Meghan with MAG Events was incredible to work with! I had a pleasure of planning an event with her at Echo Mountain. Meghan was SO organized- she created a look book was was pivota...
l to the event's success, truly. She was intentional with the layout, thoughtful about each detail, and flexible when weather popped up last minute! Meghan is so thorough, thoughtful, and fun to work with. I would highly recommend her!
Planning a wedding is hard enough, planning one from across the country is even harder. You make so many decisions while planning a wedding, some more important than others. One of...
the best decisions that we made was to hire Meg and Arlett and their whole team at MAG Events. They made our wildest dreams come true, by literally creating our dream in real life. You go through so many vendor emails and video chats and its really apparent when someone cares about YOUR vision versus their own. Meeting with Meg for the first time, I knew it was a match. She not only saw our vision but helped to add to it by bringing her knowledge of the industry into our conversations. If you want someone reliable, friendly, knowledgable, communicative, and overall just a joy to work with- MAG Events is truly the way to go. I can’t even begin to tell you how absolutely beautiful our reception space transformed into. My husband and I sat at our head table and just looked out into our family and friends and just admired how beautiful it was, and it was one of the small moments from our big day that sticks out to me. We used MAG events for planning, decor, and also florals. I could not recommend them more!!
We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Meghan! We hired her for partial planning and floral for our event. She grokked our style and vibes very quickly and the decor and flower...
arrangements she delivered were beyond our wildest dreams. Her excellent taste extends beyond decor to vendor selection as well-- we hired all our additional vendors off of her recommended list and were so happy with them across the board! If I could go back and do my wedding again, I wouldn't change a single thing-- it was perfect. And Meghan played a huge role in that perfection!
Meghan and her team did an excellent job making our wedding day run smoothly and tying everything together!! Everything was set up beautifully and beyond expectations. We rented fr...
om her decor package and all of her items were in great condition and was so easy to have her take care of it including the setup and cleanup. She worked well with our florist too who was a family member and helped by setting up in order to ensure that she could still attend our wedding! We appreciate all that Meghan and her team did!
We are beyond grateful for Meghan and her team—our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them! From the very beginning, Meghan was organized, thoughtful, and truly dedicated ...
to understanding what was important to us. But where she and her team really shined was on the day of the wedding.
Despite unexpected rain and hail, they handled every detail with total grace and professionalism. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing—Meghan coordinated with all our vendors, set everything up beautifully, and somehow managed to keep everything on track without ever making it feel rushed or stressful.
What really stood out was how seamlessly they blended into the day—supporting behind the scenes, yet also interacting so warmly and professionally with our guests. Because of Meghan, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every single moment with each other and our loved ones from the moment we arrived at the venue. Even leaving the venue at the end of the night and wondering where to go, what we needed to finish up, we were reassured that all was handled and we could continue to enjoy the rest of our wedding day.
Hiring Meghan and MAG Events was one of the best decisions we made. We can't recommend her and her team enough!
Meghan was a spectacular wedding coordinator!! My husband and I live in Houston but wanted to have a destination Mountain wedding outside of Denver, and she truly made all my dream...
s come true! My goal was to not lift a finger or have any of our wedding party put to work on the wedding day, and she made that happen. We got her decor package and let me tell you I put my trust in the right team because the wedding was stunning and her team brought, set up, and took down ALL the decor! It was incredible. Also, EVERY SINGLE VENDOR she connected me with was amazing. They have this cool vendor community and they all know each other and have worked together before so literally everything was seamless. I couldn't have asked for better. She didn't miss a beat and I would recommend her to anyone getting married or having an event anywhere, as destination weddings are her thing as well!! She is also very cool and sweet and fun to work with. 10/10 recommend using her services and decor package!
Meghan and MAG events helped us plan my daughters wedding in Colorado from us being in Boston and she and her team were amazing. Every detail was perfect and they helped in so many...
ways that we did not even think to ask about. Her attention to detail and her energy is beyond compare!
Meghan and her team are so lovely! I chose the partial planning package and my only regret is not booking the full package, as you never know how much time and work is involved wit...
h a wedding until you're in it. Meghan was very responsive and is an expert in this field, so she knew all the right questions to ask and details to review. She was also familiar with the other vendors we chose and was able to get everyone on the same page about the plan, from the caterers to the DJ to the florist. She used meeting times incredibly efficiently, and from start to finish my husband and I felt supported as Meghan knew our vision and really pulled everything together to make it happen. The decor package was especially great as Meghan had many lanterns, votives, and chargers and other items for us to use. We highly recommend MAG Events!
MAG Events, Meghan and her assistant were awesome to work with for our wedding this summer! We were looking for a day of coordinator mainly for setup/break down and keep everyone o...
n task, however, the month-of coordination package was SO helpful. Meghan was calm and resourceful when I called her freaking out that the caterer's linen company wanted $1000+ for delivery/pickup for table cloths! Fortunately her attention to detail also noticed that napkins had been removed from our catering package and she handled that as well. Everything from touching base with all of our vendors, putting together a timeline, getting everything setup exactly how I envisioned, and putting flowers and little dog figurines on our cake -- our wedding day so enjoyable and stress free! Thank you SO much Meghan, we couldn't have done it without you!!
Meghan was our month-of coordinator for our wedding at Arrowhead Golf Club, and we could not be more pleased! From our first conversation, I immediately felt a connection with her...
and knew that she was someone we could trust and would enjoy working with. We were looking for someone that could take care of all of our final wedding details and ensure that our family and friends could enjoy our big day and not have to worry about any of the day-of details themselves. We were also planning our wedding from out of town (we live in Texas) and needed someone that was easy to work with remotely. Meghan was the perfect choice.
While we felt fairly comfortable researching and scheduling most of our vendors on our own, whenever we got stuck and needed a little extra help Meghan came to the rescue with fantastic recommendations. As an added bonus, she has an awesome inventory of decorations and other items that made our lives so much easier as out-of-towners needing to minimize what to transport/ship to Colorado.
Meghan and her team did a wonderful job creating our timeline and bringing everything together from all of our vendors. Her assistants (Lindsey and Michelle) were also lovely to work with (our wedding party could not stop gushing about them) and thanks to the team, our day came together beautifully. There were only a few minor hitches from some of our other vendors that they took care of so smoothly that we didn't even know about them until afterwards! Thank you so much, Meghan! We will be sure to recommend you to our friends and family in the future!
I cannot speak highly enough of Meghan with MAG Events, and her assistant Lindsey! We knew we wanted an outside coordinator to help with steps along the way, and especially for the...
details during wedding weekend. We planned a destination wedding in Granby, CO and Meghan was an incredible source of support, ideas, logistical help, timeliness, and counsel! I am beyond thankful for all the work she put in to making our wedding weekend dreamy, fun, and best of all, easy!
She is incredibly knowledgeable and can whip up a solution to an unexpected problem in no time. We had an issue with the florist not delivering what I'd ordered (and paid for) and Meghan went out of her way to find alternate options and made it look beautiful (all while I was happily getting ready).
If you're looking for a wedding planner - or not - meet with Meghan! Her expertise was the best money we spent in the entire process. Thanks Meghan!
