Love & Lace Bridal

fining my "style". Making an appointment was super easy and they responded very quickly to any question I had. I am also a same-sex bride and no one no one batted an eye when my now wife was around or when I talked about her, which was extremely important to us. During my dress appointment I help like I was in good hands. My stylist was super supported and was able to reinforce my confidence when showing the dresses to my entourage. At my accessory appointment I was having I was on different pages then my mom and my stylist made sure that I chose what I wanted and not what someone else wanted me to wear. There was a mishap with the delivery of my dress but Ramona was very transparent and did everything she could even though she was not at fault. I paid for the rush charge and the designer sent the dress right on time but the dress just sat in the middle of the US for a couple days and the shipping company couldn't find it! I was about to break down because I had to take it right into alterations to be ready in time. Ramona could sense my anxiety and spent a day and a half on the phone with everyone she could to make sure we found the dress and that it got to the salon ASAP! I could go on and on about how the Love and Lace Bridal team made me feel!! I recommend 100% recommend this salon.

astic and was really interested and engaged with helping me select dresses. She asked great questions and made me feel confident. Ramona (salon owner) was also incredibly helpful in the purchasing process and helped guide me in my size selection, since I was in between sizes. Truly an enjoyable experience! Thank you!

gowns outside of my point which I appreciated. She let me wear my dress and take as many photos as I wanted before I committed. She never rushed me or made the appointment feel short. We were there for an hour and a half and it was a seamless process.

ence. I will recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. I went to ten different stores but I saved the best for last.

ifferent styles and were very good at guiding me in the right direction (which was great because I can be indecisive!). Ultimately I found an amazing Rosa Clara gown which for a trunk show they were having so it was also 10% off. I highly recommend this bridal shop!

oor I felt welcomed. My stylist was super friendly and really listened to my wants & needs for the perfect dress. The very first dress I tried on ended up being “the one”. It was a Alyssa Kristin and absolutely perfect. My stylist helped me also pick out the most beautiful veil that I fell in love with the second I tried it with the dress. I would definitely recommend this beautiful salon to all brides! They had a huge selection of beautiful dresses, as well as accessories, and veils. The prices were not outrageous either, which is obviously very nice. If you’re looking for “the one”, definitely try this place, you won’t regret it!

e venue and the look I was going for and Ramona and Faith's first pull was dead on. I was kind of on the fence with a dress from BHLD but this one blew that little BHLD dress out of the water. They carry similar feel gowns and are just genuinely nice people too. They sold it to me off the rack which, is soooooo very very nice of them! Love them - make me want to open my own bridal salon!

and was able to take every piece of feedback I gave and magically pull dresses that were exactly what I was imagining. Funny enough, one of the 1st dresses she pulled for me ended up being the one! She was supportive, sweet, fun, and also honest, which I definitely appreciated. I cannot recommend this salon enough! They had way more options than I thought and I felt like I was able to try a bunch of different shapes and materials before making my decision.

which samples the store carried, but also suggesting similar styles that fit my interests. Faith was nothing short of AMAZING as my stylist. She was down to earth, fun, supportive, and invested in me and my happiness. This is a fantastic team of professionals that will have your back and go above and beyond!

itely was a collaborative experience, starting with her call before my appointment. My dress was the fourth one I tried on, and I couldn’t be happier. You will not regret coming here!

- and am so thankful. I was extremely nervous about trying gowns on and if there would be enough that fit. They made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. Faith really listed to what I was hoping to embody on my wedding and would also pull things for me to try that I hadn't considered before. I loved my experience here and can't wait to see everyone again when I pick up my gown. Thank you Love and Lace!

scheduling and full transparency, but they were also the kindest souls in person. I had high hopes for Love & Lace and they completely exceeded that. The dresses are uniquely crafted and high quality. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one! Their samples are in great condition. There was no pressure or feeling of being upsold, or pushed to buy, anything. The shop itself is clean and has such authentic decor and design details. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone looking for a wedding dress. So many details that made this day so special. I had the dream experience that is so hoped for. They definitely have contributed to such a fluid, effortless wedding planning experience and such a special season in my life.

immediately at ease and welcome in the salon, I was never once made to feel anything but positive about being plus size, they had plenty of dresses for me to choose from, and the customer service was incredible during Covid/lockdown. Overall, excellent!

nd ended up being The Dress!! Couldn?t have asked for a more pleasant experience! The store is beautiful, spacious, and has a large collection! Highly recommend!!

t, but after trying on at least 12 dresses, I had changed my mind. Both Faith and Ashley were so patient. They allowed me to take my time and narrow down my favorites. I was able to come in and try on more with my family and friends. Both stylists were patient and positive. They made me feel so beautiful and confident.

than totally special and taken care of. Whitney pulled a few dresses I loved and then suggested one I probably never would've selected... that ended up being the one!! I am in love with my dress and so highly recommend this shop. I've been to several different spots in LA, big and small, and this is the best!!! Five stars, all the way!

d detailed questions to get a feel for what type of dress I was looking for. I felt like my appointment was very personalized and she spent a lot of time on me. I must have tried on close to 15 dresses, including other recommendations that were absolutely beautiful, and each time we got closer and closer to the one I ended up choosing! The salon also has accessories, bouquets, and huge mirrors so that you can get an idea of what you'll look like...and, of course, get the feels. In the end, I said yes to a dress that was actually quite different than my original thought, but, once I walked to the front of the salon in the dress with one of their bouquets, I definitely got emotional and Cynthia celebrated with me and my girls as I said yes! The owner Ramona helped me with the sizing and paperwork and she explained the process perfectly so that I was comfortable and knew what to expect. She even threw in some extra fabric for the lining as a courtesy since I went over budget (oops!). The team was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better bridal experience!

had three appointments at Love and Lace before purchasing my gown and they were all incredibly patient, knowledgeable, compassionate and fun throughout the whole process. I went to multiple salons across LA and Orange County and by far had the best experience here. The salon itself its well appointed with a wide selection of gowns in a comfortable and elegant atmosphere. Can't say enough wonderful things!

e chance request Faith to be the one who helps you!! She was beyond genuine and really cared about helping me!

, and she was right! They have a great selection with plenty of variety! Ashley was a dream to work with. She really took note of what I was saying and I really just enjoyed her presence. What I appreciated the most, was when I put on a dress she did not rush me out of the room to show people, she allowed me time to look at the dress on my own for a few moments. I didn't even realize how special that was until I found my dress. Thank you Ashley for allowing me my time!

nt host and stylist. They work closely with the brides, answer questions immediately. The store is warm and inviting and features 'non-traditional' bridal gowns: (ie no ballgowns, no mermaid) but plenty of A-line, modified a-line and some sheath. The materials are beautiful and they really make you feel welcomed: enthusiastic and caring! Loved it!

on a dress that I definitely would not have...as it was very different. Tried it on and was laughing because I loved it! Thanks for making it happen Faith! 💙❤️💙😊 Go here if you have boho vibes or are more non- traditional!

ding dress. I called to make an appointment (don't remember who I talk to unfortunately) and they were cherry and upbeat and everything I expected. I told them I listened to the podcast and how excited I was. However, when they asked my budget I said $500. I am completely aware that I am looking for a cheap dress. Her exact words, "HONEY,you will NEVER find a dress for that price ANYWHERE so I suggest that you raise your budget to at least $1000, if not $2000". WHO SAYS THAT!!! I would have been perfectly fine had she said that unfortunately the dresses start at $1000 and their store specifically is out of my price range.I had stores tell me that and it didn't bother me. I don't care if she was honest about that, I would have appreciated it!!! What I didn't appreciate is her attitude that I was NEVER gonna find a dress (with a rude tone of voice) and judging me on my budget. Absolutely rude, and something that NO ONE deserves when they are wedding dress shopping! *this happened last June, but I wanted to wait after I planned the full wedding to write the review*

e in San Diego and made the two hour drive here three times after finding the PERFECT dress. I also came here with a friend while she looked for her wedding dress and each time, we were made to feel so comfortable. Because I was looking for something so specific, I ended up finding my dress at pretty much exactly six months out and was super worried but Ramona assured me that the dress would be in and fitted on time. I definitely became worried as the date came closer and closer but the dress came. They made me an appointment right away, and the seamstress worked her magic. I had my last fitting only a few days before the wedding, and she blocked off two hours of her day to make sure that everything fit how I wanted. There was no need for it though because her work was PERFECT (and she kept her reputation as theboob-maker hahah). Thank you so much Love and Lace!

and her amazing team. From the second I walked in I felt welcome and important, and that feeling continued until I took my dress home six months later. My favorite part of the process was working with their seamstress/dress designer. She not only is phenomenally talented, but she gets the job done quickly. She may come across as gruff… BUT IT’S BECAUSE SHE IS THE BEST. Haha. My dress looked amazing. I love the sleeves she added and… I am so, so grateful.

ly adorable and welcoming home. This was so refreshing compared to the other bridal salons I had visited. Ramona’s staff was so kind to me and took such good care of my family and bridal party. When I found my dream dress the incentive they offered to purchase during my first visit was too good to pass up. From then on alterations where a breeze and I love that they were able to create the style of veil I wanted and incorporate lace from my dress. Can’t recommend Love and Lace highly enough for unique and gorgeous gowns and amazing customer service.

l gowns to choose from. This was my 3rd stop for the day and Whitney, my consultant, was so great at getting to know what I was looking for and giving suggestions. I tried on SO many dresses here and ended up having my top 2 be from here. I didn't purchase my dress on the same day and it was so great that they did not pressure me at all! They made notes of what I liked an when I was ready to make my choice, they were really accommodating for me to come in for another appointment and say yes to the dress! I love how they take a polaroid photo of all of their brides and put it up on their wall! My dress came in almost a month early and I was so excited to do my first try on with Ramona. She is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable! Luckily didn't need a lot of alterations, but I am so glad that she was the one to create my bustle! It was absolutely beautiful, intricate, and completely took the weight off my dress and made it just as pretty bustled as when my massive train was down. She is so sweet and is truly excited for every one of her brides. It was such a blessing that Love & Lace has a tailor in house! I wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else!

et! Special shout out to Marissa who helped me find the dress of my dreams and always checked in on me when I came in for fittings! She was amaazing!!

the entire process and each of the sales girls were kind, genuine and helpful. I love their selection of dresses and the price point. Definitely worth the drive from LA to Orange County.

, and her staff made everyone feel right at home with a comfy couch and a glass of champagne while I tried on dresses. Unlike at some other stores, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable; it was a relaxed setting and they truly wanted to help me find my dream dress. After purchasing my dress, they gave me the cutest gift with a darling bridal-themed tank top and necklace, items which came in handy during the engagement season!. Though my wedding was in California, I was planning it from Chicago and knew I would only be home for one week several months before the wedding and the week leading up to the wedding. Though time was tight, Ramona reassured us that they would take care of everything and make things as easy as possible for us. As promised, the dress arrived right on time and I was able to have my fitting while home. The second fitting took place the week of the wedding, and the seamstress assured me that I could come back as many times as I wanted that week until I was 100% happy with the fit. She was one of the sweetest and most talented women I have ever met! She made each fitting such a fun experience, and at the end, my dress fit like a DREAM. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Love and Lace and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy and/or tailor their wedding dress! Thank you Ramona and team for helping me find the perfect dress!

first appointment was top notch. Marissa was an excellent sales associate and Ramona was helpful and gracious. Marissa listened intently on each of my comments and adjusted accordingly. Though I ended up with a dress at the very top of my price range, I am so glad she mentioned it before I put it on so I knew what I was getting myself into. But I am so glad I did try it on because it ended up being the one! That being said, I was a little disappointed when I returned to the salon for my two fittings. Though it had been several months, it seemed as though since we had paid we were no longer worthy of the same service and attention from the front staff. It was a little off-putting that for fittings you are sent to the back room where the lighting is dull, there aren't any chairs to sit on and there isn't a stage area to see your dress clearly. I really think they should make more of an effort for returning brides. The salon has SO much space and it just kind of put a damper on the whole thing. I took the liberty of just walking out to the showroom area and had my mom take some pictures but the seamstress corralled us back to the back shortly thereafter. However, she was extremely professional and did an incredible job altering the dress. I appreciated how straightforward she was about practical aspects of the dress and as I mentioned, overall I am very happy with my choice. So here's the bottom line: I visited half a dozen other salons and I would still recommend Love & Lace over all the others. The wedding industry is definitely an interesting one so if you just arm yourself with the expectation that in the end, it is just a business, then you are going to be OK!

on as many dresses as I wanted. She also let me try on a few dresses my family/friends picked out even though I knew those weren't dresses I'd like. This was a much different and better experience than another bridal shop I had gone to. I was looking for a dress that was elegant/simple and not too detailed. The first dress I pulled off the rack was the dress I ended up choosing. I never felt pressured into buying or trying on a particular style and I was happy that Ramona was not giving me any fake compliments or really any judgement besides saying some things about the makers of the dress. I also had a pleasant experience with getting my dress tailored there. My dress was also done right on time. My only critique would be that the bag my dress came in was not great quality. I would have preferred a better quality bag instead of the little gift bag I got once we purchased the dress. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend this shop!

led me to this shop in the first place, despite having to drive in from downtown LA. its one of few shops that carry designers i was interested in. I was helped by Ashley who greeted us in a very friendly, kind and professional manner. she was so easy to talk to and took into account all the finer details of my wedding, from colors, to location, to season, to decor.... she pulled some amazing dresses, and we narrowed it down to two. i didn't have my bridesmaids with me, and she gave me all the space i needed to get some opinions after my first visit; she wasn't pushy and didn't rush me at all. two weeks later i came in on my own again, and she really helped guide me through the tough decision between two beautiful dresses. I am so glad that my gorgeous dress came from such a lovely shop and staff! thanks to love and lace for the amazing bridal experience!

at any time. I even liked the look and feel off the salon itself. I would definitely recommend this salon!

a reasonable price range, and the overall vibe of the shop is so fun and relaxing. The third dress I tried on was "the one" and it was actually a bittersweet moment because I didn't want my shopping experience to be over! I had my alterations done there as well, and because they sized me so well, I didn't need much done! Overall, an amazing experience and I highly reccommend!

to buy a sample size dress and get it altered! This seamstress is seriously AMAZING!!!!! Her work was flawless and she literally re-made my dress in 3 weeks. It turned out amazing and i couldnt have been happier with my dress on my wedding day! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

rything as far as what I did and did not like and catered to each detail. Thank you Sarah for being so sweet. And thank you love and lace for teaming up with brides across America to sponsor brides like me with a gorgeous wedding dress. Couldn't have been happier with my experience.

ts not changing since my original fitting...the back was about 2 inches from closing, the bust was too big, and the waist fit perfectly. The fit didn't make sense at all! I was panicking, but decided to take my dress to Love and Lace after reading some great reviews. As soon as I put on my dress at Love and Lace, I instantly was reassured that although the fit was odd...the problem could and would be fixed. Every time I went in for a fitting, I felt more and more excited about my dress and it slowly began to transform into the dress I had wanted! They also were so excited to sew buttons from my mother's wedding dress onto mine to be used for my bustle. Their prices are BEYOND reasonable and the service is impeccable. I was so happy with the fit of my dress and I will be using them for ALL of my tailoring in the future. Love and Lace is the BEST!

gs and a final appointment to try on the finished dress and learn how to bustle it. Ramona always made me feel comfortable, and thoroughly answered any questions I had. There were a few alterations I originally wanted to make to my dress that she advised against. This is something I really respect about the store. Many places would have just done what I said and taken the extra money. Ramona explained why some things would not work with my specific dress design and worked with me until I was completely satisfied, even though this meant she missed out on that extra money. The Price quote was given to me on day one, and was reasonable for the amount of work done. I truly felt cared about at Love and Lace, and would take any dress back to them to be altered!

and was so very helpful. I did not need alterations, but they have in house alterations there which would be helpful. The salon is cute and hold accessory trunk shows where you can wear your dress as you try on accessories! I ended up purchasing my gown, head piece, and jewelry at Love and Lace bridal. They have a good variety of gowns that are easy to navigate and not over whelming. The price range is that they offer is really nice and non intimidating as well. You know that you are getting a good quality dress at a good price.

to Ramona and Love and Lace. The gown selection is wonderful, their dresses are very beautiful and all in a very reasonable price range. The whole experience was so great and Ramona made me feel so at ease during every step of the process. I just picked up my dress today (my wedding is in 10 days!) and I can truly say that I would recommend this shop to every single bride to be. So so happy that I found this store and feel so lucky to have had such a personal experience! Ramona made this process amazing!!!!

decision. I found Love & Lace in Irvine. When I arrived Ramona was familiar with the gown I had purchased and her pricing was much better than Nordstroms! I had about 3 fittings before the Final fitting 1 week before the Wedding. Ramona was very professional and gave me helpful suggestions throughout the process (what undergarments to wear and having a train vs. no train). I would recommend Love & Lace for anybody needed profession Wedding Gown alterations!

my dress. I don't know how many people told me that it was the most beautiful wedding dress they had ever seen. I am so thankful for you and your mother. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

d to have the alterations be anything less than perfect. Thankfully, Ramona is the best! I had a dress with lots of lace and a corset and she made it fit perfectly. She has a lovely boutique and I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to alter a dress. Service at Love & Lace couldn't be better!
