Luna + Co.

el overwhelming. She joined countless Zoom calls with us, was extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process, and continued to check in regularly in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She always offered reassurance and made us feel confident that everything was on track. We were especially grateful to have Alexandra by our side when we weren’t sure how to navigate next steps with our venue. Her guidance was invaluable. She also facilitated our rehearsal seamlessly, ensuring the entire bridal party knew exactly where to be and when. On the day of the wedding, Alexandra was truly on top of everything. She made sure the day ran smoothly and thoughtfully checked in on me throughout the day to see how I was doing, which meant more than she probably knows. From my perspective as the bride, the day was absolutely beautiful and it truly would not have been possible without Alexandra. We cannot recommend her enough.

coordination, helping to make sure we were on time, and setting up the decor / florals, but Alexandra also spent so much time with us before the event meeting with vendors and making sure we had everything planned and were comfortable with every detail. I would highly recommend to anyone to get a day-of coordinator, at minimum, for their wedding and Luna & Co was a great choice!

sily impressed. So, take it from us when we say: HIRE. THESE. PEOPLE. The Planning & Partnership Jazmin was our main point of contact, originally recommended to us by a mutual friend in the industry, and we are so glad we listened. She has been nothing short of a fantastic human being with the perfect mindset to help create your perfect day. She is arguably the easiest person to have in your corner—down-to-earth, approachable, and genuinely invested. What we appreciated most was her honesty. Jazmin is not the type of planner who just says "yes" to everything to keep you happy; she helps you bring your vision to life by letting you know when you have a great idea, or if you should potentially go a different route to make the logistics work better. That level of guidance is rare and invaluable. Throughout this process, we have actually become decent friends and will hopefully continue our friendship long after this experience. The Execution & The Timeline When it came to the actual execution, both Jazmin and Alex were the perfect addition to our wedding. Alex attended our tasting meal and rehearsal and was an absolute powerhouse. She did a fantastic job at running the room, commanding attention when needed, and making sure everyone and everything was addressed. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with her is in great hands. On the wedding day itself, Jazmin’s expertise truly shined. She created the perfect schedule that allowed for a completely stress-free and organized day. In our professional opinion, that timeline was a major factor in how smoothly and efficiently the day went. The Trust Factor These two generated such a deep level of trust with us that we felt comfortable completely letting go of the reins. Whenever they asked us to do something, we just did it without question, and every single thing worked out perfectly. They were hands down our favorite vendor we worked with. I am beyond grateful that we had the opportunity to have them on our team. We truly hope they expand their exquisite talents to "regular" events so we can have the excuse to work with them again in the future!

They were down to earth and ready to make my day amazing, I loved their energy and it helped smoothed any nerves I had!

hone calls, emails and text messages - Alexandra always had everything under control and seemingly with felt like she was one step ahead of me! I am forever grateful for their entire team for allowing me to enjoy my wedding day stress free - if anything went wrong, I still do not know about it because she had it handled. If you’re looking for a coordinator who will feel like family & a friend during the entire process, someone who is extremely organized &  who will make all your wedding dreams come true then Luna and Co is who you need to hire! - The Weaklys

njoy ourselves. She was so friendly, easy to work with, flexible, and quick to respond, and it was so easy to trust her and her expertise and that she would take care of things both in the lead up to our wedding and on the day of. She and her team also really made us feel special and like our day was important to her, not just like it was another job. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

side from start to finish, helping with everything from venue selection to bouquet preservation. Always just a text away, answering every question and handling all vendor communication. Without her, we absolutely could not have held our dream wedding, and we are still getting compliments on how incredible it was! We are BEYOND thankful for her support throughout all of it.

heets to fill out, everything felt so organized, seamless, and stress-free. Alexandra was incredibly professional. and attentive to every detail. What impressed us the most was how calm and collected they remained throughout the day. . Any small hiccups or tasks were handled without us even knowing about them, and she kept everything right on schedule. Her communciation with us, the other vendors, the bridal party, and guests was flawless, and she made sure we could truly enjoy our day without worry. We would recommend Luna + Co to anyone planning a wedding in the St. Louis area...and we already have! Thanks so much, Alexandra & Marisa!

vision, helped us find vendors that were personalized to our wedding and style, gave us helpful reminders and suggestions, and just made our whole wedding planning experience A LOT LESS STRESSFUL! On top of this, when a tornado hit St. Louis two weeks before our wedding and derailed parts of our big day, she put in so much extra time and work to problem solve and coordinate plan B's and C's with us. Her service went so far above the usual call of duty, we were just blown away. I know that she would do the same for any of her couples, because she understands what this day means for everyone involved in the event (brides/grooms, parents, attendees, etc). Alexandra and our day of coordinator Molly truly made our dreams come true and I know that you will have an amazing experience as well! Thank you again!

ent above and beyond to bring it to life. It’s not too often that we meet someone with a similar attention-to-detail, and I know that this is why we clicked with Luna + Co right from the start. It was such a relief to know that Alexandra was in our corner thinking several steps ahead the entire time. Any time we had a concern or a crazy idea, Alexandra was right there to help. We had an incredible experience with her and Luna + Co, and we would recommend them to any couple that’s looking for experience, vision and peace of mind. Thank you so much for making our day so memorable!

of. She answered any questions we had, recommended vendors, had multiple virtual calls with me to discuss details, and made sure our day went so smoothly (despite dealing with weather chaos & power outages.) She kept her cool, handled any problem that came her way, and ensured I did not have to worry about a thing day of. I cannot recommend this team enough!!!!

table right away, gave amazing vendor suggestions, and took all of the stress of wedding planning away. We just got to enjoy the ride! She was able to answer all of our questions and had really great ideas for things we were unsure of. She coordinated all of our vendors, had a detailed timeline that she sent out to everyone, sat in on all of our meetings, and on the day of we couldn't have asked for anyone better! Her and her assistant, Hannah, were a dream! Everything went so smoothly and they were able to handle any last minute issues that popped up (there weren't many thanks to all the planning!) We didn't really have to lift a finger during our reception, we just got to enjoy the whole night!

interviewed a few different people from different companies at the beginning, and Luna + Co was the most professional and on top of their stuff. I felt like my wedding had so many different moving parts with so many different vendors, some of whom weren’t really on top of their own services/communication. Luna + Co really relieved so much stress and allowed me to enjoy my day completely. I chose one of the smaller packages for day-of coordination and it was worth every penny (honestly it would’ve been worth 10x more) with how much work and care they put in to helping me have my dream day. Jazmin went above and beyond with her communication, advice, and friendliness towards me, even in my moments of being un-chill! Her laid-back demeanor put me at ease while she was taking care of 10000 things behind the scenes. I would absolutely recommend using Luna + Co whether your wedding is small and casual or huge and extravagant.

help keep everything in order leading up to the day. We worked mostly with Jazmin and she is the absolute sweetest!! She is professional while still remaining personable. I wouldn’t have changed a thing and couldn’t recommend using luna and co enough !!

hole show in motion! We loved the way Jazmin was organized and helped give us some structure to our planning but was also so realistic about what we would get the most bang for our buck on, or remember most! She’s got great knowledge of the industry and vendors as well! She got us in touch with our videographer 4 hours after I shared I was sad I hadn’t booked a videographer and was scared I was out of time (3 months before my date)!!!! She is truly that good! My only wish is that we had done full planning. I can only imagine how much less stress would’ve come with the wedding. Jazmin and Ciara did all of our set up and tear down with ease as well. I truly got to walk into my vision and enjoy it. We also had the extreme pleasure of letting go of control and trusting them to keep the day moving and it was immaculate. 12/10 I cannot recommend them enough! Jazmin also sent some behind the scenes photos the day after our wedding and it was so incredible to see the day in her perspective and have them back before my sneak peeks!

ing on the front end. Their team did even more than we anticipated or expected to help us plan and on the day made everything so organized that our ceremony and reception went off without a hitch. We always said our goal was to not have to know what time it was or what needed to happen next on our wedding day so that we could just enjoy the moment, and Luna + Co. definitely made that happen. We could not recommend working with them enough!!!

Sophia and Brittany were awesome!

vendors. She was so organized and helpful as a day-of coordinator as well, always thinking of the details and making sure everything went smooth, and everyone knew what was happening next during the day. She helped with our room switch after the ceremony, set up, and clean up so we didn’t have to lift a finger. Everything was flawless thanks to her. Highly recommend to all brides!!!

ng us navigate unexpected surprises. Alexandra responded promptly to our (many) emails with questions and handled so many behind the scenes details when we had no idea what to do. We would recommend the Luna and Co team to anyone no matter where you are in the planning process!

ding day feel so fun and light and stress free. So happy we decided to go for a coordinator and even happier that coordinator was Sophia (and shoutout to Alexandra and Jazmine too, of course). We can’t recommend these ladies enough!

ork and stress for me, advocated for me when I had problems with my venue, and took care of EVERYTHING. I couldn't recommend them enough. I could not have had my dream wedding without Luna and Co! I hired Jazmin and her incredible partners Alex and Sophia as my planners early in my wedding planning process, and I'm so glad I did. To start, we met as frequently as I needed to discuss my vision, my needs, possible vendors, my budget, and more. Vendors & Recommendations They recommended trustworthy, reputable vendors that were in my budget, and managed my communications with them. My vendors were a DREAM. So easy to work with, all very professional, and all within my budget. Timeline Creation They created my wedding day timeline, which was SO HELPFUL. I wouldn't have know what I was doing with that, and it was such a big benefit of hiring them. Venue Set up & Tear Down I did not have to worry about setting up all my decor day of or taking it down, and it was a TON of stuff. They set everything up exactly the way I wanted it, and carefully packed it all back up so quickly and efficiently. I was able to relax while I was getting ready and head off with my husband after the reception, knowing everything would get done without a hitch. Advocates for ME I booked my venue before hiring Luna + Co, and it came with a venue coordinator. Hearing that, I was under the impression that I wouldn't need a planner, but boy was I wrong. During my first meeting with Jazmin, she said that venue coordinators are there to protect the venue and that planners are there to protect me. That couldn't have been more true. The venue came with catering, and the venue coordinator treated my serious gluten-intolerance as if it was an unreal inconvenience, like I made it up to be difficult or to bring in my own food. Jazmin made sure I wasn't charged for the second tasting after they made me sick for 4 weeks after they fed me my allergen during the first tasting. After I got sick after the second tasting, she held and led a meeting with the chefs, owner, and venue coordinator to discuss next course of action. Jazmin also made sure I wasn't overcharged by the venue for food myself and 3 of my guests weren't going to eat. They picked up gluten-free food for me, so I wouldn't have to worry about getting sick at my own wedding. For me, this was one of the biggest helps, as I hate being an inconvenience and can have trouble advocating for myself. I LOVE Luna and Co Weddings and Events. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. They were quickly more than my planners; they're now all my friends.

so stressful. Thankfully, we chose Alexandra as our coordinator. We hired her ~ 10 months before the date when all we had picked out was our venue. She quickly got us organized, on a timeline, and helped us choose and book our remaining vendors. Meetings initially were via zoom and were informative and efficient. As the wedding got closer, we realized what a rockstar we hired. She had suggestions for all the details and loose-ends that we didn't even think of. She attended planning meetings with us (florist, venue, etc). Not only that, she did all the last-minute running around, obtaining the seating chart and signage, Polaroids and film for the guest book, etc. She handled all the communication with the vendors, making sure everyone was organized. The actual wedding went perfectly. She had things running so smoothly, but also she was unobtrusive and just blended in seamlessly with the guests. My mother gave the ultimate compliment when she said that she expected the day to be stressful, and instead, she felt like a guest and was able to relax and truly enjoy herself. If you are on the fence about a wedding planner, you will not regret hiring one! And specifically, you'll be happy if you book Luna &Co!

vendor coordination. I think we would’ve lost our minds without them! Jazmine went above and beyond and got to work for us almost immediately- which was well before the month we had contracted them for! She was an amazing sounding board to help bring our vision to life and ensured we didn’t forget anything. She created a solid timeline to make sure the day went off without a hitch! Jazmine & Sophia were instrumental in making sure the vision and timeline were executed day of. And honestly, working with them was like working with friends!! We are SO thankful we went with Luna & Co!!! Thank you for making our day the absolute BEST 🤍

y reluctant to use a professional planner/coordinator, but with Luna + Co's partial planning option, we got the best of all worlds and an incredible value for the many services that Alexandra, Jazmin, and Sophia provided. The Luna + Co team kept track of our vendor contracts, joined calls with vendors whenever we wanted them to, and helped keep us organized with regular check-ins throughout the planning process. They offered recommendations, advised us on logistical questions, and focused on what was most important to us. For example, we had 20+ kids at our reception, and the Luna + Co team helped us come up with a "kid zone" and coordinated with our caterer to make sure kids' meals were ready a little before the adults ate dinner. On our wedding weekend, Alexandra joined for our ceremony rehearsal, and I don't know what we would have done without her. We had an interfaith (Catholic + Jewish) ceremony, so it was a little outside everyone's comfort zone and there was no real template to follow, but Alexandra took charge in the most kind yet firm way and made sure everyone knew what was happening and all of the items we needed were organized and stored safely. It honestly relieved so much stress that day knowing she would be on hand for the ceremony itself. And then on the day of the wedding, we were truly able to just be present and enjoy the moment with our loved ones, because the Luna + Co team handled everything behind-the scenes. That included an impressive turnaround reception setup (since we couldn't access our reception venue until later in the day), troubleshooting various misplaced decor materials, and gracefully finding spots for two surprise (but wanted!) guests. Throughout the process, the team was prompt, responsive, and professional. They were easy and fun to work with. We know our large guest count and unique venue made our wedding logistically challenging, but the Luna + Co team was always encouraging, positive, and found ways to make things possible. We would highly recommend Luna + Co to anyone and everyone!

rior in discussing what I wanted out of my day to the many many texts I sent Alexandra, she was always on call answering any and all questions I had as well as diligently working to get everything done in a timely and organized way. She provided me with so much information and planning tools it helped give me direction in the planning process. Not being from STL where my wedding was located I also relied on Alexandra a lot for information about vendors and locations in the city which she did a great job of giving recommendations out to me. When the day of the wedding came by I was totally able to relax (as much as I could) and live in the moment while Alexandra and her team took care of everything ensuring the event was a success! Alexandra went above and beyond what was expected of her and showed she really cared about creating a beautiful event. I had people coming up to me afterwards talking about how smooth of an event it was and this is again all due to Alexandra and her team, would highly recommend them to everyone!

wedding perfect. From crafting a seamless wedding day timeline, to coordinating with vendors, Luna + Co helped support me every step of the way. I truly cannot say enough positive things about their team. If you’re looking for a stress-free, enjoyable wedding, these are the ladies to hire!

min and her assistant Hannah. We had the most beautiful wedding and everything was so stress free. She helped us to experience our day in the best way possible and thought of every detail! Our guests really enjoyed the small touches that Jazmin helped us decide from the cocktail napkins with our dog’s face, to the cocktail sign, to the Polaroid camera station. Jazmin was so essential in helping us find vendors, orchestrate meetings, create timelines. As an out of town couple she helped to put my mind at ease and I could trust that she had everything under control. Jazmin and her team were literally with us all weekend at every event just to make sure every single thing went perfectly! Her assistant Hannah was also so phenomenal and helped coordinate things at the venue while Jazmin was with our wedding party. I cannot say enough how grateful I am. Jazmin even gave me her OWN wedding band for our ceremony when my bridesmaid forgot the rings. If you are looking for a wedding planner, look no further

he wedding to the abosolutely perfect execution of our wedding day, I cannot reccomend Luna + Co. enough. I didn't worry about anything on my wedding day thanks to Alexandra's tireless efforts to ensure that everything was prepared correctly and kept moving smoothly. Our guests had a fantastic time and I was so happy with the entire experience.

such an amazing team. They helped out with making suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought of. They truly made our day so stress free and amazing. They helped bring everything to life.

o anyone. We had partial planning with day-of-coordination, and it was incredibly helpful. Alexandra was very communicative both with us and with our vendors. We planned our wedding from another state, so having Alexandra helped in so many ways. She gave us recommendations for other vendors that were awesome, collaborated with us via text, email, and Zoom, and she was absolutely indispensable during the wedding weekend. What I wanted more than anything was to have someone else to answer questions so I could enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. She gave us just that! I spent the morning of my wedding lounging in a chaise sipping on Starbucks that Alexandra grabbed for me on her way to the venue. It was so relaxing having a professional handle things while I enjoyed our wedding day. If you're wondering if hiring a coordinator is worth it, I'm here to tell you Luna + Co. 1000% are!

ughter's wedding, which is the period of time we hired them for. They are both detail-oriented yet creative, and so set-up and clean-up of the venue on wedding day was outstanding. They literally took charge of everyone and everything so the bridal party and parents could just enjoy the celebration! My husband and I highly recommend their services; we would hire them again in a heartbeat. Alexandra especially was reassuring and knowledgeable about the whole wedding planning process, and she was always accessible when we had questions or problems. They definitely made my duties and my stress level minimal, as well as the bride's, which made the wedding and reception so beautiful and enjoyable!

e all the questions that I would not have thought about! She led our rehearsal at the venue and did a great job with such a big group of people. The day of the wedding the venue was late opening for us and she handled it so well that I was not stressed at all. I would absolutely recommend her!

owed up afterwards. I look forward to a wedding with the Events by Alexandra team again!

the wedding and quickly became acquainted with our vendors! She made sure our wedding weekend went smoothly and I do not know what we would have done without her! She was patient, resourceful, and professional!

ations for vendors, she gave reassurance when I was panicking, and overall her communication was wonderful. She was responsive and always helpful. The day-of went super well due to her and her team running the show. I was able to breathe knowing she was directing everything, which led to me actually enjoying all the special moments. I highly recommend Alex to all brides!

rked with Jasmine the day of and everything ran so smoothly, she was so on top of it! It was so nice to be able to enjoy my wedding day knowing that all of the details were in good hands!

y, easy-going and highly organized approach made it easy to truly enjoy Laura and John’s special day. Shout out to Jazmin as well! I highly recommend contacting Alexandra for your wedding planning needs.

e contacted all of our vendors ahead of time and coordinated with them to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. She was organized, professional, and so helpful!

e day of the wedding she was available all day for anything requests or questions we had. We truly couldn’t have done it without her and I believe it’s the best money we spent on our wedding. Thank you SO much, Alexandra!

ails. She's incredibly organized, super responsive, easy going, and just a delight to have around. Our bridal party and parents could not stop raving about how great Alexandra was. A lot of venues will have their own coordinator on site, but let me tell you, hiring your own is worth every cent. We had monthly check-ins with Alexandra and I always felt comfortable reaching out with any questions or advice I needed. She communicated with all of our vendors, ran our rehearsal and dinner, created our day of timeline, kept everyone on schedule, set-up the venue and so much more. Any couple would be lucky to have Alexandra as their coordinator and our only regret is that we didn't hire Alexandra to plan the entire wedding.

ther it was a bandaid for the Mother of the Bride or a sewing kit for a Brides dress mishap. The day was so much better because of their preparedness and ability to pivot to plan B when needed. We cannot thank you both enough for helping to ensure our daughters day was so special.

ure we knew where we needed to go and kept everyone in the loop. She was there for me as well as the whole wedding party. One of my bridesmaids will be wedding planning soon and asked for her contact info, because of how great Alexandra was. I truly didn't have to worry about anything on the day of our wedding because of her. Leading up to the wedding, she was always available by text and consistently checked in. She was kind, personable, and organized. 100% recommend a day of coordinator and Alexandra as your coordinator!

went above and beyond what was expected. I was pleasantly surprised at how much Alexandra communicated with us prior to the wedding day. She checked in with us on a regular basis, answered questions and even provided emotional support. She was our go-to person for all questions and issues. On the day of the wedding, she was indispensable. She was involved in many different aspects of the set-up, ceremony, and reception. She was extremely organized and attentive. We had an issue with a vendor and she tended to it in a confident, calm and professional manner. I was worried the issue with the vendor might prevent her from completing some of the other tasks, but she did not miss a beat. Thanks to Alexandra, I was able to enjoy every minute of my daughter’s special day. I highly recommend Alexandra!

have thought of, but also did not even have to think about because of her. She is so kind, positive, and organized! From the beginning, Alex was so helpful in creating the timeline and gradually pulling the details together as I informed her of information. She texted to check in several times leading up to the wedding, and always helped exactly where she was needed. She took calls from my mom and sister who were both worried about different things, and really helped keep everyone on the same page. The weekend of Alexandra oversaw both our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, and full wedding day. She ran around everywhere making sure everything was taken care of so us and our families did not have to worry about a thing. After the wedding, she worked with our venue to secure everything on carts and made the night of the wedding and the next day truly a breeze. Everyone needs an Alexandra at their wedding! (and through the sometimes overwhelming planning process!)
