LOVE LOVE LOVE! I couldn’t be more thrilled with this team! My whole experience was amazing and my photos and video were amazing! Our beach wedding really came to life through the ...
photos and I was so amazed at how natural everything looked!
We booked Lovelee for our Southern California wedding and honestly just felt taken care of the whole time. Travis checked in with us throughout planning, answered questions quickly...
, and made things feel a lot less overwhelming. On the wedding day, the team fit in so naturally with everyone that taking photos never felt like a big production. Looking through the gallery now, it feels like we got all the parts of the day we were too busy to fully take in. We’re really thankful we chose them.
I would not recommend this company to capture your special moments. This company assigns random photographers to you. The quality of photos are not that great. The editing does not...
seem to be done by a professional with many blurry photos.
After reading the reviews, we decided to use this company. Many of the reviews mention Travis was the photographer. We assumed he would be the one taking the photos, and there was never a mention of him using someone else to take the photos on our wedding day. Had we known that, we would’ve requested to see samples of the photographers he was assigning to us. We wish there was transparency and he had told us during our interview prior to signing our contract who we would have at our wedding taking the photos. The two ladies assigned to us were not professional. One was wearing shorts and Tshirt with showing tattoos at our formal wedding. Our videos during ceremony shows her walking around taking photos, ruining the whole elegant mood of the occasion. They were heard by our guests talking about us and what went on in the bride’s hotel room, including some personal things.
Travis tried to help with the photos upload , which was by the way a very complex and difficult process. But he ultimately put the blame on us by saying we are too difficult. At the end, we had to communicate through our wedding planner for him to finish the job properly.
Overall, we were extremely disappointed with both the quality of the photography and with the lack of professionalism of the photographers and with the way the photos delivery was set up and handled! If we were to do this all over again, we would make sure we hire an actual photographer showcasing his own work and not having to deal with a middle man.
Great experience
