Every single day, I found myself going back to Luxe's website, and one dress just kept speaking to me. I finally worked up the courage to call the Cincinnati location because the website showed they had it in stock. My wedding is in December, and I was nervous that I was running out of time. Tyre'Asia answered the phone, and from the moment she did, she completely calmed my nerves and anxiety. I explained my situation, and before I could even finish worrying, she said, "that dress is beautiful. I think you're going to love her." That reassurance meant more than she probably knows. I scheduled my appointment, made the drive to Cincinnati, and from the moment I walked in, Ty made me feel so comfortable. I tried on the dress... and that was it. I didn't want to try on anything else because I knew she was the one. I said yes to my dress that day! What impressed me even more was Ty's level of care. While I was standing there soaking in the moment and falling in love with my dress, she was already texting me a list of trusted alteration specialists to help with the next step. The entire experience was everything I hoped for and more. nt to pass up the wedding dress shopping experience. I had the best appointment with my stylist Jenna. She made the dress experience relaxing and fun for me, my mom, and my sister. She was warm, professional, and most importantly - an expert at her job! When I arrived, I showed her some inspiration photos. She went into the back and did her magic, pulling 5-6 initial dresses for me to try on. Some gowns looked like they were directly from my Pinterest board, but she also pulled one that she thought I would like even though it was a tiny bit different from my initial inspo. I was immediately drawn to it, tried it on first, and took it home that day. I am so excited to wear it on my wedding day! Thanks Luxe Redux and Jenna for making my dress dreams come true!

My favorite shop in the bridal district!

Best thing is I’ll need minimal alterations and Tyler was very patient as I tried on at least 8-9 dresses. I would highly recommend as my sister has had 3 of her friends get their wedding dresses from here as well. As far as price point I stayed around my budget of $3k but they do have many budget friendly options! See Tyler if you do come here as she was great

I had a list of very specific things I loved, but more importantly, I had a lifelong anxiety around body image that made me certain I'd have the worst time. Enter: JENNA. Small but mighty, endlessly compassionate, Jenna somehow pulled THE dress on the very first try! I loveeeeddd it, but in my uncertainty about my body, I leaned on the reactions of my incredible group of loved ones, who weren't quite impressed with anything that wasn't full glam. I was nearly convinced to get an out-of-budget-not-my-personality dress just by how much everyone else loved it. Jenna gave me space to stand in the dressing room in the dress, gather my thoughts, and when I fearfully told her I wanted to put the original pick back on (I'd already said yes to the glam dress, oops), she snuck it in to me. And as I worked through my anxiety and overwhelming emotions, Jenna made sure that I chose what /I/ felt best in, and hyped me up the whole time. And my group? They quickly came around to see how perfect it really was. If you're looking for a place that feels as uplifting and welcoming as an Eras Tour Concert, Luxe Redux (and Jenna!) can't be beat. Over the moon with my dress and the support <3
