I realized late in the game that we would benefit from hiring a day of coordinator for our restaurant buyout wedding. We immediately clicked with Hannah and I’m so glad we had her by our sides that day! We had zero stress about setup or timelines, and she was so attentive to us the whole night. I put a lot of thought and planning into the whole party and really needed someone who could pick it all up and run with it on the big day. I got to spend the day feeling excited and in the moment, enjoying the party with my husband and family, thanks to Hannah. I also felt very comfortable bringing questions and concerns to her, and always felt supported and heard. She’s SUPER responsive and attentive!
Hannah was incredibly supportive throughout our wedding planning process and on the wedding day! Although we technically only hired her for day-of services, Hannah was so willing to provide advice and guidance leading up to the day. She created a detailed, organized timeline for us to follow and went above and beyond to help with any tasks we needed on wedding day! From picking up lunch for the bridal party on her way in, to holding my bouquet or drinks, to distributing vendor tips and managing questions, she was proactive and helped the day flow smoothly. She was so kind, flexible, affordable, and easy to work with. She was always just a call/text away leading up to the day and was very available for any questions. You can tell she truly loves what she does! Thanks for everything Hannah!

My name is Hannah Cluver and I am a Philadelphia-based wedding and events coordinator. I can't wait to spend your big day by your side! A little about me: I graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film & Media Arts. I quickly realized the film industry was not for me, and began searching for my calling in life. That's when I started my journey in the wedding industry! I worked alongside incredible planners and coordinators, both on the client side and the venue side, gaining as much experience as possible. I fell in love with the long days, high emotions, and unique details that come with wedding days and life events. My goal at Lovebird Weddings & Events is to provide you with all the help you need to make your Best Day Ever the best!
