I worked with Sara who was amazing! She was able to take my likes and dislikes of each dress I tried on to lead me to the perfect dress.

The team was unbelievably warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. My consultant, Phi, was super nice, patient, and truly listened to what I was looking for, making the entire process feel effortless and stress-free. Finding a wedding dress can feel overwhelming, but Phi and the team made it such a joyful and memorable moment and made me feel so special throughout the whole appointment. They really take the time to care for their brides. If you’re a bride-to-be looking for a supportive, incredible experience, I cannot recommend them enough!

The rest of the staff were equally as nice and helpful, and even offered to call and cancel the bridal appointment I had scheduled later that day, since it was obvious I felt guilty about doing so despite the appointment no longer being necessary. She made the entire appointment feel fun, comfortable, and personal without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I tried on several dresses that matched what I originally pictured, but the dress I ended up choosing was actually Sara’s final recommendation after she had seen everything I thought I wanted. It was not at all what I expected to walk out with, but it ended up being my absolute dream dress.
