Madison Sims Design Studio

About this vendor

My best friend needed an invitation created and without even knowing it, I stumbled into my life's passion, designing paper products that bring a vision to life. I'm a smaller, self run business which gives you the advantage of having someone give your stationary needs that personal touch. I do everything from hand calligraphy to custom watercolor designs and venue sketches. I offer packages that range from strictly invitation work to full scale invitation suites with the works (Save the Dates, RSVP card, event signage, etc). Let's chat so we can create something within your budget!

Madison is the best! We loved working with her to complete our wedding invitation suite for our spring wedding in Hudson NY. I met with her several months prior to the wedding to r...

eview ideas and themes. We developed a pinterest inspiration board together and then I let her work her magic and develop some rough outlines. She's incredible at doing calligraphy and free hand drawing. She's definitely a perfectionist and it shows in her meticulous water coloring. I thought she was extremely organized and timeline driven which is always welcomed when you are the bride and have a ton of wedding vendors to manage. The pricing of the printing was very affordable, and conveniently located in NJ close to her. I highly recommend working with her :)

As a vendor, Madison was such a breath of fresh air. In the chaos of wedding planning, Madison and our incredible invitations were our bright spot of the process. Madison's aesthet...

ic is unmatched, and each design she sent over was absolutely beautiful. We basically had a loose vision of what we wanted and sent Madison over some inspiration. Madison responded with concepts and some designs that made our jaws drop. It was EXACTLY what we wanted, except better! If we asked her to move something or change a small item on the invite or RSVP card, Madison was incredibly quick, responsive, and professional. Once we settled on a design and we had our invites printed, it was truly the happiest moment I've had while wedding planning. As soon as we sent out our invites, we had so many responses and texts about how beautiful they came out. My fiance and I were so lucky to have worked with Madison, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. If you want a stress free Wedding Invite/Save The Date/RSVP process, contact Madison Sims!

terpret our vision into a lovely invitation that really set the tone for our special day and jam-packed weekend of festivities. Our favorite element was the hand-drawn map Madison produced that helped to inform guest about the venue and accommodations, as well as highlighting some of our favorite places in the surrounding area. We would highly recommend using her for any of your wedding stationary needs. Working with Madison was an absolute pleasure!
