rofessional, and their attention to detail is very impressive. Right when my friend and I walked in, we were greeted and given thorough information about the appointment. Then, my stylist, Clancy, came and helped give us the entire run-down. Her communication was really incredible, and all the stylists seemed very much on top of it, dressed professionally, and had A+ service techniques. Clancy was the best. She was so thoughtful, listened carefully to what my ideas and reservations were, and then also, pulled some wild cards to give me a thorough idea of what I may like or not like. She made my friends feel so special, and like stylists. She was very poised, and trained when going through each gown. She made me feel absolutely wonderful. It was an incredible experience, and more than I could’ve ever dreamed of. We took Polaroids at the end, and got to seal the day with a fun “I said heck yes to the dress at Lillie’s” sign. Couldn’t recommend them more. They are lovely through and through. I love Lillie’s so very much, and incredible thankful for this experience and my dress!! It was all perfect!! 100/10!!

we went to a couple other places. For five minutes. And then walked out. I’m sure other places are lovely, but the staff at Lillies was so kind, encouraging, and helpful! Kallie helped me every time I went in and she is my new favorite person :) They worked really hard to make sure I got to try everything I wanted to, to make sure I was comfortable, and made an experience that I was initially feeling overwhelmed about really fun. They were so respectful of our budget, and kind and patient about me taking time to think through options and come back the next weekend. Lillies is also full of beautiful, beautiful dresses in all price ranges! If you’re in Lubbock, or from out of town, you should come here to get your dress! Last thing, we also noticed that they work hard to support other local creatives! When we came in, they had flowers from Jessica Ormond Events and post often about wedding tips and fellow vendors around town. Which is not only fun to see local places supporting one another, but also so helpful for finding everyone else you’ll need for your day!

It was also an off the rack option so I was able to take it home the same day. I made a new appointment and went a completely different way. Sky was so helpful letting me try on as many veils as I wanted. They all made the process so seamless and easy. I cannot recommend them enough. My dress got so many compliments and I'm so thankful for Lillies.

Clancy made me feel like the only bride in the world and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase a dress, and when I made my final decision I had no doubts because I felt like the decision was my own. I highly recommend visiting Lillie's if you want your dress buying experience to be memorable and cherished!

Their love for brides and desire to make them feel taken care of was very evident to me from the minute I stepped foot in the shop. Needless to say, I found my dress and veil, and they made the process very easy and painless. Dress shopping was one of the most fun parts of my engagement, and I thank the Lillie's team for that. <3

ed to poke our heads in to see if we could come in. They excitedly said no problem. I was helped by the owner, Katie, who is pregnant and looks amazing. This was the second place we had been to and I thought I had already found a dress at another store so I wasn’t expecting much. Katie helped me by suggesting different dresses and really tried to understand what it was I was looking for. I was wearing a dress I was liking but not loving. She showed me another dress that I hadn’t originally thought to try. She said just do it, I think you’ll really like it. I shrugged and said ok. I put it on and looked in the mirror and got that “feeling” everyone talks about. I walked out of that boutique feeling so amazing. So confident. So beautiful. It’s not a chaotic massive store that leaves you feeling overwhelmed. It’s welcoming and fun. The environment and the energy from the time you walk in to the time you leave is enough to make you want to come back for more. Their customer service was over the top. I started as the only client in the store but even as another lady came in to shop I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to the side. If anything it made the experience more fun because both consultants were paying both of us clients attention and showering us with uplifting compliments. I would highly recommend giving Lillie’s a try if you’re looking for a more personable experience
