Lorenz Bus Service

as a large single bus travel day around the Twin Cities with a large subset of our guests. Our driver for the day around the cities was excellent, always on-time (or early), kind, and very knowledgeable, even sharing some fun facts & tidbits about the city with our guests while driving us around! I didn't personally ride the shuttle on the wedding day but from all the feedback I heard from our guests, it was just as excellent as before. And to top all of that off, they were by FAR the most affordable option of everyone we contacted. Will definitely recommend Lorenz to anyone that asks, and will be contacting them again for any future transportation needs.

are of throughout the entire planning process. It was incredibly reassuring to know we were in such capable hands. The drivers were punctual, professional, and patient (even kindly waiting when our final guest pick-up took longer to board than expected), ensuring all of our guests got home safely and comfortably. We would 100% choose Lorenz again for any future shuttle needs!

at with timing, and accommodating at being flexible! Definitely recommend using their services!

ress-free for us and our guests. Highly recommend!

as spacious, air-conditioned, and comfortable for all of our guests. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, all the logistics were handled seamlessly. The entire experience was stress-free, and our guests were incredibly impressed with the service. We are so happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and top-notch wedding transportation!

us price wise. Everyone got to and from the venue with zero hiccups, would highly recommend them again.

throughout the planning process. On the big day, everything ran perfectly. The shuttle arrived right on time, the driver was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free for our guests. It gave us such peace of mind knowing our transportation was in great hands. We’re so glad we chose Lorenz and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, top-notch service!

be done to take care of our guests.

rked. The driver said he didn’t know how to run the Bluetooth. So it was crickets during the driving portion. So close to a hour total. Kind of awkward. The driver did follow the contract rules. Though my husband had to wake him up to take us bar hopping (which was noted in our contract) as he fell asleep while waiting for us. The positives were that the driver was nice and the bus was clean. But super disappointed about the music situation. Also Bob, the guy we talked with to book the bus, was super not responsive in terms on communication. It would take days to weeks to get an email back. I even had to call him to finalize our contract the week before the wedding which he said he would contact us. Did they do what we asked them to? Driving…. Yes. Have I heard of better bus companies? Yes. Would I have I looked somewhere else if I knew some of these hiccups were coming? Definitely. So do with that info as you will.

to any of the changes that came up due to poor weather. Highly recommend!

ome! It snowed several inches on our wedding day and Jose got everyone to/from the venue safely and promptly. Would use again!

work best for us. He also was amazing with communication about the shuttle route for the day of service. The driver was awesome and there is nothing better than knowing that all your guests have a safe ride. Highly recommend!

hat I wish were better, but if you are proactive, you won't have a problem. For the price, this was a great option for our wedding!

modating throughout our entire process. We had a bus Friday night for our rehearsal and Saturday for the wedding. The bus driver Saturday was kind enough to make one extra trip for us at the end of the night. Would always recommend working with them!

ss as possible for our guests. Day of: Andrae our driver and he was fabulous - helping some of our elderly guests board, kindly greeting everyone, being flexible if people were taking an extra moment to move along, and most importantly driving safely & smoothly - he was a true delight and we would trust him for any future event!

hroughout the night and pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

ooth process from start to finish, I have no complaints at all!

5+ minutes away with multiple return trips during the evening. I was stressed about wedding transportation since it’s such an important step to ensure everyone has a safe ride home and there were a lot of logistics to coordinate. Lorenz Bus Company delivered! The shuttles were on time and the whole evening went smoothly. Our guests were taken care of and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! Their prices were also much more reasonable than other companies. I would highly recommend hiring them!!

lear and well communicated. In the day and age of not wanting to make phone calls and doing everything electronically, I looked forward to talking with both Bob and Heather as they had great suggestions and clearly know their business of transportation. Anything I asked about was answered and suggestions made to make my ideas even better. HIGHLY recommend Lorenz for any transportation needs for any occasion!! Thanks Bob and Heather for making the process so simple and dare I say, enjoyable :)

departures that met the needs of our guests! The 23 passenger coach we used was clean and luxurious. HIghly recommend for all of your transportation needs.

ng day. He reached out the week before and was a HUGE help with timelines, planning, and allowing us to make changes and providing advise for transportation from his experience. A few days before, they give you the driver. The driver reached out prior to the big day with their contact information, and texted me the morning of to let me know he was in route and when he arrived at our hotel. Now, for the bus. We rented a large luxury 56 passenger bus. It was SO clean and very flashy looking. Michael, our driver, was so friendly and dressed very professional. The bus was clean inside and out, and was so comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend using Lorenz Bus Service for your wedding: SUPER affordable and it was so easy to work with them!

them with a safe way to get back to their hotels (about 30 minutes away) after the festivities. I feel extremely lucky to have landed upon Lorenz. The service we received from Bob Musil was awesome. He was extremely thorough in helping us to figure out bus requirements and schedules - and then in following up with us over the months that passed between then and the wedding. When the actual date was finally close, he made sure that everything was in order. Our actual driver (who we had for the entire day) made several trips back and forth to the hotels, hauling over 150 guests. He was ontime and very profesional. Great at turning around in tight spaces as well! In the end, everything went off without a hitch. I am extremely impressed and would absolutly recommend Lorenz Bus Service, for a wedding or a corporate event.

ing very professional and caring drivers the day of and off to the follow up after our big day - they did an incredible job! Highly recommend them to solution this piece of your wedding day!!

would be a highly complex operation that involved shuttling hundreds of guests from multiple pick-up and drop-off locations simultaneously. Before we found Lorenz Bus Service, we were turned away by several other transport companies who couldn’t accommodate the level of service we needed. However, the motivated staff at Lorenz Bus Service happily accepted the challenge and worked with us to overcome the logistical complexities we presented them with. The result was a highly detailed itinerary that was executed flawlessly. Because of them, our guests arrived comfortably, on time, and satisfied with a level of service that was second to none. My wife and I could not provide a stronger recommendation for their business and we are forever grateful to them.

ity which we were so appreciative of!

nutes outside of the city. Heather was great to work with; responsive and organized. The buses were clean and the drivers were friendly and stuck to our predetermined schedule. Highly recommend!
