h of our best interests in mind. She has made a huge difference in our ability to handle conflict within our relationship and actually learning how listening to each other. We were so pleased in fact that we decided to hire her to also be our wedding officiant! We are so happy to have found her.

f compassion and understanding. She is kind and gentle in her approach, and she has a tremendous skill for challenging your negative distorted thinking and showing you how it is possible to make positive changes in your life. Mrs. Payne is exceptionally intuitive and responsive to your hurts and concerns. One of the most impressive things that stuck with me after my counseling session was to think more of the good about my relationship instead of the bad since there was a time in my journey of meeting, dating and falling in love with my fiancé. This is something I will hold on to and anchor deep from within as a reminder when days are not so great. So, I would recommend Crystal to anyone who would like to work with a therapist who is validating and empowering. She creates a safe place for you to work through any circumstances. She gently encourages you to examine and begin to remove the obstacles that are preventing you from getting closer to bestowing on yourself the most precious gifts of all a peace of mind and self-acceptance.
Crystal thank you
