Linh Artistry

ring to let me see the various options and looks to make my final decision for the big day. She also did a great job in educating me on what would work and what wouldn't - helping me to lean on her expertise to land on the best look. She also made me feel very comfortable during my appointment and was very personable. She is definitely an artist/expert in her craft and will not stop until she is satisfied with her work. I feel very confident working with Linh and am very excited to work with her again on my wedding day!! She definitely goes above and beyond!

day, she was prompt and highly professional doing my hair and makeup along with the hair of my matron of honor.  I highly recommend her services for anyone looking for a top notch wedding day.  Her styling of my curly hair was done well and enhanced the look of my curls.  Her pricing was reasonable and zi felt she made me look my best

ally helpful tips for skin exfoliation and thinning hair, which I greatly appreciated. She was also so easy to talk to, making the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. I loved how she really brought out my natural beauty. My makeup and hair stayed put all day and never felt uncomfortable at any point! Linh is very responsive, organized, and personable. I’d highly recommend her for any big event!

ds for nearly 20 years, and I have never seen her eyebrows look as good as after Linh was finished with them. Not only is she extremely skilled, she was also so fun to talk to, thoughtful, and definitely matched the energy we had while getting ready. For my part, even though it was a joy and tear-filled day, my makeup lasted all night and into the after-party. Thank you so much Linh!

d I was impressed with how easy it was to start the conversation and share my thoughts and inspiration for the big day. As someone with sensitive skin and eczema, I was a little concerned that the products may cause my face to flare. However, Linh wasn't phased- she has experience with all ranges of skin types and knew exactly how to combat my skin challenges. She had a clear protocol of skincare tips and tricks starting well before my wedding day. On the day of, she and her team were prompt and well prepared with a huge collection of high quality products. She started with a moisturizing base and effortlessly matched my undertone while making conversation and putting me at ease. She thinks of the little things, and made sure to leave our lips for last to allow us to continue eating throughout the morning! Linh thought about the whole bridal look too, and advised a bolder false lash look than I was initially used to. I don't usually wear much make up or lashes, and I was hesitant, but I recommend FULL TRUST in her intuition!! I had a large, princess gown and her make up recommendations helped ensure my face and lashes matched the entire look. My bridesmaids were obsessed with their make up as well! We couldn't believe the way our hair and make up lasted from the early hours of the morning all the way til the end of the night. Sweat and tear-proof! All in all, Linh and her partner Lien (from Lien de Long Artistry) were amazing -- I recommend you reach out right away!

nh was super attentive to my concerns and created a look that made me feel beautiful AND comfortable on my wedding day. Despite not wearing makeup, all of the products worked great for my skin and I had no reactions to anything she used! Linh was also very professional and timely in her responses, making it super easy to communicate my desires/needs. In addition to being a talented hair and makeup artist, Linh was just really awesome to chat and hang out with during the entire process. I’d highly recommend Linh for hair and makeup and will certainly be keeping her number around for future occasions!

ciative for all the attention to detail she took with my thick hair. She was very patient with the mother of the bride as well, making sure she felt confident in her look as well. I highly recommend Linh for any event!

al (done several months before the wedding) and incorporated my feedback into the final look. I was impressed by the staying power of both the hair and makeup, since my wedding was outdoors and my hair was down. All of the ladies looked beautiful and enjoyed spending the wedding morning with Linh and her second artist, Lien. I found her pricing competitive but valuable to other artists in the area and appreciated her quick responses when communicating by email and phone. Thank you, Linh!

p throughout the day. She did a great job with adding in hair extensions and was thoughtful about creating my look with the inspo pictures in mind. I also appreciated her prompt and thorough communication leading up to the wedding as well as during the actual appointment. She sought out my feedback and was very receptive. Thank you so much Linh!

start, communication was seamless. I appreciated how easy it was to book with her, and she sent over a detailed schedule right away that synced with my calendar, which made planning so much easier. The quality of the makeup and hair services was fantastic. Linh used products that suited each of us perfectly, and I could tell all my bridesmaids felt beautiful and confident. Their looks held up flawlessly throughout the entire day and night, even through lots of dancing and happy tears! Everything ran smoothly in terms of timing and organization, and I never felt rushed or stressed. I’m so grateful we were able to book Linh—she was a key part of making the day feel special

ushing you to feel one way or another. I had shared inspiration pics with her prior and she took the time to re-confirm my decision before proceeding. Not once did I feel like she didn't respect my opinion. She was personable and friendly and my makeup turned out great and lasted all day without any issues. I'm grateful for Linh for her time and experience!

ry professional and personable throughout the process and communicated very well. She was prompt with email communications. During the actual time she was applying make up, she engaged me by asking what look I was going for so she could figure out what I wanted and would also tell me what she thought would look good and worked with me so we could create the look I wanted. I trusted her judgement. She did it! I was going for the soft glamour look and she nailed it! (the hair, the make up...the entire look!). So many of my friends commented how they loved both my engagement photos on display and thought my MUA did a great job and of course on my wedding day I received so many compliments. My sister and I appreciated her skill even more after looking at the wedding photos later. I thought she did a good job on the make up trial and thought she did fantastic on my wedding day. Looking at the photos, I could see as a MUA she understands the layers of make- up appropriate for just sitting for photographs that differ for viewing in person/and photography. She really knows how to use make-up to accentuate your natural beauty. (particularly as an Asian woman I was impressed that she could bring out features with her make-up artistry -for instance making my nasal bridge more prominent in photos). She takes feedback well on the trial and incorporates that on the wedding day. I wore false eye-lashes (which isn't often, so initially I could feel them. but they were not particularly heavy. For the wedding day I went for something a bit subtler and lighter but you could still see them. The lashes stayed on all evening and the next day even so she did a good job gluing them on. (I removed them after), For my hair, she had a good idea of how tight to make my curls so they would look soft and loose depending on the time until being photographed which differed for the trial/engagement shoot and my actual wedding day. The curls were soft and lasted the entire wedding into the night. They didn't go flat and I didn't feel my hair was plastered with hair spray. I ended up using hair extensions for the wedding. Although she did not work with that during the trial she really did an amazing job folding it in so it looked natural. She did exactly what I had wanted. I absolutely loved my hair the day of the wedding. Overall, the make up quality was very good as it lasted over 10 hours. I didn't really need a touch up in the evening for the reception. The make up was suitable for my skin type (which is dry and oily in some areas). I didn't have any reactions after (my face is pretty sensitive) . The morning of the wedding, she arrived on time. She did my mother's make up and my sister's make up and then my make-up and hair. We did not feel rushed and she stayed on schedule. She is flexible- can travel to your home or you can go to her studio. Overall, I think Linh did an amazing job! She will bring out and highlight your beauty. You will look beautiful! Best decision ever- as these photos will last my lifetime. I greatly appreciated her services. She knows her craft and is highly skilled.

so I could adjust to exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. I cannot praise her and her team highly enough!

ncredibly organized, which made me feel really at ease. She sent me calendar invites, skin prep instructions and was available over text to chat about inspiration for makeup and answer my questions. On the day of my wedding she arrived on time and was an incredibly calming presence. She constantly checked in on me and offered suggestions when I wasn't sure what I wanted. And when she realized how much hair I had (which was a lot) she rushed to finish it all on time. The results were amazing! I am so excited to get the profesisonal photos back.

ng. My hair and makeup lasted the whole night even though it was very hot (90+ degrees in Livermore, CA that day). My makeup looked so natural. I don't normally wear any makeup and I had never gotten my makeup done professionally before, and so I was very apprehensive about getting my makeup done. Linh is very personable and friendly and she made me feel comfortable with the process. I had a trial about two months before the wedding and I was really glad I had that opportunity since it gave me time afterwards to explore different options and experiment with different colors, etc. On my wedding day, Linh arrived on time and she really listened to me and worked with me to achieve the look that I wanted. I was so pleased and I felt like I wasn't wearing any makeup at all and felt like my authentic self. Linh also did an updo for my 16 year old daughter and bridesmaid. It was a very classic look that also lasted the whole night.

much, and it lasted all day in a July wedding. My hair never cooperates, and despite a ton of sweating, nothing moved, and only my baby hairs started to lose their style. Highly recommend!

all day after a day at the beach for pictures, and hair was still beautiful after 7 hours! Makes me feel confident about the day of!

d planned out all the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids, that's one less thing to stress about!

is such a pleasure to work with.

ghly recommend her services. She also did my bridesmaids makeup and they looked so good!

p for me and my bridal party!! They were early, showed up with smiles on their faces (even though we started at 4am), and their personalities shined! We loved getting to know each artist as they were very genuine, especially Linh. I chose a soft glam with Hollywood waves and Linh nailed it! Thank you, Linh, for your help!!!
