Love and Lupines Floral Design

e close/local to Tahoe where we’d be having our wedding. Additionally, a close friend of ours had hired them for her wedding (5+ years ago) and said they were lovely. Our wedding was on a Sunday, which is typically not an option for L&L…we will forever be grateful for them for making the exception, because our wedding would not have been the same without them! We had a very unique vision for our reception space that required A LOT of florals…specifically one that involved taking a plain pillar in the middle of the room and making it into a floral design focal point. They were so open to all of the ideas and excited about bringing everything to life, offering their knowledge and guidance and design expertise along the way. They went above and beyond to create the most beautiful, extravagant florals for our wedding…it was magical and the centerpiece (that ultimately involved literally creating a life-size tree from individual branches) had my jaw on the floor multiple times throughout the night. In addition to that, every table centerpiece, bridal party bouquet, aisle markers, boutonniere, our arch, were all stunning and so thoughtfully put together. (See photos for reference - that tree was created by them and is not part of the existing room). I could not have dreamt up anything better…their professionalism, kindness, talent, eyes for design, creativity, are unmatched…they are floral queens and we could not recommend them enough <3 Thank you for everything Love & Lupines!! xo, Olivia & Phil :)

hopped on numerous calls to answer questions, ease our self-doubt/ conflicting ideas and was consultative throughout the entire process. What we appreciated the most about working with Alyssa was that she worked with us to maximize our budget, and every time we met, we picked up right where we had left off. She made us feel like we were her only client with how well she paid attention to our details which really went a long way and was evident on wedding day! Everything was executed perfectly - from our ground arch to our raised table florals, aisle entrance florals, and pedals down the aisle — we are still getting compliments about the florals today! I asked Love and Lupines to recreate my mother’s wedding bouquet, and Meghon exceeded our expectations. It was an incredibly special element of our day that we will always be able to look back on fondly. Thank you Love and Lupines - we will forever be recommending you any chance we get!

the very first consultation, it was clear that Love and Lupines was not just a florist but a true artist. They took the time to understand our vision, offering thoughtful suggestions and creating a design that perfectly captured the aesthetic we were going for. The bride’s bouquet was beyond breathtaking—a perfect blend of colors, textures, and fragrances that made them feel both elegant and unique. The centerpieces were nothing short of magical, transforming our venue into a romantic and dreamy setting. The floral arch at our ceremony was an absolute showstopper, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. What really stood out to me was Love and Lupines’ attention to detail. From the tiniest flower accent to the overall design, everything was executed flawlessly. On the day of the wedding, they delivered and set up everything with such professionalism and care. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and held up beautifully throughout the day. I’m so grateful to Love and Lupines for bringing my floral dreams to life and for making my daughter’s wedding day even more unforgettable. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a florist who is not only talented but genuinely passionate about what they do. Thank you for making our day so special!

sterpieces which we are never going to forget. They took time and care encourage a design that matched vibe and atmosphere. The entire team at Love and Lupines are so kind and thoughtful, and the work they created stands for itself. We had the pleasure of spontaneously meeting the team after the wedding when we stopped by PCT coffee, and they took time to show us their studio where the magic is made. When the wedding was over, the flowers we did not save were donated back to local care facilities and hospitals. It is so neat to support a local team that gives back to their community, and we couldn’t recommend Love and Lupines more!

easy and fun. Each time we communicated I was more and more impressed with their ideas of how to execute my vision. They were kind, supportive, and truly enjoyed discussing all things florals and colors. When I saw my vision come to life I was speechless. It was everything I wanted and more. Stunning! Thank you Love and Lupines for being a part of our special day!

ng, but they have the nicest and most caring team. Flowers are such a high cost, and both Alyssa and Meghon worked with me, gave their expert suggestions, and came up with creative solutions so that I was able to get the floral plan of my dreams. I gave guidelines on what I wanted/was looking for, but really trusted them to let their creativity and expertise come through when it came to the arrangements. I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. The color pallet was beautiful and even better than I pictured in my head. So thankful for Meghon, Alyssa, and the Love and Lupines team for making my wedding day more beautiful than I could ever imagine!

e flowers were.. I was looking for whimsical textured pieces and they 100% delivered. I got my bouquet preserved... that how gorgeous these flowers are. They deserve a place on our shelf forever.

t looked like a fairy tale with delicate florals and fairy lights. The arch and florals, at the cerecmony blended perfectly with the snowy outdoor location. Bouquets and boutonnieres were just what we wanted. And the accent for our ring bearer cat (Dr. Alpine) was purrfect!

nstallation on our venue's fireplace, I sent Meghon some inspo photos, she came back with creative solutions to work within our budget and keep the style consistent with other areas - it was better and bigger than any of the photos I sent her. Love and Lupines far exceeded my expectations across the board, I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

g, and we had a beautiful hanging floral that they worked with our lighting vendor to install. It made it one less thing I had to coordinate for our wedding and I could not thank them enough. I highly highly recommend.

eam was an absolute DREAM - not only were they enthusiastic, responsive, professional and everything else you could hope for in a wedding vendor, they went above and beyond to create the most epic florals I have ever seen. My guests still cannot stop talking about how incredible the flowers were at each of our three events! It is not easy to plan an Indian wedding in Tahoe but the team at Love & Lupines were not only thrilled to be working on cultural decor, but came up with the most stunning and creative arrangements to make each night feel entirely different. They did everything possible to stay within my budget, vision and made the entire process so much fun. I cannot emphasize enough how much of an impact they had on my entire wedding experience and am so grateful to the way they treated me, my family and my other vendors every step of the way. You could tell from the first moment on how much passion they pour into every single step and it meant the world to us. Choose Love & Lupines and I promise, you will never look back!

understand our vision from afar. Meghon created a magical display of flowers for the ceremony and reception. The flowers were beyond gorgeous and surpassed our expectations. Thanks Meghon!

on the arrangements and design. We loved the colorful choices and attention to detail that L&L included for our day. Meghon and Alyssa were so helpful during the planning phase. They listened to our vision, our wants and needs. They worked within our budget and also offered really great suggestions. It was so easy to connect with them and it was so easy to understand our proposal and make changes if necessary. Payment was a breeze, especially with their payment system and the helpful auto-reminders, which is sooo important when you're juggling a lot for a wedding. On the day of the wedding, L&L arrived on time, worked hard to make everything so beautiful, they were very kind to our guests and other vendors, and they had everything ready on time. L&L were also really easy to work with for teardown/pickup. Meghon, Alyssa, and the L&L team - Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU for making our wedding day SOO Beautiful!!! - Jenna & Zack, 10/22/22

weddings and had no doubt that the floral designs would come out incredible and they did! With so many details to finalize before the wedding, L&L was so nice to work with and I had complete trust that all the floral details would be perfect and they were! The flowers for our arch were especially a show stopper and even more beautiful than I had imagined. I could not have been happier and am so thankful for the Love and Lupines team! e look like a fairytale!

k with, but we worked most closely with Alyssa, who's attention to detail, clear and consistent communication, and execution and accommodation of our vision was amazing. We highly, highly recommend hiring them for your wedding.

had excellent communication throughout the entire process and were extremely professional. We received countless compliments on our romantic flower pieces and our arch was absolutely dreamy!!

tely transformed the space. Highly recommended!

ision and created absolute art. We had so many guests comment on how beautiful and UNIQUE the florals were! Her work is a great value for what you receive! Things I loved the most: My bridal bouquet - it was huge for being "medium", and even better than I could've imagined, using foliage and flowers I never would've thought to use in a bouquet. My bridesmaids bouquets - they were stunned when they saw them! Again, unique, unique, unique! Our ceremony arch - lush arrangements that all our guests used to take pictures in front of during cocktail hour! Meghon is truly an artist and you can see she is so passionate about what she does from the quality of her work!

end result when we arrived at the ceremony. Easy to work with and quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend!

he floral arch MADE the photos for our ceremony. I cannot say enough good things about Love and Lupines, I highly recommend them!

ything to life and it was a great decision! Everyone has told me how magical the flowers and table scapes made the wedding feel. She had table numbers for me to use and other details aside from flowers. For what we got I think the price was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

perience working with her to execute our vision. Meghon even created an extra bridal headband and boutineer for our rehearsal dinner to go with all our colors... such a wonderful surprise. Shanna who works with Meghon came to help with set up and was so helpful she jumped in to help folding napkins.... really going above and beyond. We highly recommend working with Love and Lupines Floral Design :)

nd feel absolutely perfect. I am by no means creative, and Meghon took my jumbled ideas for flowers and colors and turned it into absolutely stunning table arrangements, my bouquet, and my husband's boutoniere. We had bought beer growlers for our big wedding, and since we didn't want to let them go to waste, Meghon created incredible arrangements for each one to put around the cabin we rented for the weekend. Everything was gorgeous and lasted the whole weekend. She made delivery super easy even though we were on the other side of the lake, and was so easy to work with during the design process!

nsformed the deck into something out of a dream. I gave Meghon some pictures of the space and colors I liked and she took it from there. I couldn't recommend her more!

y elopement. Meghon was quick to respond, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to ensure the floral ground arch was ready for my sunrise ceremony over Lake Donner, and afterward moved our flowers down to the docks for our brunch. With only a few pinterest examples, she was able to completely execute my vision and the flowers she provided were even more stunning than I could have imagined. She was a total delight to work with and her passion for what she does is palpable. I can not recommend Love and Lupines highly enough!

ist. Meghon is a joy to work with and listened to the few ideas we had and the general vision we had for our wedding. She is creative and so talented at hearing what we wanted and making it a reality. She has done many beautiful weddings at Zephyr Lodge before and we completely trusted her to bring our vision to fruition. Our wedding looked like it belonged in a magazine. Tyler envisioned a circular arch for our ceremony and Meghon ensured that it was spectacular! We had so many guests taking photos there after the ceremony because is was so picturesque. From the big floral displays to the small details, she made the best floral arrangements we have ever seen. She even decorated the DJ booth, which made our DJ feel so special. She brought our dessert display to the next level with the florals. The tablescapes were so stunning with varying high and low level displays of purple and white with silver accents. We were hoping that we could have hanging florals from the majestic three chandeliers at Zephyr Lodge. This had not been allowed in past years. Meghon advocated for our vision with Northstar and they gave us permission, all thanks to her. We were so excited and Meghon exceeded our expectations. We still cannot get over how magnificent our wedding was and Meghon truly made it a dream come true.

. We had requested a few centerpieces and not much else because we were trying to keep our budget down, but we were wowed when we got to the venue and there were amazing little details they added to all the tables to really fill them out. Everything was also prompt and done on time. They were really incredible to work with!

specific vision, the dreamy French Countryside theme was 100% executed, flawlessly! Meghon listened to exactly what I wanted and ensured she captured it beautifully. She was very detailed throughout the entire process as we worked together. Her experience definitely shows both in her professionalism, as well as in her floral arrangements. We talked through ideas and the vision, she even made several edits to floral needs. She contributed great ideas and was respectful of my budget. I would highly recommend her and her team to any of my friends or family looking for floral arrangements for their big day. Thanks Meghon!!

erfectly. The bouquets, ceremony decor, centerpieces and everything else were all even more beautiful than we had imagined. 100% would recommend!!

y the breathtaking florals. She truly made our wedding vision come to life. We had several last minute changes - Meghon was ready and willing to meet those requests. She even delivered our cocktail hour arrangements a day early so we could use them at our rehearsal dinner, with no hesitation! Meghon is completely invested in her clients and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. If you are getting married in the Reno, Truckee, Tahoe area - you cannot miss out on the opportunity to work with this beautiful fairy God mother of a woman! :)

ive, thoughtful, and flexible, and her execution day-of was flawless. Meghon made a concerted effort to understand my vision (and was patient as that changed and evolved) and also made thoughtful suggestions that really elevated the look of our day. She also included many items from her own inventory for us. She worked with us to develop a plan that worked within our budget, and the value was so incredible. We received (and continue to receive) so many compliments about how beautiful everything was. It’s been about ten days since our wedding, and I am still in awe of it all. Thank you Meghon!!

nd just florals. I received so many compliments on my bouquet. I can’t recommend her enough.
