About this vendor
After playing 500+ weddings through the years, I still find great joy in:
+ Guiding couples through the meaningful and fun process of making the most of their wedding music
+ Providing stunning, elegant and personalized live performances (a wide range of contemporary and older songs from various genres) for your wedding ceremony
+ Composing special, custom songs for special occasions, if that's your cup of tea. :)
** I am currently living in St. Louis, MO and am accustomed to traveling for weddings, throughout the midwest and beyond. Feel free to contact me for more information on travel rates. **
The process starts with a no-pressure, free consultation - together, we'll review what matters most to you, and I'll suggest (or take suggestions for) music that can best reflect and support your vision. My background includes:
+ Decades as a professional performing artist/songwriter
+ Ten years as a board-certified music therapist
+ Wedding Singer/Musician for 500+ ceremonies
I can accompany my singing on several instruments, hire additional band members, learn or create new music, and also provide, transport and manage my own sound to keep things simple for you. (Planning a wedding can be a *lot* and I'm here to make the music side of things as simple and supportive as possible.)
It's my joy to make music in a way that feels *just right* for the occasion, and enhances the experience all around. I'm here to help you feel confident and inspired about how your wedding music can take your ceremony to the next level.

I was so glad to have found Lynn. The process started with basically a private concert in her home of the songs we wished to have performed on our wedding day. We had a catholic we...
dding, so our song choices were a bit limited, but Lynn's abilities far exceed the boundaries we gave her. She can even write personalized songs for the bride and groom--which again we would have utilized if possible.
Lynn was very responsive and easy to work with throughout the process. She showed up far before the ceremony began to speak with the priest about the ceremony and her role. Everything went perfectly and I had so many compliments from my guests on how amazing her performance was. She is more than worth her modest price. You will not be disappointed if you book her!
Lynn and her circle of musicians are a dream. She performed for our ceremony and cocktail hour, and the vibe she created was remarkable. Lynn's attention to song styling and timing...
made our ceremony cinematic. You won't regret making her a partner in your very special day.
One of the highlights of my husband and I's wedding day was having Lynn O'Brien play during our ceremony. Her piano playing and singing were outstanding! We absolutely loved that s...
he could play some of our favorite jazz and pop tunes as well as that she was willing to learn a new piece just for our wedding. She is gracious and incredibly easy to work with - you can tell that she truly enjoys what she does. We were so grateful to have Lynn as a part of our special day - she really helped to set the tone of our brunch wedding.
Lynn was such an invaluable part of our ceremony. She was a perfect mix of professionalism, ease to work with, humor, and helpfulness. Lynn was a joy to work with in both the prepa...
ration for the ceremony, during the ceremony, and during our reception! Thanks Lynn for making the wedding truly special!
Lynn is an absolute joy. I had hardcore decision fatigue and didn't give her much to work from, but with her skill, experience, and insight, she transformed my vague ideas into a b...
eautiful musical experience that made our ceremony even more special. (In fact, my sister-in-law--an event designer in L.A. who has coordinated and attended countless weddings--said that Lynn's music was one of the most memorable wedding performances she'd ever seen.) 100% recommend Lynn to anyone and everyone.
I LOVED working with Lynn to make our wedding music completely "us" and completely memorable! 3.5 years later, and I am so happy we chose Lynn. I felt loved, listened to, and hon...
ored throughout the entire process, and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
