Lydia and her husband, Andrew, did a phenomenal job shooting our wedding just this past May. Even before the actual day, the process leading up to the wedding was very helpful and ...
reassuring. Lydia is very organized and detailed, taking plenty of time to prepare for the wedding ahead of time. (i.e. discussing any particular photos I wanted to get, timeline of the day, etc.)
When the wedding day actually came, I found both of their dispositions to be very friendly and calming. We were able to take all of the photos (yes, even the family photos!) with efficiency, while still maintaining a relaxed feel.
Having both Andrew and Lydia was helpful, as my husband and I were getting ready at different locations. They were both able to capture, separately, the whole process of the bride and groom.
I won't get too longwinded here, but when the photos came in, I was SO impressed! I have had so many people tell me that they felt my photographer captured the day perfectly. I really enjoy how they captured all the little candid moments that tell the story of the emotion of the day.
I would highly recommend Her Song Photographs to anyone who asks. I felt they were fairly priced, so enjoyable to work with, and extremely professional, VERY talented and creative.
We cannot say enough to express how thankful we were to have had our wedding photographed by Lydia Faith. The entire day far exceeded our expectations and Lydia did such a fantasti...
c job of managing the entire wedding party and family. She made sure that every request we made was done including special pictures. My grandparents have a difficult time walking so she quickly was able to find a new spot to photograph our grandparents photo so they would not have to walk far. Lydia was even able to quickly add in a few extra shots that family members requested on the day of. Not to mention doing such a great job of making sure we stayed on schedule - we just cannot express our gratitude enough to Lydia Faith and anyone who is able to book her will be a lucky bride!
the beginning as it would be a new experience to have people follow you around all day with a camera, but they captured everything without being in the way, and had smiles on their...
faces the entire time. You can really tell they absolutely love and enjoy what they do, and it shows! The pictures came out better than we could have hoped for, and they made duplicates of all the good pictures in black and white, which just gave us more to love! We would hire them again for any event without hesitation. They are the best!
Having Her Song Photographs shoot our wedding was a decision I will never regret. The delightful husband and wife duo thought of every detail and captured the look and feel of our ...
wedding perfectly! Part of how they were able to do this is Lydia takes the time to discuss your wishes and creates a list of your must have photos. She also has a way of making anyone feel at ease in front of the camera. Thanks to Her Song I now have a stunning collection of photos to remember one of the best days of my life that I could not be happier with. Their classic dreamy style only seems to get better with time. I would highly recommend Her Song Photographs to anyone.
I cannot say enough about Her Song Photography! They captured my wedding- from the beginning of getting ready to the moments we drove away- absolutely perfectly. I have always be...
en camera shy and I was afraid that I would not be able to relax in the pictures- but Lydia made me feel so comfortable and helped me to be myself in every picture. Her Song had a great eye for picking the best places and using the props/lighting to make the pictures stunning. One thing I greatly appreciate about their style is not only were they taking pictures of my husband and I and the wedding party, but they also captured so many pictures of family and friends sharing in our joy and emotions. Those pictures mean so much to me. They also followed through with everything they told us- went above and beyond our expectations, were exactly on time, and provided excellent quality pictures right on the time promised in our contract.
I highly recommend Her Song Photography. You will by no means be disappointed!
I couldn't recommend Her Song more. Thank you Lydia and Andrew for making such a wonderful record of our wedding last year! And for generally being awesome people. Your passion and...
talent for photography is evident at every step. During the ceremony you were very discreet and professional, whilst always standing in the perfect places. You made a fun event out of the friends/ family shots. The work produced really speaks for itself- it is truly stunning- our friends love the photos as much as we do.
Her Song Photographs provided dreamy, exquisite photography of our engagement photo shoot and wedding day. We could not have been more delighted with Lydia and her assistant. The v...
alue was amazing for the quality of service.
I found Her Song Photographs at the recommendation of another photographer when I was looking for a more practical package.

ns and responding. We sat and had coffee with them and asked them some questions about their style, packages, and philosophy. They were super laid back, but also passionate about their craft. We got along great and booked them, as their packages fit into our budget.
Lydia and I stayed in communication prior to the wedding, even meeting once more to discuss my shot list and ideas.
The day of, Lydia and Andrew arrived right on time, dressed well, but not overdressed. They were great when working with our videographer. I received numerous compliments with how polite they were, and how many people didn't even notice them! To me, that's a sign of a good photographer, one who stays out of the way but still captures meaningful shots.
We got our pictures back within 3 weeks, and they were stunning. She provided over 1000 photos that were gorgeous. I would highly recommend Her Song Photographs to anyone.
