The overall experience of the place itself is also very relaxing and non chaotic being that it is by appointment only. You also aren’t crammed into a small room like other dress shops which was 10/10 for me. I highly recommend.

ays all you need to know! First and foremost, I have to give credit to my stylist, Megan, who truly made the process the most fun! She really listened to me and helped guide me, and when it came time to make the decision, she helped me completely envision wearing my dress on my wedding day. She also worked magic when I was ready to say yes, helped throw my hair up in an updo, put the veil on, and accessorize for the big reveal. 
 The selection of gowns at Luxe for the cost is truly unbeatable! I couldn’t believe how many stunning gowns were in my price range and again, Megan truly took the time to select each and every dress with such intention. The store is beautiful, the experience is so much fun, and you will probably walk away with your dream dress for less than you thought! I can’t recommend Luxe enough!

cided to fill some free time dress shopping. We didn't have an appointment but it was perfect timing as a bride as leaving and another one wasn't scheduled to come in for another hour and a half. They let me browse some of the selection because I had a specific style I've tried on and knew wanted and I was able to pick out some dresses that were in line with what I knew worked well for me. My stylist Megan truly made the experience stand out. She started the appointment by getting to know more about me, about the venue, about my fiance, and about how I wanted to feel and look on the wedding day. At no point did I feel pressure with any of the dresses. As Megan kept saying, "I am not the designer so feel free to be honest about what you like and don't like." This definitely helped us narrow down the options and when it came to the final 2, she helped me style the dresses perfectly. I left the appointment with the plan to think about the decision and possibly come back the next day to purchase. My mom and I went for lunch, couldn't stop talking about how that dress compared to others and we went right back the same day and purchased. It was such a personable experience and we had so much fun with Megan trying on dresses! I am so excited to wear this stunning dress on my wedding day!

y could have dressed ready for me. While I’m sure all of the other girls who work there are amazing I worked with Jacquelyn during my time there. She was so kind and took the time to explain the style, why she picked it for me etc. She was so good at picking things I’d like I went home with the third dress I tried on(one of the original dresses she selected). She was so personable and kind and made a somewhat stressful experience so easy. After I decided that I wanted to go with that dress she styled my hair and put on a veil and some accessories to complete the look. It was amazing I felt like a bride and it just made it that much easier to say yes to the dress. 10/10 recommend anyone in the Pittsburgh area go their to find their dress. Also if you need more convincing it is a women owned business.. I mean what more could you ask for!!

Luxe Redux made everything about picking a wedding dress very easy for me and I couldn't be happier. in the days leading up to the appointment definitely made a difference, as the gowns that Gracie pulled were all so gorgeous and very much my style. I also appreciated that she researched my venue beforehand to get a vibe on what the day would feel like. I think the 2 hour appointment time makes a difference because it gave time for me to really think over my final choices and try on different accessories that completed the look. Gracie was so patient and I really appreciated how special she made me feel. Thank you so much again to Gracie & the team at Luxe Redux for helping me find my dress!!

with Gracie and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted/didn’t want. What separates Luxe Redux from the rest is that they give you the whole bridal experience. Instead of just slapping a veil on you, Gracie did my hair (even tho simple, it is going to be my wedding hair!! And I’m picky!), gave me earrings, and had me close my eyes and talked me through envisioning my wedding day and years down the road. It was really something special that I didn’t experience in other bridal stores. I highly recommend Luxe Redux!

She picked up on my feelings throughout the process and asked the perfect questions to help guide the appointment. She was also so gracious with my mom and sister who came with me. She welcomed their opinions on picking out dresses and made them feel like they were part of it too. Hayley was emphatic, conscious of my budget and sizing, and never pushed me toward anything I wasn’t interested in. I wasn’t expecting to find my dress on the first try, but I did! Hayley even took pictures of my mom, sister, and I hugging after we found the dress so that we’d have that memory forever. If you are looking for a bridal shop where you will feel heard, comfortable, and genuinely celebrated, Luxe Redux is the place to go. 10/10 experience!

o warm and welcoming.  Megan was my stylist, and she had the most radiant, beautiful personality!  I immediately felt comfortable and embraced with kindness.  She felt like a longtime friend and actually reminded me of two of my best friends from home.  She asked me questions about my plans for the big day, genuinely shared in my excitement, and listened with intentionality.   She pulled dresses that suited my body type perfectly and aligned with my vision, and also surprised me with one that was a little bit different than I was expecting to pick… and I ended up totally falling in LOVE with the dress.  No other dress from the boutique or any other boutique could compare!  Megan was a true visionary — she found THE dress that made me feel confident and beautiful, sexy yet classy, fun and flirty, and overwhelmingly excited about my wedding day.  Not only did she find the perfect dress for me, but she helped bring the vision to life.  I was filled with so much gratitude for every moment, every mountain and valley, that led me to the point of meeting my forever person and stepping into this new chapter of life with fullness of joy — I became so emotional!  Megan — you are a treasure and I thank Jesus for you!  I HIGHLY recommend Luxe to anyone looking for not only the perfect dress, but for an experience that will impact them for a lifetime. ❤️

As you know trying on wedding dresses can humble you, Gracie was able to keep things realistic for me while still being extremely down to earth. I felt comfortable, confident and also like I was an individual vs a number. My party of 5 were also very comfortable and we had the place to ourselves. I would recommend them to anyone, as of course I said YES to the dress!

My fiancé and I are unique in that we are a same sex couple and we both bought our dresses from Luxe. They did an excellent job of making sure our dresses complemented each other without over influencing my decision making (I went second). Very appreciative of the safe and welcoming environment for same sex couples!
