I had the best experience at loveliest! They helped me find and bring to life my dream bridal look. There was no stress or pressure! When I wanted to order something that wasn’t in...
store, they got answers from the designer’s team while I was there! They did everything to bring my dream alive! They are so positive and kind. The store is beautiful. They only have one party at a time and allowed my whole crew to come.
The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The dress I tried on, chose, and paid for was not the dress that I received. When the issues were brought to the owners...
’ attention, they called me a liar, blamed me for the issues in the dress and had no empathy whatsoever. I am so disappointed, the previous owner was SO MUCH BETTER than these two now. Do not shop here.
One of the best experiences I’ve had at a bridal shop. A personalized shopping experience catered to you and you alone. They truly make you feel like you’re the only bride in the w...
orld- from a one on one shopping experience, to even customizing the shops playlist to your music style. My dress came in earlier than projected and was fully inspected for any imperfections before I was even able to try it on to take home. My consultant, Kim, who helped me say yes to the dress made it a point to be there the day my dress was delivered to me so she could see my experience all the way through. Don’t think twice if you’re considering booking an appointment with Loveliest. It’ll be the best decision you’ve made in your wedding planning journey thus far!
We went to every place in Knoxville looking for a dress. Loveliest provided the BEST customer service out of any place. They were personable, not salesy. They offered water, and tr...
uly let us enjoy the moments. Their dresses weren't just the typical flashy dresses. We bought a designer Spanish dress that was unique and we didn't see anything like it all day at other shops. Their shop was clean and inviting, and we couldn't have had a better experience with the Mother and Daughter team!
10/10 for this shop. This was my first dress shop and I have to say that Loveliest set the bar high! The whole experience was very personalized and not rushed like a lot of other s...
hops. They took the time to call the day before the appointment, play the music you like, and make you feel very comfortable. Kim was so helpful and so nice through this process. Every other shop fell short compared to Loveliest. If you want a truly special wedding dress shopping experience, this is the place to go!
After many shops later and being that bride who settled on her dress already I decided to make an appointment here. Kim was so amazing and helpful. The whole store was just her and...
I which was very relaxing. Kim was very attentive and never left my side. She made me feel like it was just as important to her as it was me to find my special dress! Which I did thanks to her! I even had that special moment where tears were shed and I thought it would never happen. She got me a glass of champagne and we shared conversations. This place was absolutely amazing and I wish I would have made them my first stop. I would totally 100% recommend!! Thank you Kim! :)

at I liked and disliked from each one I tried on, selected additional gowns for me to try based on that information, and she ended up picking out my perfect dress! It was my first bridal shop experience and my last. I expected to get an idea of what I wanted, not leave with a dress but I did. Kim was so welcoming and complimentary and seemed genuinely interested in knowing about me and my fiancé. An overall awesome experience. I cannot say enough good things about it. This shop is worth your time and has a great selection of styles to choose from. A definite must in your search for a wedding dress!

arrived Kim sat down with me and we chatted about what I wanted, what the wedding would be like, etc. Then I browsed dresses and pulled out ones I liked plus her recommendations. Kim made it feel very personal and comfortable which was a far cry from the more commercial bridal store I had previously gone to. I honestly didn't think I could enjoy dress shopping that much. I highly recommend this boutique!

t I had really loved or were unique. I had went to Loveliest as my last stop, and I can honestly say it was the best decision ever. I should have went there first and saved myself all the trouble. 1. It was a private appointment so I felt as I was getting the best service. 2. ALL of their dresses are so UNIQUE. I was in dress heaven. Loveliest really had what I was looking for and I felt as if no one else I knew would have a similar dress to mine. 3. Half of the store is consignment, which makes dress buying so much easier! This is the best wedding dress boutique in Knoxville. Do not skip this place. I have recommended it to everyone. I am so satisfied and in love with my dress.

Such a great experience finding my wedding dress! Anna is truly the best.
I cannot recommend her enough!
She plays your favorite music. She's supportive without being pushy. I love her no body shaming policy. Loved everything about the experience!
I wouldn't trade the opportunity of having the entire boutique reserved just for me for the world. I felt like I could relax and start having some fun. The store owner, Anna, was o...
n the same page and was eager to pull any and as MANY dresses down that we eyed. The music is set to your favorite artist/genre, candles that smell amazing, cheese and crackers that my MOH loved. It really made shopping more of a special and memorable event. Anna even stayed open late on a Saturday so my mom would have a chance to come see the dress before we purchased it. You could tell she is in this business to see brides happy. My fave thing about Loveliest (other than the amazing selection that led to my designer dress at HALF THE PRICE!), was Anna's policy of no body shaming. It makes me so happy to know Anna is encouraging her brides to see and embrace the beauty in themselves, no matter the dress that is on. This ended up being my one-stop shop. SO fun!
I consider myself to be a very picky person. I had a specific idea in mind of what I wanted, and I estimated that it would take several weeks, if not months, to find what I wanted ...
within my budget. I'm not kidding when I say Loveliest bridal was my first and last salon appointment. Anna was extremely professional and helped me find exactly what I wanted. The personal attention was very helpful, and I appreciated having the whole place to myself. It really made a difference! Not only that, but she ensured that I paid only the most fair price for everything. I cannot recommend this place enough. You will not have a better bridal dress shopping experience anywhere else. I assure you! Thank you so much, Anna, for helping me find my dream dress!

ets. The personal guidance and service we received from Anna (the owner) was impeccable. Her boutique is by appointment only one bride at a time. The bride, friends and family are given private undivided attention. My niece (the bride) found her dream dress and it was the second one she tried on. We had a wonderful experience. We will never forget it.

Anna makes it a fun and easy process! She gets new gowns in all time, so its a good idea to keep checking back if you do not initially find what you're looking for. I highly recommend this shop to every bride!!

tive support both verbally and physically with getting me in and out of dresses totally made this experience different than all the other stores. It was a quiet, intimate place where I literally had every dress available to me. It felt like the place was opened just for my private wedding dress day. I wish her the best of luck and I hope other Chattanooga, Atlanta, Nashville and Knoxville women go there. My 2 hour drive from Chattanooga was 100% worth it. The veil I tried on was actually ANNAs wedding veil and you know what? SHE GAVE IT TO ME with the dress. She could tell I was having a hard time with the mixed reviews from my family and did whatever she could to make the experience better. The dress I finally loved, was way over my budget and she tried to help bring the price down so I could get it. I'm telling you, you're not going to find such real, natural and authentic wedding dress help. She's not going to make you feel uncomfortable, pressured or insecure in anything.
Anna (the owner) made this process seem effortlessly beautiful. I originally planned on wearing my mom's wedding dress, but my extra curviness had other plans. With my wedding just...
around the corner (November), I was trying not to panic. My mom booked my appointment with Loveliest Bridal based off online recommendations and I am so grateful. Anna made finding "The Dress" fun, exciting and stressless. I found my dress (it seriously couldn't have fit any better) with my mom by my side. Anna was there to guide us through the trying on process, giving us our space at times and special attention when needed. Knoxville is lucky to have someone that cares so much in the wedding vendor community. Thank you!

nd snacks ready. She listens to exactly what you want and finds the perfect fits for you. She also allows you to browse the shop to see if there is anything that catches your eye. She's aware of your price range and is very mindful in maintaining your budget wishes. I'd suggest every Knoxville bride to stop into her shop for the ultimate bridal experience.

er you want and what your favorite music is. She will have it playing in the background when you get there and her cucumber water is great! She even had snacks out for us (grapes, cheese cubes and crackers). I love the private appointment because you don't have anything else going on around you and it doesn't have a "busy" feeling so you don't get overwhelmed at all. She has amazing jewelry and accessories to try on with the dresses that can make the dress better than you imagined. Anna has a great eye for fashion and really listens to what you want. I highly recommend this bridal store!!
