The item was not made to order it was actually sitting in the back on hold for another bride she chose to bring out the dress and said to try on. I had chosen another dress first but said it would cost an extra 300 for an alteration I clearly state and then I did not want to pay more money and especially not that much for alterations. She then continued on to say, well. Then, take this one, keep this one pointing to the 2195+tax gown. You don't have to dont have to pay extra for the alterations. I was comfortable enough to wear even though a size 10 was more comfortable. It was chose enough within the price range. So I said yes to the dress. She then, said, just bring back what you owe, which was 311.24 and We will just take the measurements because I didn't have my shoes. So I said, okay and left the store when I came back, she tried to charge me over five hundred dollars more for the alterations. I had told her I didn't want the dress. At that point I had not finished paying for the entire purchase. And they refused to give me back the money. I had already paid on a dress. It was in stock. It was not made to order like their contract stated.they were trying to apply those terms to address that was not described in that section of the agreement. They had the audacity to say that every bride goes in there with a budget, and that they all pay more even pointed to the gal that was currently in the stall and said, look at her. She's about to spend more, and I said, well, that's great for her. you and I had a conversation, you were aware of my budget, therefore, why did you not disclose the extra fee. She laughed at me and said why was I being so difficult? I have it on video where they call customers lazy. Verbally she started you have to pay 300 extra for the cheaper one And if you take that one, you don't putting me under the impression that she was going to hem the bottom,and you dont pay extra in fact, when I had gone back, the first time to finish, paying off the dress, they told me they had lost my contract that they did not have it. I had to go home and find it. I had paid cash i told them that was unprofessional, and that there are arguments between them was not my problem and when she asked him for my contract, he said, well, I don't know. I don't have it and sat there and just stared at her. she also told them something in their language which I don't know what it was, but you. If you know how to speak their language, then you should be able to tell me please. The man refused to give me any documentations, stating that they did have my $2050 and refused to return it and that they said that if I didn't want to just choose a different one, then to just leave. So that's when I started recording, and i'm assuming that that's what she told them that I had started to record, which is fine, because I was just trying to get proof that the wouldn't give me my money.
