Herdie and Carol were willing to answer all of our questions right from the beginning - they accommodated all of our requests, including moving quite a few items out of the recepti...on space to accommodate tables. We rented the gazebo by the apple orchard for the ceremony, and had the reception in the barn. We were able to come 48 hours ahead to set up, and were given 48 hours after the wedding to clean up. Our wedding turned out just the way we'd imagined, and the winery and staff were a huge part of that. We were able to hang items from the rafters, and even though you are required to purchase alcohol through the winery, it is not expensive. They charge wholesale prices for alcohol, with only a small added fee. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have our wedding and reception at the Maiden Rock Winery and Cidery in Stockholm, Wisconsin!
