Love, a Bridal Boutique

so exciting and so easy as Shelby made it at Love! I had no idea what I wanted in a dress, so she worked with my openness and gave me at least 10 dresses to try - and with each new look, I narrowed down my options until I had a selection of classic gowns to choose from. My support ladies sat in a beautiful suite and waited for every gown to be revealed, and that experience itself was special. But then, Shelby offered a totally different look, taking a cue from my Pinterest, which she'd reviewed before our appointment (bonus points for that effort!)... and it was like magic. I truly did not expect to fall in love with any dress that day, but when you know, you know. I felt not just a princess, but an Elvish princess, and that sealed the deal. I'm totally thrilled with this less conventional dress choice, as it absolutely matches my vibe in a way I never knew I needed. And as a perfectly pleasant side effect, now I know exactly what my colors will be for the wedding, as well as the aesthetic I'm looking for. Bless you, Shelby, you miracle maker! And thank you also for spending so much time with me and my guests - you truly went above and beyond for us. Can't wait to see the masterpiece when it comes in, if only so I can put it on and transform into a princess to step in front of the mirror one more time!

e was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and made me feel so beautiful in each dress I tried on. She helped me find the wedding dress of my dreams and made it a fun and special day for my mom and I! LOVE made the purchase and shipping/pickup process very seamless and made sure I had a list of alterations and steaming/cleaning/preserving companies that they recommended. LOVE is definitely the place to go to find the perfect dress!

t dresses pulled based on my style and taste, and she made the decision process so easy! Not only does she know her selection, she also never put me in a dress I couldn't afford. They stick to your budget people!! So refreshing!! I went on a weekday after 4 PM, which I also recommend as as it offers a more chill, relaxing and quiet vibe. The salon is open, but has several pockets/dressing rooms so everything feels private the entire time you're there. The appointment took the full two hours, simply because we didn't want it to end! This boutique is amazing for its selection, staff, pricing and appointment availability. I had no expectations of leaving with a dress when I made the appointment (first shop, first time!), but walked out with the second dress I tried on! I can't rave enough about my experience here as a bride, and can also vouch is it just as magical when you are a member of the party joining. Love, Love!!

me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. I am so thankful for the time and effort she put in to help me pick out the dress that was meant for me. I felt stunning on my wedding day. Thanks Love!:)

an hourglass figure and she helped pull all the dresses I wanted but also find one that I had no idea I needed and LOVED and selected! The entire Love staff is amazing to work with and they allowed us to give back to a charity close to their hearts which took money off my dress to donate, such an amazing cause! 12/10 recommend getting your dress here!

GEL!

wed my Pinterest page and had me try on several of the exact dresses I had pinned. My appointment was originally for 1.5 hours, but I stayed for 3! We discussed various alterations I could do to the dress to make it perfect for me. Overall, this was the best boutique I went to and I am so glad that Becca helped me find my dress!

ove and beyond to help secure my party dress. Hands down recommend Love and their gorgeous collection of bridal gowns!

rfect for the job! She helped guide me into the style of dress I ended up saying yes to, without me feeling overwhelmed or nervous. She knew the inventory in the store like the back of her hand. Saying yes to the dress at Love was so exciting and I hope everyone gets this great of an experience!

t dress! I did not think I was going to leave with a dress but Paige knew exactly what I wanted before I even knew! As soon as I walked into the boutique, I was just so blown away by how beautiful it was and how kind the staff was ❤️ This was definitely the best experience I could have had for finding my perfect dress and I highly recommend Love, a Bridal Boutique to any new brides ❤️

This boutique is so gorgeous and the staff is very friendly. Thank you very much to Katie and Love, a bridal boutique for helping me find my dress for my big day

thank her enough!

really listened to my vision. The boutique is stunning, clean, and the lighting is just perfect. I would recommend Love to anyone shopping for their wedding dress!

ment. In prep to my appointment and on the day of, I had worked with Paige. She was beyond patient with me and so kind! My appointment was held in their new location, which is beautiful. I was able to try on so many gorgeous gowns and had found my dress! I can't wait for my dress to come in and my fiance to see my dress at our September 2022 wedding.

I was pretty nervous about the whole shopping process, definitely self conscious about parts of my body and Becca (and the rest of the staff) were so kind and patient and understanding. Even when my dress came in and I was unable to pick it up due to emergency health complications, they assured me that my dress was safe with them for a few months. Thank you for helping me find my fairytale dress!

and kind and did not judge me as I struggled through all of the emotions that came with that process. I’m so glad I was able to work with them and find my dream dress.

imes easier! She was super helpful, listened to what I specifically wanted, and pointed out great details that I wouldn't have thought of when searching for a dress. I am SO happy that I bought my dress from such a great place! Couldn't have done it without their help and support!

find a dress at my first appointment and ended up buying the first dress I tried on. Love made buying the dress the easiest and most fun part of wedding planning!

n trying on so many gorgeous dresses but I can’t wait to put on the one on the big day! The Boutique itself is warm, inviting, and comfortable with a VIP feel. I’m so excited to come back when my dress arrives!

tion to my actual dress appointment, the service at this boutique was incredible. I was a little nervous about dress shopping, but the consultants at Love made me feel instantly comfortable. I ended up having a blast! I had a few unique features I was looking for in my dress/accessories and Love was more than prepared with plenty of options. My consultant, Laney, understood my vision perfectly and every dress she had me try on could have been a winner. She did an amazing job of helping me navigate my favorites and helped me zero in on “the one”. All the gals there were so friendly, by the end of my appointment I wished I could invite them all to my wedding! The consultants are down to earth, the space is GORGEOUS (3 words: gleaming primrose mirror - Anthro fans know what I’m talking about), and in general it was just such a fun experience. I wasn’t rushed at all, even when my appointment ran past time! They have private suites so each bride can model dresses for their bridal party and feel like the only bride I’m the shop. I wish every bride could shop at Love. Can’t recommend this place enough!

am gown! It only took one visit to find my dress, and they even rushed it so I could get alterations done in time. Also, the new location is stunning! I recommend this as a first choice, because chances are you will say yes before your appointment is over.

ithin my budget. The service that was provided to me was very rare and compassionate. You can truly tell that every single person there loves what they do. While other shops lost my business due to them not allowing my group size in the boutique with me, Love worked with me and made sure to include everyone i wanted there because they understand the importance of that special moment of finding your dress. I highly recommend them for any bride in search of the perfect dress!

ds in the area. Bottom line: they are the best. I didn't look anywhere else and during the first appointment Laney picked out the dress that I ultimately chose. From the first moment I walked in, Melissa, Laney and all of the staff were so welcoming. I came to Jacksonville from out of town for each appointment and I could not be happier with my wedding dress. Great to work with, professional, super nice and genuinely excited for brides. I felt like more than just a number. If you make an appointment anywhere, go to Love. Could not recommend more.

modern and some traditional. Their dresses have “flavor” and wow-factor for sure. Everyone there was super sweet to me and gave me all the information that I would need once my dress comes in! Becca was my bridal consultant and she really did her magic with making me look PERFECT and synching the dress to fit me just right. I am on the curvy side but I’m not plus sized. I fit perfect in the samples with my hips, my top just needed some tightening! She deff helped see the real vision of what it would look like in the end. This place is perfect. I could not recommend them more!

e bride, that made my search even more difficult. Paige was nothing but amazing. She listened to what I was looking for, adjusted the dresses based on the feedback I gave her and I ended up finding the absolute perfect dress, that I was honestly giving up hope on finding.

me dresses already selected for me to try on, was extremely helpful when it came to the dress order, seamstress, dress cleaning/preserving, etc.! I wish I could do it all over again! Thank you ladies!

envisioned and thought I wanted, but it was so me and so stunning. I am so glad to have worked with Becca, and she really put me first, which was special and encouraging. I would absolutely recommend this place to every bride out there!

d because she really thought I would love it. Would highly recommend Love. Can’t wait to wear my dress on my big day!

e in the girls make everyone feel so welcome and special, it's truly an unparalleled wedding dress shopping experience. Wedding dress shopping can be overwhelming and confusing, and the Love team eliminates any stress with their knowledge and ability to tune in with each bride's style, budget and vision. This team loves their brides and it shows, they are the ultimate hype squad!

d made me feel so special! She really listened to what I wanted but also made great suggestions ❤️ 10/10 recommend to ANY bride looking for their dress for their big day!

d needed to try on a lot of options before finally picking my dress, but she was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole appointment, even when we ran over our time, and past their closing time on a Friday night! These ladies are truly the best in Jax :)

from the time I walked in to actually saying yes to my dress it was like a dream come true! Everything was so easy they had a huge selection of pulse size sample dresses and I felt like an actual princess, I can not recommend this wonderful place enough!

This was the FIRST place I went to trying to find my dream dress and I’m so glad it was because it was there. She picked out the most gorgeous dress, the one I’ve been dreaming about and she made the entire experience SO enjoyable. Laney was also a rockstar, letting me know how gorgeous she thought I looked in every single dress I tried on. Sweetest girls I have ever met!! I am so beyond ecstatic on my experience I had here.

several dresses however the three that my stylist Paige pulled with me in mind were our top favorites. Including the dress of my dreams and the one I will get married in! Can’t say enough great things about the staff and the experience they create for their guests.

ers and ended up pulling a dress that was “THE ONE!!” based on details I had given her from previous dress shopping experiences. At the end the manager Laney checked me out and gave me all the details I needed for the upcoming months and left me feeling at ease, not frazzled! The boutique is so cute inside and their dress selection is immaculate! If Love is not on your dress shopping list it should be!

t and easy to talk to. Laney is the manager and was super helpful and involved within the entire appointment! These ladies made me feel as though I had another friend :) I highly recommend this bridal boutique!!

such a horrible experience at my 1st appointment and I was SO nervous for the next day of appointments. My confidence was so low- I tried on 20 dresses and only liked 1 of them. The consultant kept putting me in dress styles that I had already decided I didn't like, just so we could "rule them out for sure". After we got home, I messaged Love and told them about my experience and they reassured me that they would make my appointment magical. My dress appointment was like Disney magic! Paige, my consultant at Love, is an ANGEL in consultant form. She pulled dresses that had everything I wanted and knew exactly what I would love. She listened to the specific details that I mentioned, noticed my reactions to the details on the dress, and was attentive to the way I described how I felt in the dresses I was trying on. She hyped me up in the dressing room and made sure to spread out the bottoms of the gowns and set them up beautifully for my family to see. I felt relaxed, confident, and in control. Paige and Melissa truly and genuinely cared about helping me find my perfect dress. I never thought for a second that they were just trying to make a sale. Their calm demeaner made my experience so much fun and so relaxed. First, Paige showed pulled a few dresses out of the rack and asked for my opinion. We tried on 4 dresses that we looked at from the rack, and I honestly loved them all. After the 4th dress, which brought all of us to tears, I asked her if there was any other dresses she thought I would love more. Paige told me she had 1 more dress for me to try on and I absolutely LOVED it! The 5th dress ended up being my dream dress and I honestly couldn't be happier. I also want to mention that Paige pulled and clipped the dresses in all the right places, so I got a very accurate visual of what the dress would look like in my size. Melissa was so helpful with putting together my vision. If you do not visit Love, you're seriously missing out. You absolutely have to visit Love. I could not have asked for a better appointment or experience. Paige and Melissa, thank you so much for making my dreams come true! I'm so happy to be a Love bride!

I can be a little indecisive. I never felt as though I was a bother and the entire team was so patient helping me. Addison and Paige helped me during my initial appointment and they both seemed really excited for me. My second visit Michelle and the owner herself, Melissa, helped me retry on my favorites and then make my final decision. I am so freaking excited to be a LOVE BRIDE!! Do yourself a favor and make Love your fist and last stop. Thank you guys so much!

if don’t live local in Jacksonville, I highly recommend making the trip to have an amazing dress shopping experience.

et to know me. She ended up bringing in a dress that I fell in love with and ended up saying yes to. The dress had every detail that I wanted in a wedding dress. If you are a bride in Jacksonville or nearby you should definitely check them out!

ade my wedding day in so many ways that it felt morally wrong to not leave a review! Love Bridal Boutique is an amazing local wedding shop in Jax Beach. I went in last year (2019 pre-covid) with 4 guests and I had a truly one of a kind experience. There were 2 other brides but their rooms are very spaced out that I like I was in my own private area of the boutique. I went into Love thinking I already found my dress at another boutique, and I was indulging my mother because she didn’t agree with the dress I choose. Laney was my consultant (little did I know she was the store manager) and she was so genuine and patient with me. She greeted me along with Melissa and they made me feel comfortable and excited unlike the other boutiques which made me feel like I was going through a business transaction. She listened to my wants, and not my mothers, to help me find a wedding gown within my budget. Laney made me feel like I was her only priority at that moment and never once did I feel pressured into a decision. I was able to be myself with her and actually have fun with the whole experience. Both Laney and Melissa made the anxiety and stress of actually looking for gowns into a fun and exciting morning. Love has SO MANY beautiful gowns but Laney went above and beyond, to beat my previous gown that I thought was “the one”. Disclaimer: Laney did not know about my previous dress; she was just doing what she loved which is to help brides to be find their perfect dress! And let me tell you, after I showed my bridal party and my mother in law my new dress, ALL of them, 100% agreed, the gown from Love was so much better! Now, this is where I HAVE to brag about Laney and Love. I got my dress 5-6 months later. Laney and I were so I love with how I was wearing my customized gown and literally having so much fun that I left the store not realizing the gown was still way too long for me even with my 5 inch heels. I obviously panicked, because typically many boutique policies are if you leave the the store with gown in hand then you’re taking the gown as is. But Laney was so fast in replying to my email and immediately coordinated everything in regards to the alterations along with covering the costs! I was so impressed with how professional this mishap was handled and felt so blessed to have Laney! Now comes the second hurdle, even after my dress my altered it was still about 2 inches long. Many might not think that’s an issue, but if you’re petite and 4’10” like I am, an extra 2 inches makes the gown drag on the floor rather than skim. Laney came to my rescue AGAIN with no complaints nor seeming to be over the whole ordeal (because I was a nervous wreck). Laney provided me with a solution, ordered everything necessary to help “poof” my skirt out enough to have it skim the floor, in such a timely manner. I swear Laney has been my fairy godmother throughout this entire wedding gown process that I wish I can do more than just give Love Bridal Boutique an awesome review and 5 stars. Go to Love to look for your dream dress! You will be taken care of here and you will be treated like family! There is no other place I would recommend to find your perfect wedding dress!

ppointment for an amazing trunk show they had. The selection of dresses are AMAZING throughout the store, there is a dress for every bride on every budget and the staff are phenomenal! I told them what I was looking for and they pulled dresses based on my likes and dislikes and helped me narrow my search done till I found the one. Paige was my consultant and she did such a great job along with all the other smiling faces and wonderful compliments from everyone else in the store. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP HERE! You won't regret it.

ht I wanted during my first visit, and had almost completely changed my mind by the time I came back with my mom, grandma, and aunt. I ended up picking the dress of my dreams on my second visit and even stayed within my budget. I cannot recommend Love enough! Go see them, you absolutely WILL NOT regret it!
