother's wedding dress and altered it to fit me. It came out beautiful. They also altered my groom's suit, and he looked great!
Our guys looked so sharp! The staff here is also so great to work with!
