Local Hive Pizza Co.

g made fresh on-site. The pizza was delicious, the crust was so crispy, and their flavor selections are killer. Everyone kept saying how excellent it was!

ocal event where we could try their pizza on the house. We were treated to arguably some of the best pizza we’ve ever had. That solidified our decision to use them as our caterer for our reception. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our reception, but they were understanding regarding the situation and worked with us to reschedule using them for a separate event months later.  From start to finish, they made the experience phenomenal. On top of that, their food is amazing! In our package, we selected the Stinger, the Queen Bee, the Smoke and the Hive, and the Classy Christmas, along with an Italian salad and all of the charcuterie items.  We would highly recommend Plan Bee Pizza to anyone who wants to make sure they have incredible food that is both on time and prepared beautifully!!

k to respond to any questions I had. He made the booking process incredibly easy. They showed up on time and his team was very professional. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

ways fresh and generous. They’re super reliable—always on time and consistent quality every visit. Plus, the prices are reasonable for such high-quality pies, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. If you’re planning a party, wedding, or any event, you absolutely should have them cater your next one. Their mobile setup makes it fun and easy, and your guests will be raving about the pizza for weeks. Highly recommend!

thout distracting from the ceremony, their presentation is beautiful, and the food was SO delicious!! Thank you Plan Bee for working with us and being such a great addition to our special day!

is customer service experience is top notch and he does what he says he will. He sent detailed information and made sure he had all the particulars of the event. In the meantime, as I was talking to my daughter, I found out that Plan Bee had recently catered a wedding she and her husband recently attended. She went on about how amazing the food was and how excited she was that they were going to do her baby shower. Everything was set and final confirmation the week prior. Plan Bee showed up on time, did a quick walk through and they did their thing!  They know what they are doing and their presentation is amazing. The pizza is absolutely delicious - I highly recommend the hot honey pepperoni. Oh. My. Goodness!  The charcuterie display was unbelievable. My only regret was not eating more!  I will definitely use Plan Bee for future events, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for the best pizza truck caterer.

at our daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have asked  for a better experience! Easy to work with too!

n minutes. He remained responsive and kind even when he had to deal with the less-than-pleasant receptionist at the venue. They were able to make everything work in a two-space parking spot in an alley and still did the most incredible job. The food was better than what we would have received from either of the other caterers and, honestly, I’m glad they fell through! Right as food was coming out, we realized that, while we talked about it on the phone, we did not put gluten free pizzas on the order form. But instead of saying, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” Jamin ran to the store to buy several gluten free crusts so our gluten free guests were able to eat as well. We absolutely did not expect him to this; he went above and beyond to make sure our event was perfect and we can’t recommend them highly enough! Also, definitely do the cookie add-on. It’s absolutely worth it!! They use a family recipe and it’s one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Jamin and the Plan Bee crew! Your thoughtfulness and kind crew really helped kick off our wedding weekend on a great note. We heard nothing but amazing things from all of our guests!

ite and absolutely amazing. The team was friendly, organized, and so easy to work with. On the wedding day, they arrived fully prepared and didn’t need to ask a single question, which made everything completely stress-free. Our guests are still raving about the food, and several friends have already booked them for their own events. Highly recommend!

mmend Plan Bee for your next catering event!

r when we left the venue that night! They were very affordable and very communicative throughout the whole process.  Would highly recommend!!

zer table to making sure the graduate had a gluten-free pizza ready for her when she arrived at the party. Many compliments from the guests. We've already recommended them to many friends.

wood/truck was so unique and wouldn’t have changed a thing!

contact with them all the way through was easy and stress free. Plan Bee Pizza was so accommodating and provided everything we needed to serve our guests without us worrying about all those details. Now let’s get to the pizza! Oh my gosh my guests raved about how good this pizza was with several saying it was the best pizza they ever had! I had also ordered extra before the week before the event and they were able to help. Their sauce, crust and especially cheese were quality ingredients. It all was amazing! Thank you!

nt, and offer an amazingly great tasting product. I cannot express how grateful I am for their team to aid in making our small wedding extra meaningful. 10/10 recommend!

with them. They were extremely flexible with our wedding schedule. There is nowhere else to go for excellent pizza, and incredible customer service/care than Plan Bee. The food was truly outstanding, the charcuterie board was extremely fresh, the service was phenomenal and they are people we will rely on our next time around.

repared to make additional pizzas for the other guests arriving for the weekend wedding. They arrived on time, set everything up, cleaned up afterwards and just made the whole evening relaxing and enjoyable. I definitely recommend Plan Bee Pizza for your next event.

g the food and servers were at our wedding. You guys were fast and efficient. You handled everything professionally while being personable and kind. You communicated well and provided quality service. Thank you again for being so awesome considering we booked you a month out. We had our first pizza truck back out a month before our wedding and we are so thankful because Plan Bee went above and beyond. Our Plan B(ee) should be your Plan A;).

was their food incredible (unique, delicious, fresh), but the presentation was darling and the staff was incredibly customer focused!! Not a trait I see very often, sad to say. They were also so great with the newlyweds! Not only did they have fun with them and allow the bride and groom to "get in on the act" by putting their pizza into the wood fired oven, but as a special treat they gave them a personal charcuterie board filled with goodies and the board was a gift for them to take!! Plan Bee was able to feed just under 100 people in about 15 minutes!! That's a record in my book! Highly recommend this family owned, customer focused, delicious pizza company!! Oh, and the chocolate cookies are amazing!!

nations were unlike any pizza I have had. The Stinger was our personal favorite, but all of their pizzas were amazing and I really cannot express this enough. Working with Jamin and his family was effortless, they were so personable and kind. They were very accommodating and made me feel that through all the wedding stress, I need not worry about the food. They delivered on that, because the presentation of pizzas, charcuterie, salad, etc was beyond my expectations. They were such a joy to work with and they even let the bride and groom take a pizza out of their oven! Food is so important when it comes to the gathering of friends and family for any occasion and often one of the most expensive. The prices were right, the pizza was unique, and the people at Plan Bee Pizza were AMAZING. I would recommend them again and again for any catering occasion including your wedding day.

they arrived at our venue, it was evident that they were professionals through and through. One of the most charming aspects of their service was their willingness to involve the guests in the experience. I particularly loved their tradition of inviting the married couple to come out to the oven and take a picture of them as they removed a piping hot pizza. It added such a personal touch to the event and created a wonderful memory for everyone involved. Their professionalism was evident in every aspect of their service. From setting up their impressive wood-fired oven to swiftly serving up delectable pizzas, they ran their operation with precision and efficiency. Despite the hustle and bustle of the event, they maintained a calm and collected demeanor, ensuring that the buffet tables and guest's bellies were full! And let's talk about the food – it was simply outstanding. Each pizza that emerged from their oven was a masterpiece of flavor and freshness. The crust had that perfect balance of crispiness and chewiness, while the toppings were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned. Whether you're a fan of classic Margheritas or more adventurous combinations, they had something to please every palate. Overall, I cannot recommend this superb catering company highly enough. Their exceptional service, professionalism, and, most importantly, their mouthwatering pizzas made our event truly unforgettable. If you want to impress your guests and treat them to an unforgettable culinary experience, book this wood-fired pizza catering company without hesitation.
