They reached out beforehand to learn more about what I was looking for, and they were so organized and attentive while still making everything feel warm and personal. I genuinely felt heard before I even walked through the door, which helped ease so many of those pre-appointment nerves! And then there was Brittany, my consultant, who was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable, celebrated, and genuinely cared for. She was so patient and thoughtful, listened to everything I was looking for, and made the entire experience feel effortless. She somehow turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into something so fun and memorable. It felt less like simply “shopping for a dress” and more like celebrating such an important moment in my life. 🤍 What made it even more special was the personal touch after my appointment. Brittany sent me the sweetest handwritten postcard congratulating me and thanking me for coming in. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture, and it really showed how much she genuinely cares about her brides. 🥹🤍 I’m beyond excited that we found THE dress, and I’m so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our stylists did their absolute best to ensure we were together but also have our own bridal moments. Mary Grace was my stylist, and she killed it with dress options. I felt like she really tried to understand my vision and give me exactly what I was looking for. I couldn’t recommend this place enough! They are the sweetest people and are able to use their creativity to help you imagine yourself on your wedding day!

I wasn't expecting to find anything but I LOVE my dress and how unique it is! I didn't see anything like it at any other store, potentially because it normally would have been outside of my budget!

econd I walked in the door at LR, it was like I'd never been shopping before! They immediately welcomed us in, got us water, and asked all kinds of questions about my group, my fiancé, my tastes. Claire, my consultant, was an absolute darling and hyped me up every step of the way. She really listened and reacted to my choices in a way other consultants hadn't. I'm also very soft spoken, so she also would echo my feelings to the group in a way that I felt was extremely helpful and helped me figure out what I wanted. She really got me! Claire, if you're reading this, you're the best!!! The biggest thing about this salon is that dress shopping should be fun and they understand that. They never showed me a dress I couldn't fit in or that was over budget. Other members of their team would chime in to hype me up, clap when I chose my dress, and joke around with my group, so I constantly felt surrounded by love and laughter. Truly, I have never felt so beautiful in my life as on this day. Finally, one of my bridal party is disabled and needed extra room for a chair, and the salon was SO accommodating. When I let them know in advance, they made sure to move us to the bigger suite and make space with the furniture. Because of that, everyone was able to feel included and we all had the joy of sharing that moment together. I truly cannot thank them enough, especially as not all establishments were as accommodating as they. I cannot recommend this store enough if you're looking for a store that's supportive, fun, budget-friendly but with a luxurious feel. They gave me not just my dress, but a day I will always remember!

tiful, every dress I tried on was in perfect condition, the inventory is high end and gorgeous, and the personal space for my party was ample. I've been to four other bridal studios and this was my favorite experience by far. Don't sleep on Luxe Redux...I might make my fiancé marry me again next year just so I can come back!

. Being my first time trying on dresses, she was so reassuring! She was so knowledgeable about each dress, the structure, fabrics, styles, etc. Overall, I am so grateful for their team and the genuine care/hospitality they provided!

All of my inspiration pictures matched every dress i tried on and thankfully i was able to find THE ONE by dress 3. If you’re thinking about booking an appointment, just do it!! Make sure you request MARY GRACE, you will not regret it!! I will add the entire staff is just absolutely perfect and the store is so clean and well organized.

I was not expecting to find a dress at all as it was my first time shopping and I didn’t even know what I wanted, but Claire was attentive, perceptive and a great hype woman. So, I found a dress I couldn’t have dreamed up that feels like it was made for me. The experience couldn’t have been better. 100/10 recommend.
