Welcome! My name is Maha Elsarrag. I founded this company after spending years in the corporate meeting planning industry and observing my friends go through the challenges of hiring an event planner. It was hard for them to find someone who was reliable, attentive to their needs, and priced reasonably for their services. I stepped in to plan my first wedding when I received the call that good friends needed to fire their planner a month before the wedding. I've since grown Maha Elsarrag Events to support couples on their big day.
I approach every event as if you are my own friends – giving you the individualized attention, organization, and innovation your event deserves. I can take on weddings around the US and around the world, so I invite you to send me a message so Maha Elsarrag Events can begin bringing your vision to life.

Our venue was no exception, but Maha worked with the venue to get everything we wanted for our wedding and on the day of, even helped out the staff to serve food. The lead-up to our wedding and the day of could have been way more stressful, but Maha was there every step of the way to guide us. Ultimately, the best decision we made through the planning process was bringing her onboard and we can't recommend her enough!

de, it was really important to me to be able to trust someone with every single detail & Maha brought my vision to life. She thought of things that I didn’t think of, coordinated professionally and timely with all of the vendors, and helped execute a 300 person, Middle Eastern wedding flawlessly. I have recommended her to several friends who have also used her services & been blown away with her services. To have such a personable, dedicated, & reliable person to help plan such a special day in your life is hard to come by but Maha will fill this role 150%.
