We absolutely loved Luisa and the Magnolia team for our May 2023 wedding. She is so patient, kind and calming, which this type A, neurotic bride (and MOB) needed. Every single thin...
g went perfectly, seriously! And if it didn’t, we certainly had no idea. I cannot recommend the Magnolia team enough, and while I have no intention of having another wedding myself, I would personally use the team for a future party, be is a milestone birthday, vow renewal, etc.
We hired Luisa to be our Day of Wedding Coordinator. To say she was amazing, is an understatement!
We are from Maine and got married in Key Largo. I was terrified at first about ...
our destination wedding decision. We couldn’t have been happier with how everything went! Her attention to detail, organization, timeliness, and most of all kindness were truly amazing. I can’t thank her enough.
I wanted to have a big part in planning and choosing vendors and such. She was right there to see my vision through from the centerpieces to the thank you cards and caramels. You will not regret choosing Luisa for any of your wedding needs.
We used Luisa for the partial wedding for our destination wedding at bakers cay key largo! Do not hesitate to book her!!!!
Luisa was the easiest and kindest vendor to work with. ...
She truly helped us navigate the entire wedding planning process, was responsive, had great attention to detail, extremely flexible and adaptive to changes with all my indecisiveness!
The day of the wedding she was so calm, checked in on us throughout the day, put out any and all fires, and made all my wedding visions come true (even without verbalizing)!!!
I truly could not thank her enough for all that she did for us. Without her, our wedding day would not have been nearly as perfect, organized or fun!
Luisa is a highly talented event planner! She planned my sister's wedding a year prior and mine. Both weddings I have been amazed on how well organized and friendly she is. Luisa w...

nside and out. We had a weather issue and she handled the situation amazing and made our wedding even more perfect then we could have imagined.
Magonlia Wedding and Events FL was included with the Bakers Cay Resort. The officiant, Luisa Benda, was incredibly helpful in working with us to craft the perfect ceremony script. ...
Coming from religious families but not being religious ourselves, Luisa provided us with several examples of scripts to use that would work perfectly for us. Additionally, she flawlessly officiated the ceremony that included sections in both English and Spanish and personally helped me repeat my vows in Spanish as a non-native speaker. I highly recommend using her as she will no doubt help in making your wedding day wonderful.
