Hiring Lisa was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding. I truly cannot put into words how beautifully she brought our vision to life or how grateful we are for ...
everything she did to make our entire wedding weekend so perfect.
I am a VERY Type A bride, and Lisa matched my energy completely. Although we had almost a year and a half to plan, I wanted to get everything organized shortly after our engagement so I could focus on studying for the bar and starting a new job. Lisa jumped right in and helped us plan our entire wedding weekend in just TWO MONTHS! From those first decisions through the wedding itself, she was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, organized, and always on top of every detail. Having someone we could trust so completely made all the difference.
Nearly every vendor we reached out to knew Lisa and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her. That was so reassuring early on, and after working with her, we understand exactly why she is so loved and respected. She went above and beyond at every single step, and we always felt like our wedding mattered to her.
One of my favorite things about working with Lisa was that she let me be as involved—or as hands-off—as I wanted. I discovered that I loved wedding planning, and she welcomed my ideas and enthusiasm while giving us the guidance and support we needed. We worked so well together, and she made the planning process something I could actually enjoy.
Our wedding day went flawlessly. Seeing everything come together was beyond anything I could have imagined, and our guests are still talking about how perfect the weekend was and how amazing our planner was. We were able to be fully present and soak in every moment because Lisa had everything handled.
I wish we could do it all over again, because she truly made the entire experience that seamless and special. Lisa, thank you for giving us a weekend we will treasure forever. If you are considering hiring her, I cannot recommend her highly enough—she is absolutely exceptional!
I was extremly disapointed with Lisa. We went for Lisa because of the good reviews but she made a lot of mistakes in our wedding and left me, the bride, unintended a few important ...
times, on the wedding day.
Before the wedding, during the communication with vendor, Lisa made several mistakes with what I communicated and cause extra wasted time for me to clarify back and forth. Eventually I jumped on the call with the vendor themselves and it was much easier to just get things aligned without Lisa in the middle.
During the wedding day, she asked me if it's ok to not have the napkins folded in the way I previously asked for. I was shocked because she never said it was a problem until the day, when I'm literally stressed out and in the middle of putting on makeup. She treated it like it's not a big deal to never do the things we previously agreed on! And gave me some attitude like I'm asking a lot.
During wedding dress change, she lost my makeup artist, left me with no one in the bathroom trying to change, confused and annoyed.
Also, she made a few mistakes in the arrangement, missing decorations that we previously told her to. Seriously, I feel like the effort she put into my wedding is not worth the price she asked for.
Lisa is AMAZING. We selected her month-of planning package for our wedding at Brindare and could not have been happier. She is super responsive, organized, and kind. Since she work...
s at Brindare so often, she knows everything about it and everyone who works there. She helped us curate a custom menu during our tasting when we were torn between options, answered our (many) questions during the lead up to the wedding, kept in constant communication with updates, and made everything run super smoothly on the day of. She took everything out of our hands so we could relax and enjoy the day. We also had a hiccup at the wedding that Lisa handled professionally and with discretion. We would choose Lisa again and again!!
Lisa is a magician. She completely understood and executed my vision, but also made it even better and more perfect. I was stunned when I walked into my reception, and it still f...
eels like a dream. The attention to every little detail was just insane. I was also so unbelievably calm on the day of the wedding and didn't have to answer any questions - it was amazing. She just handled everything. In fact, throughout the entire process, every time I spoke to her, I was more calm. Planning a wedding from far away is not easy, but she knows everyone in the industry in the area and she just solves problems and makes things happen. It was everything I wanted, and more, and she made it all happen!
Now that our wedding is over, my husband and I are so thankful that we chose Lisa as our wedding planner. We can truly call her family now- she is everything you want and more! Li...
sa was so organized, professional, knew all the right vendors to choose in the area, has such a great reputation, and understood my wedding vision perfectly (and helped me with it). Her communication style was above and beyond, which I appreciated immensely. Everyone commented at our wedding, and after, to us that she was top notch and did such an amazing job. I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa to anyone that truly wants an amazing wedding planner. She really is THE BEST!
Lisa did an absolutely FANTASTIC job helping us plan our wedding in Napa Valley. She was instrumental in connecting us with wonderful and excellent vendors, who all did a perfect ...
job. Lisa is exceedingly patient, kind, and very knowledgeable. She was always willing to provide advice and guidance, and our times talking with her felt like chatting with a long time friend, rather than as a wedding planner!
We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Lisa!
Lisa was an incredible wedding planner for our wedding at Tre Posti! I'm so glad we chose her for a number of reasons - first, she knew the venue SO well, which made us feel extrem...
ely at ease with every question we asked. She knew what worked, what wouldn't work, had cool ideas from previous events there, and knew the staff so well so she could easily coordinate with them.
One of the things we loved the most about Lisa was she was incredibly responsive and timely in her responses. She never kept us waiting! This is so important when choosing a wedding planner!
And you never had to ask Lisa to do anything - she had everything covered, well before we even thought to ask! This gave my wife so much peace of mind throughout the wedding process and on our wedding day - she just had every little detail perfectly handled and coordinated with all of our vendors.
We can't recommend Lisa enough!! She's the best. From her positive and upbeat attitude to how she expertly handles every detail - she's the one you need on your vendor team!
Lisa provided outstanding service as our wedding planner. I would give her 10000/5 stars if I could. I wish she could be the planner of my life.

t timeline of 6 months she was able to help me put together a beautiful and memorable event and make my vision come to life. Most of all, I appreciated how she would respond to communication in such a timely manner - usually less than an hour to respond to texts and no more than a day to respond to emails. When she was out or busy with another wedding she would proactively notify me that she may be slow to respond.
She was also able to synthesize information quickly and could readily step in on making decisions when asked. I didn't need to hound her about every single detail, I truly felt like I could trust her to take care of it. She also knows everyone in the Napa area, so anytime there was an issue she could easily just text the person/vender and figure out in a matter of minutes.
And finally, I felt like she truly supported me during planning which can be extremely stressful. For example, I was able to run tricky family dynamic situations by her and get a thoughtful and empathetic response.
I loved working with her and cannot recommend her enough!
We hired Lisa for month of planning services for our wedding. From the moment that she stepped in, she handled everything swiftly and smoothly. She had a lot of experience working...
with a majority of our vendors and that made it incredibly easy to plan with her since she already knew the ins and outs of some of our vendors' policies. Make no mistake, her connections with vendors in the area are a huge advantage! She always made herself available to us (so sorry for the early morning and late night messages!). She's easy going and will give you her honest opinion on what she thinks will work best for you. Most importantly, she executed our wedding plans to perfection. Her confidence and experience allowed us the ease and freedom to actually enjoy our wedding day. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and seamless our wedding was. We would absolutely recommend Lisa to anyone!!
We chose Lisa for month of coordination and thanks to Lisa, our wedding day in wine country went so smoothly. Like, zero hiccups or stress. It was such a perfect day that I couldn'...
t believe it! She was the main point of contact for all our vendors. All I had to do was give her their contact information and she handled the rest. Everyone showed up on time & everything was in the right place on the day of.
Her experience with coordinating and our venue was immensely helpful. She helped build our timeline and table layout and offered good advice on both. She required very little guidance with setting up our things and everything was perfect. And of course, she was accessible and easy to contact if we needed anything. The day appeared to be so easy for us but it is all thanks to Lisa. I cannot recommend her enough!
Lisa is amazing. She was so helpful with questions prior to my month service. She did a great job making our day run smoothly.

eat. We had several hiccups in our wedding, none of which were Lisa's fault, but she jumped in and saved the day by either getting us a discount or a solution to our problems.
We would work with Lisa again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I hired Lisa for our May 2022 wedding. She was absolutely AMAZING to work with! She took care of every detail once we stepped on site at our venue.

cancel last minute due to unforeseeable circumstances and she was able to find a replacement within an hour. She made sure everything about our day was seamless. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and we couldn't have done it without Lisa and her team.
Lisa is the absolute BEST! Due to COVID 19 my daughter’s wedding was rescheduled, cancelled, changed of venue, cancelled and finally we had a lovely wedding. If we didn’t have Lisa...
we would have been dead in the water after the first rescheduling but Lisa kept finding ways to make it happen. Each time things went awry Lisa would have another plan and she would reach out to ALL our vendors to let them know the changes. She was a calming force amongst the chaos. She made my daughter feel supported, reassured and heard. In the end it wasn’t our initial vision but it was absolutely perfect! The adjectives I heard regarding the wedding were magical and fun! What more can we asked for especially in this time of COVID? And it was because of Lisa’s hard work and dedication to make this wedding happen. If you are looking for someone who will listen to your vision, is well connected to quality vendors (that’s important) and is a genuinely great person, Lisa should be your choice as a your wedding planner!!
Lisa made wedding planning so easy! We live in Austin, TX and decided to have an early summer destination wedding in Napa at Brix Restaurant and Gardens. Lisa knows a ton of people...
in the industry, including the GM at our venue, and was a huge help piecing together all aspects of our big day. We booked the partial planning and added on additional work to help us coordinate our rehearsal dinner the day before. Lisa went above and beyond to help coordinate all our vendors and even made some site visits for us as we were remote. She is a pleasure to work with, extremely detail oriented, and knows how to put a great event together. The entire weekend went so smoothly and we couldn’t have done it without her. We can’t thank her enough.
